Fruit Whip

Prep time: Breakfast/snack is ready in less than five minutes!


  • Wild or cultivated greens (dandelion, purslane, nettles, malva, violet leaves, etc.)
  • Fresh fruit (avocado, apple, peach, banana, pitted cherries, etc.)
  • Water (enough to blend)
  • Garnish: Raw cacao nibs, gogi berries, edible flowers


  1. In a high-speed blender, place fresh picked unsprayed weeds such as
    dandelion greens, purslane, nettles, malva, violet leaves, or whatever
    you can safely identify and is in season.
  2. Add in-season fruit to the blender, such as avocados, apples, peaches,
    bananas, pr pitted cherries.
  3. Add enough water to blend into a puree.
  4. Pour into a pretty bowl and garnish with raw cacoa nibs, goji berries
    and edible flowers.
