I weigh about 150lbs, and I’m not in bad shape. I exercised and weight lift 5 days a week during the summer and now working and not having to much time to do that, but… I still am active, anyhow I still would realy love to loose 20lbs. I have tried everything, I am so fed up with trying everything and still not working. I am asking for help because i need it. I eat clean and almost everything Organic. I know I can’t have white flour, wheat,
sugars and some beans. If there is something that can help me lose weight and still very be very healthy and not make me bloated I would appreciate it. I also would like something that can make me full so i don’t eat extra food. Thanks Kevin.
