I was seriously stressing out about the show today (actually probably the first time I ever have!) because we have to be in West Haven to help with the talk that David Wolfe is giving.

When I told Annmarie that I needed to hang back and do a show, she suggested that we broadcast the event live instead of doing a Q & A show…
