<p><strong>Wendy Green&#8217;s Chopped Cauliflower Salad</strong></p>
<p>1/2 Head of Cauliflower<br />
1 Bunch Broccoli<br />
1/2 Head Green Cabbage<br />
1 Red Bell Pepper<br />
1 Orange Bell Pepper<br />
4 Radishes<br />
4 Scallions<br />
1/3 Cup Cold Pressed Sesame Oil (Or Flax or Hemp)<br />
2 Teaspoons Cumin<br />
2 Teaspoons Fresh or Powdered Ginger<br />
Juice of 1 Lemon<br />
Sea Salt and Black Pepper to Taste</p>
