Yep, that’s a mouthful… (Possibly more than the Viktoras Kulvinskas 5-Times Fast Challenge!)

I want to thank everyone who’s called in and taken the challenge, it has been a lot of fun.

I’ll have to send them all over to Viktoras once we get all the submissions so he can use them for his own marketing ;-)

(Please since we’ve had some fun with all of this, take the time to visit his site, which is at the end of this show.)

Here you go Fitness Fri-guys… this one will wipe you out if you’re not careful. We’re going to work the saggy arms and upper body to get you tighter and feeling great about the way you look in the mirror!

I know that sounds good, so go ahead and watch the show now and carve out 5 minutes to do this upper body workout…

Your question of the day: What do you think we’re going to do for show #100?

Click here, scroll down to the bottom of the page and take your guess now!

One last shot for the Viktoras Kulvinskas 5 Times Fast… just see the last blog posting for details!

Have a great weekend!

Live Awesome!

Kevin, Please help. I have been 100% raw for 15 months. I have had amazing results in healing myself from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome with a raw food diet. I worry about my Vitamin B12. I heard you recommend a B12 Lozenge. I took Perque B12 Guard Lozenge and had a severe reaction. I was very dizzy for a full 10 days and continued to feel dizzy when laying down at night for the next 6 months. What would you suggest. I have contemplated eating some Sock Eye Salmon once a month. I would really prefer to continue Raw and Vegan. What would you suggest? Stacy

    Hello Kevin and Annmarie,

For show # 100, I don’t know what you’re going to do but I can guess it’s not gonna be a live from Romans-sur-Isère, FRANCE, as uranium-bearing liquid has leaked at its nuclear plant !!
President Nicolas Sarkozy’s effort to sell home-grown nuclear energy technology to the rest of the world is just despicable.
    When my fellow-countrymen will wake-up ?

    Have a beautiful weekend.

Thanks for the awesome tips you share with us, Kevin! I’m an avid fan of the Renegade Heath Show. As for the 100th Show, I don’t really know but I’d like it to be a mix of your best tips ever!

Awesome video, Awesome workout. A great way to start the day today!!! I think you should have a party to celebrate your amazing dedication for 100 shows. Congratulations!!!

  5. lisa on July 19, 2008 10:02 am

i think you guys are going to have a big potluck. with tons of delicious food, as if all of us were there to celebrate with you! thanks for all the 99 episodes we have gotten already, can’t wait for more.

For your 100th show you will amaze your viewers with a skillfully choreographied dance routine such as the ones shown on the television program “So You Think You Can Dance”. We will all be awestruck at the fabulous flexibility and optimum health of Kevin and his life partner. We will all be so inspired that we will check into dance lessons to acheive a new goal in our life. Along with health tips we will view new dance techniques to work on. Word will get around and you both will be asked to go on the television program to compete with other dancers.

Hmmm..show 100. Well I’m sure it’ll be a big celebration. Maybe you and Annmarie can wear party hats Kevin! ;-)

Maybe you’ll give away some free stuff?? The set of 5 interviews you gave away on July 4th weekend were awesome. I especially enjoyed the Giles Wiley one about flexibility. I’m pretty flexible already but due to an old back injury, it twinges if I try to bend forward with both legs straight out in front (when sitting). I’d love to find a way to solve this problem as it’s the one direction I can’t stretch in. One leg at a time is fine but both together feels horrible.
    Free information rocks!! :-)

    Kevin & Annmarie -

I enjoy ALL of your shows, although not able to watch daily - usually I get time to catch up on weekends by watching several of them back-to-back. Great information - very much needed and apprecdiated.

    For show 100:
Maybe an edited overview or “warp-up” of the highlights (best of the best) from all or the most requested / viewed shows that will help those of us who recently joined your viewership. OR - Possibly and “out take” reel of all of the “bloopers” that you edited out of the original shows.

Keep up the good work!. . .

    Kevin,
Finding you and your website (totally.best.ever.) at episode 96, I am a bit new to your shows… I do appreciate free information, especially info I can share with my own clients and friends! I now have people at the rock climbing gym doing the neck stretches and head rolls before climbs! For your “Big 100″, how about Ellen Sture’s idea above?
I’ve been ballroom, latin, and country dancing for 16 years - the benefits are amazing! I’m not a huge TV person, but I do applaud a show that motivates America to get up and moving. How about an at-home lesson (for the shy people out there) and demonstration by you and your beautiful counter-part?
    I am vote #2!

    Hi Kevin and Annmarie!
Can’t wait to see your 100th show.

I think you two are going to dress up like Ed Sullivan (I didn’t know you even knew who he was?) with a band in the living room with some dancers dressed up like: trees, flowers, birds, small non-threatening forest animals, and colored streamers made out of straw or jute…..

Oh enough of that nonsense! Below is the format for your show.

I really think your going to have some of your original guest appear bringing their favorite super food recipe.

You will have a discussion and pick for top one or top two of:
    Best Smoothies Recipe
    Best Dinner Recipe
    Best Fitness Friday
    Best Outside Show

Some other things you plan to discuss are the Posts and the:
    Top Ten for:
Most commonly asked questions in the Posts.
Strangest questions ever asked in the Posts.
Funniest questions ever asked in the Posts.

Plus a history about how you both became raw foodies, your special guest will elaborate on that topic also for themselves during each of their interviews.

Finally, you will wrap up things with:

What the catalyst was for you to make the Renegade Health Show.

What other names for the show you originally thought about using were and why you choose the one you did.

How the show has influenced your life with the question for the viewer’s on what things about the show has influenced their lives.

Where the Renegade Health Show is headed….

I Hope I win A REALLY BIG SHOW PRIZE!
    Have fun with your show!
    Cheryl C. : )

    Congratulations on the 100th edition!
May be you will give us a down loadable gift?
By the way thank you for the free interview of Dhrumil Purohit. It was really great and very inspirational. He answered some many questions in such a short time. What a nice guy!
Kevin and Ann Marie continue the good work. I am always looking forward to your daily show. Best wishes for your next 100’s shows!

  12. Jenn on July 20, 2008 10:11 am

Can’t wait to see the show, I’m sure no matter what you do it’s going to be a great one!! What about your top 5 favorites of all or any of the following (if not in show than simply as a link or in comments)

    - Raw/natural foods website resources
    - Personal favorite recipes
    - greatest green smoothies
    - Raw/vegan placed to go
    - Things to stay in shape

  13. lisa on July 20, 2008 10:24 am

hello kevii was wondering what you thought about the master cleanse? its the one with the lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper. is it safe and suitabe? thanks

  14. claire on July 29, 2008 8:55 am

you are such vibrant person!! you are doing great job and congrats on 100th show.. I would like to think that there will be a range of features that will be of great interest in the pursuit of optimum health.. like some money saving tips.. some time saving tips.. a few recipes.. and fabulous discount on a great tasting green product.. all wrapped up as a past to present jaunt of the best so far! and since you are always on the go I bet there will be an introduction of a new segment showing yet another way to live well and more revelations on the products/foods we should avoid (there are so many).. thats my guess.. I look forward to the surprise
    raw peace & love x
