Serving Size: 15

Prep Time: 20 minutes

These donut holes melt in your mouth. They’re so yummmmy…


1 C walnuts
1 C almonds
1 T spirulina
5 medjool date
1/8 t Himalayan pink salt
1 T vanilla powder


Yacon syrup and shredded coconut


In a food processor, process all ingredients to form a dough. With a cookie scooper, scoop the dough and create small balls in the palm of your hand. Dip each ball in yacon syrup, and then cover with shredded coconut. Keep in the freezer.

Option: If you like to serve it warm, place in the dehydrator at 115 degrees for two hours, and then dip in yacon syrup and cover with shredded coconut.

I had a personal experience with the deadly disease cancer. At my yearly checkup, the gynecologist told me I had cervical cancer and the growth was the size of a golf ball. I looked at her and smiled. Confused as to why I was smiling, she said, “Nobody smiles when I deliver this devastating news. Why are you smiling?” I looked in her eyes, and with a smile still on my face, I said, “Thank you for telling me. Now I can go home and do the right thing. I can assure you that within a month, it won’t be there.” When I told her what I was going to do to get rid of the cancer, she thought I was crazy. She didn’t believe it was possible, because all she knew was the traditional way of treating cancer with chemo and radiation. In my eyes, traditional medicine only puts a Band-Aid on the symptoms. It does not cure the cause, and therefore, most of the time, the disease returns.

Without wasting time, I immediately started my detox with wheatgrass juice and green juices. Within a month of cleansing, I knew I had gotten rid of the cancer. I made an appointment to see my gynecologist, and when she examined me, she couldn’t see the tumor anymore. I couldn’t help myself but say, “You see. I told you so.” Of course, she hated to be wrong, so she said, “Just because I don’t see it, that doesn’t mean that you got rid of it. The only way to know for sure is by doing a blood test.” I gave her my arm so she could draw blood, confident that the test would come back negative. And guess what? It did. She called it a miracle.
