Kevin Gianni

Kevin Gianni is a health author, activist and blogger. He started seriously researching personal and preventative natural health therapies in 2002 when he was struck with the reality that cancer ran deep in his family and if he didn’t change the way he was living — he might go down that same path. Since then, he’s written and edited 6 books on the subject of natural health, diet and fitness. During this time, he’s constantly been humbled by what experts claim they know and what actually is true. This has led him to experiment with many diets and protocols — including vegan, raw food, fasting, medical treatments and more — to find out what is myth and what really works in the real world.

Kevin has also traveled around the world searching for the best protocols, foods, medicines and clinics around and bringing them to the readers of his blog RenegadeHealth.com — which is one of the most widely read natural health blogs in the world with hundreds of thousands of visitors a month from over 150 countries around the world.

    Hi Kevin.
I Have been a fan of yours for a while now. I came across you from Cyndi O’Mera when you got together lots of different authors on Nutrition. (sorry can’t remember the name of the webinar). That was great!
I was wondering about the cinamon that you are selling. I have read that the estrogen suppressing Cinamon is actually Cinamon Cassia.
Which is the reson I am looking to purchase it. I am wondering if you are selling the Cinamon for that reason, or is there another reason you are selling the different type of Cinamon?

  2. Very interesting thank you Kevin for sharing! : )

I have a question for you, how can I order the DVD “Cacer is curable” ?
Cause when I’m selecting the shipping metod I can only choose the UPS metod for 137 dollars… a little bit to much..

I want to choose USPS. Is that possible??

    I live in Sweden.

Thank you so much for your work, I have been following you guys everyday for a year 😀 Please never stop! =)))

  3. Dia says:

Yes, definitely. It’s amazing how much I resist doing what I know I need to do. I still find myself looking for quick fixes.

  4. Michele says:

What a sweet human being Richard Moss is.

  5. Velda says:

    Yes …. big time 🙂

  6. Kim says:

This absolutely resonated with me as I just today embarked upon what I believe is healing from the inside through Structural Integration (also known as Rolfing).

  7. Annette says:

You bet…Inside Out is what it’s All About!
    I enjoyed this interview,
it seems emotional inner healing is on the rise…2012…here we come…with love not fear…hope not hopelessness.
I”ll be looking for your interview #2,
keep up the positive inspiring work.

  8. Karen says:

Yes, I need a lot. Kevin, you are so cute!

  9. Niraja Golightly says:

Yes, I can definitely use more, however inside-out healing has been a main theme throughout my life–especially as a conscious breathing professional. Twenty years of poverty and a current cancer diagnosis has only intensified things in this arena. It seems like life says : Okay, you seem to have made progress with ______, let’s see if you can stay present and centered at this more intense level. I am ready for more ease and tenderness in my life! Thank you for all you share with us!

  10. LynnCS says:

Much has been done, but there are miles to go. I finally know that there is no end to how much we can learn/achieve. He is a wonderful thoughtful person. I want to get his book(s)

Kevin. Thank you for bringing these wonderful teachers to us. Your generosity means so much.

    lovingly, Lynn

  11. Astra says:

Yes!!! I definitely need to work on my mind/body connection as I’m going thru this cancer experience. Thinking seriously about going to the Gerson Clinic, but I know I need that inside-out healing so much more than I’m achieving. Looking forward to episode #2 – thanks, Kevin.

  12. Heather says:

Oh that has been my main focus for years. I love EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)and have been tapping on loads of emotional issues that have in the past made me uncomfortable. I love how fast I can let go and move on.
Nick Ortner from the Tapping Solution has done the world fabulous favor by creating an entire program to help people with all of their issues. I love all the videos that I have gotten to watch on the subject. They are all over the net but if you want a place to start exploring here is the address. http://www.thetappingexperience.com/
    It is a life saver.

  13. Sarah says:

Oh, yes. This is exactly where I am at in my life right now. I so enjoyed your interview with Richard, Kevin and I eagerly look forward to the rest of your series with him. Thank you and Blessings to you, Annmarie and Johnny :)!

  14. Lorien says:

I have been on an inside out healing journey for many years now. What you believe about the events of your life is what effects you, not the actual events themselves. If something has crippled you it’s a belief tied to an event, not the event itself. Living in the now is the hard part for me. But I learn and I grow and I discover the parts of myself I left behind and allow them to take their place within me again. Bit by bit I am learning how to experience emotion again, being numb was safe, but joy is better. I’m going for joy and learning how to allow my life to be about me.

  15. Kathleen says:

    Kevin and Annmarie,

Thank you for your website and diligent study of whole, natural foods and everything that is involved in a healthy lifestyle. I also want to commend you for not condemning lifestyles that are not 100% raw; your open attitudes are one(among many others)of the reasons I read and listen to your post. All that said, I would like to ask you to address the idea of juice fasting (if you have in the past just direct me to the article). I have a friend who watched the video “Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead”, and has had some success with the fasting but I am not sure about the possible negative side effects, like lack of protein and amino acids, etc. I would like your opinion.

    Thanks, Kathleen

  16. Cathy says:

What another perfect example of the top-quality information you offer – Richard Moss’ pt 1 was Wonderful to be reminded of – definitely a skill needing to be ever-tweaked and honed – I look forward to hear it continue. Thank you Kevin for the diversity of this site and the excellent high-caliber resources you so pleasantly place at our fingertips!
