<p><strong>Kev&#8217;s Morning Tulsi Green Smoothie</strong></p>
<p>3 pears<br />
1 apple<br />
1 large head of romaine lettuce<br />
1 handful spinach<br />
1/2 yellow beet<br />
3 celery stalks<br />
16-20 oz filtered water<br />
1 tsp Holy Basil (Tulsi)<br />
1 Tbsp hemp seeds<br />
1 Tbsp honey<br />
1/2 tsp vanilla powder</p>
