<p>Today I&#8217;m going to show you some awesome exercises to increase balance and leg strength.  </p>
<p>Don&#8217;t pass this episode up&#8230; it&#8217;s super-important for people as they grow older.  You&#8217;d be surprised at the number of people we see that are &#8220;balance&#8221; challenged.  Many can&#8217;t even balance on one leg for longer than 2-3 seconds.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve given some beginner and advanced options here, so there&#8217;s something for everyone!</p>
