			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I read about Aicar and GW1516 this morning&#8230;</p>
<p>In fact after I read about it, one of Annmarie&#8217;s clients and RHTV viewer (Hey Linda!) sent Ann an email about it.  I think Linda was hoping that we&#8217;d be able to prescribe it so Annmarie wouldn&#8217;t have to beat her up with exercise all the time&#8230; <img src='http://renegadehealth.com/blog/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>In a nutshell, Aicar is a drug that stimulates muscles to fatigue without you actually having to do anything.  That&#8217;s right, no working out, no running, no cardio, no nothin&#8217;.  Quite possibly one of the scariest things I&#8217;ve seen in a while.</p>
<p>GW1516 is another that requires exercise but has shown massive endurance increase (over 70%).</p>
<p>But here&#8217;s the deal&#8230; this has only been shown to work for mice.  So for at least the next 2-3 years, we&#8217;re going to have to rely on good old workouts like this lower abs 6-pack workout that we&#8217;re gonna show you now&#8230;</p>
