<p>I know, probably a pretty long time&#8230;</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve been thinking a lot recently about a few things along these lines (fitness, true health, etc.) and I wanted to share some of them this week.</p>
<p>I feel like it&#8217;s my responsibility to share this information because, as you know, I do care about your wellbeing and I think that many experts out there are doing you a dis-service.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve had quite a few interesting years dealing with my own health.</p>
<p>This year, since I have really begun to understand my own body (better than I have before) I have been experimenting again.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t worry, there&#8217;s nothing to be concerned about this time.  LOL!</p>
<p>Anyway, today, I want to share what I&#8217;ve experienced over the past 4-5 months because I think many of you may be selling yourself short when it comes to the whole health picture.   </p>
