<p>Here&#8217;s the Raw Food Recipe&#8230;</p>
<p><strong>Carrot-Lime Tang Soup</strong></p>
<p>1 c carrot juice<br />
1 red pepper, de-seeded and chopped<br />
1/4 c minced cilantro<br />
1 Tbsp lime juice<br />
1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger<br />
1 tsp oregano<br />
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt<br />
1 avocado, peeled, de–stoned and chopped</p>
<p>Put all the ingredients except the avocado into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add the avocado and finish blending. Enjoy <img src='http://renegadehealth.com/blog/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>Here&#8217;s the recipe:</p>
<p><strong>Raw Gazpacho Soup</strong></p>
<p>2 Cups Orange Juice (Fresh!) (About 4-5 large oranges)<br />
1 Small Watermelon<br />
1 Tbsp Olive Oil<br />
1 Cucumber, diced<br />
1 Red Bell Pepper, diced<br />
1 Small Red Onion, diced<br />
1 Mango, diced<br />
1 Jalapeno<br />
2 cloves garlic<br />
1 Lime<br />
Handful of Cilantro, chopped<br />
Sea Salt and Pepper to taste!</p>
<p><strong>Instructions: </strong>Blend orange juice and watermelon in the Vitamix.  Chop the jalapeno pepper and add to the blender.  Also add the garlic cloves.  Then add 1/2 of all the other ingredients into the blender.  Blend.</p>
<p>Pour into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients, squeeze the lime on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Serve chilled!</p>

<p>He&#8217;s prepared raw foods all over the place recently and we were able to convince him to come to Danbury to make something special for all of us!</p>
<p>This special soup is awesome for the summertime when it&#8217;s hot, humid and all you want to do is stay inside in the AC (we don&#8217;t use ours, but sometimes I wish we did!)</p>

<p><strong>Frank&#8217;s Summer Cucumber and Avocado Soup</strong></p>
<p>1 Granny Smith Apple<br />
1 Cucumber<br />
1 Lime<br />
1 Medium size Avocado<br />
1 Pinch Sea Salt<br />
1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper<br />
1-2 Tbsp Mint<br />
Water to Texture (Frank used a nettle and mint tea)</p>
<p>Put apple, cucumber, avocado, lime, cayenne and sea salt in the Vitamix.  Blend.  Add water if needed.  Add mint after and blend quickly.</p>
