Renegade Health Favorites: Why Organic Food Demonstration…

This week, I’m going to share some of my favorite personal episodes and give you commentary afterwords.

My all-time favorite show is this one – hands down.

People have told me that they’ve shared this in classes, presentations and across the Internet.

Take a look…

Here are my comments after a few years of time under it’s belt…

1. Classic outfit.

I need to bring back the yellow rubber gloves and my old ski goggles (or I need to hire a wardrobe team for the next time.)

2. Baby food is powerful.

I knew when I bought the baby food and did the demonstration using it that people would respond emotionally to this video.

When I watched it again this time, I was affirmed it was a good idea, because I, again, thought it was a powerful statement.

No one wants to feed their baby crap.

3. Raid or not, there are still chemicals in our food.

Some people criticized me for using Raid since it’s not used on crops. Some of the chemicals used on crops are significantly worse, so I wonder where they’re getting their information – likely no where.

4. Pass it on.

This is still a very powerful and influential video. If you want to pass it on, please do!

Live Awesome!

Kevin Gianni is a health author, activist and blogger. He started seriously researching personal and preventative natural health therapies in 2002 when he was struck with the reality that cancer ran deep in his family and if he didn’t change the way he was living — he might go down that same path. Since then, he’s written and edited 6 books on the subject of natural health, diet and fitness. During this time, he’s constantly been humbled by what experts claim they know and what actually is true. This has led him to experiment with many diets and protocols — including vegan, raw food, fasting, medical treatments and more — to find out what is myth and what really works in the real world.

Kevin has also traveled around the world searching for the best protocols, foods, medicines and clinics around and bringing them to the readers of his blog — which is one of the most widely read natural health blogs in the world with hundreds of thousands of visitors a month from over 150 countries around the world.

    Here’s a another good one:
Little girl demonstrates the difference between a standard sweet potato chemically treated to prevent sprouting on the way to market, a supermarket “organic” potato, and a real organic potato from a specialty organic food market. She concludes with the question: “Which one would you want to eat?”

Yuh! kills bugs & kills us, too.

Can’t drive the point home any better than that! And so simply.

In September 2010 a U.S. court of appeal found that there is a “compositional difference” between milk from rBGH, rBGST, cows and organic milk. The court found that studies have shown that rBST milk has increased levels of the hormone IGF-1 along with lower nutritional quality and more pus in the milk. American Milk: Now WIth More Pus!
