<p>Here&#8217;s the raw food recipe:</p>
<p><strong>Fall Cranberry-Apple Stuffing</strong></p>
<p>- 1 cup raw, soaked sunflower seeds<br />
- 2 stalks chopped celery<br />
- 1 apple<br />
- 1/3 cup cranberries<br />
- 1/2 white onion<br />
- 1 cup brewed chai tea<br />
- 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon<br />
- 1/2 tsp sage</p>
<p>Instructions: </p>
<p>Put all ingredients together and soak in the tea for 20-30 minutes.   Process in food processor for 20 seconds.</p>
<p>Serve in a red pepper, steamed or baked acorn squash or a yellow zucchini.</p>

<p>Here&#8217;s the recipe!</p>
<p><strong>Raw Food Recipe for Pecan Pie<br />
</strong><br />
Crust:<br />
½ C. almonds, soaked 12-48 hours<br />
½ C. walnuts<br />
1 C. raisins<br />
1 tsp. cinnamon</p>
<p>Filling:<br />
1 C. pecans, soaked 6-8 hours<br />
2 bananas<br />
1/2 C. honey dates<br />
1 tsp. vanilla<br />
1 tsp. cinnamon<br />
¼ tsp. nutmeg</p>
<p>For the crust, process all ingredients in a food processor until it forms a ball.  Press the crust into a pie plate.<br />
Then make the crust and process the pecans, bananas, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and dates.</p>
<p>Pour filling onto the crust and spread. Decorate with pecans. Put in the refrigerator or freezer before serving.</p>
<p>Enjoy!</p>
