White Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie : a Raw Food Recipe by Angela Elliott

Healthy, refreshing, fun, and great for kids.

This is a refreshing, healthy, and fun snack to have on hand when you have kids around or when friends who pop in for an inpromptu visit. I created it one
day when I was in a hurry to entertain some friends on a hot day and only had these ingredients in the house. It turned out perfectly! Everybody loved it.

Serving size: One serving

Prep time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
¼ cup raw cashews
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 tablespoon raw cacao butter (or more!)
1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
¼ cup raw yakon syrup, honey, coconut sugar, or raw cane crystals
A pinch of Himalayan salt

Equipment

A blender.

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and cover with water. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
