Speaking of cold, this is some serious snow fort material.

I was sipping a hot cup of tea today and I realized something…

My teeth were no longer sensitive to hot like they used to be.

About 1 year ago, my teeth we incredibly sensitive to hot and cold. In fact, I could barely eat anything cold without having to let it warm up by sitting out for a while.

I had read about all of this in the raw food books, but I never fully understood it until I go it.

Today, I’m going to share what I did to help get my teeth back to how they are now – able to withstand hot and cold without a flinch.
