We literally get hundreds of questions a week from readers all around the globe. In fact, this past month we’ve had visits from 171 different countries. What’s awesome about that is eating healthy is a global event, not just something that happens in your home town with your, likely, small number of healthy friends.

Some of the most popular questions that we get are ones that ask us about what we eat, our favorite herbs and our favorite supplements. A few weeks ago, I mentioned some of our favorite raw foods, but this week I’m going to address our favorite herbs (today) and then our favorite supplements later in the week.

Keep in mind, this list is ever changing, so please base your own health decisions on what you need, not what we’re doing.

Let’s take a look…

Say it a couple of times fast, it will grow on you and hopefully roll off your tongue.

Anyway, anyone who wants to take care of their thyroid (which means most women over 35) should know what this powerful herb is and why it would be worth their while to experiment with it.

Annmarie and one of our team members, Lisa, had an appointment today in Manhattan and I came along to meet up with them later.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t prepared.

I wore everything I have that could get completely soaked.

Anyway, I’m at a friend’s apartment now drying off with an herbal smoothie that has some goji berries and ashwaganda.

As you know, I’ve been writing about exercise a bunch and I don’t want to labor any more about it, because I know all of you have started a program and are finally starting to feel renewed. (LOL!)

Today’s question is a great one because I think it wraps up the topic pretty well. It’s from Steph:

“Wondering in your opinion the amount of exercise that you feel is appropriate or necessary to be giving your body in the course of a week. There are so many different suggestions out there and I’d like to know what’s enough or too much?”

I’ll answer that in a second…

Sorry for the delay today on the show…

I was running at a state park in Nevada today and when I got back to my car realized some moron had broken in and stolen my wallet and IPhone. The rest of my day was filled with police reports and credit card cancellations.

Exactly what I was looking forward to when I work up this morning.

So Annmarie and Oxsana filled in for today’s show! This smoothie recipe is intense. With all the ingredients you might even think it would taste awful… but I assure you, I tried a bit and it was amazing.

Vegas is known for excess, so that’s why this one is “Vegas-Style”.

Enjoy, and yes, you don’t need to include all the ingredients for this one to still be awesome! LOL!

Take a look…

Your question of the day: What is your favorite source of fiber?
