<p>I&#8217;ve been experimenting with tulsi or holy basil for the last 7 months and am extremely impressed with its ability to reduce stress levels.</p>
<p>Today, we&#8217;re going to use holy basil as a base for our chai spiced tea latte and fresh coconut milk to sweeten it up!</p>

<p>Here&#8217;s the Raw Food Recipe for ya&#8230;</p>
<p><strong>Holy Basil Chai Spiced Latte Tea</strong></p>
<p>For Tea:</p>
<p>1 cup water<br />
1/2 tsp fennel seeds<br />
1/2 tsp cumin<br />
1/4 tsp cloves<br />
1/2 tsp cardamom<br />
1/2 tsp <a href="http://www.renegadehealth.com/holybasil">holy basil or tulsi</a><br />
1/2 tsp cinnamon<br />
Pinch of Vanilla Powder<br />
1-2 tsp lucuma powder</p>
<p>Add all ingredients and let simmer for 20 min (at least).</p>
<p>For Coconut Milk:</p>
<p>1 cup coconut water<br />
1/2 cup coconut meat<br />
2 Tbsp Raisins</p>
<p>Blend and strain through a nutmilk bag.</p>
<p>When the tea is done simmering, strain into a mug and add your coconut milk.</p>
