   The purpose to life is realizing that God is in control. To tell others about Jesus. There is a heaven and a hell, and we are to live according to God’s laws. Because he has created everything. Everyone is so confused now a days, and thinks life is good without God and totally shunning him, thinking they don’t need him, It’s sad. Because one day you will die, and find out the truth. That Jesus is Lord!! And it’s a terrible thing to deny that all your life, or to even avoid it, all because you want to run your own life. So please trust Jesus as your Saviour. He Loves you so Much. And he does so many miraculous miracles. There are demons and there are angels. That should tell you something, THE SPIRIT WORLD IS REAL. There is evil and there is good. Just search out the truth, you will find it, I did, and many others. Don’t be like everyone else in the world, they are only getting more corrupted as the generations go one, because they are pushing God further and further out of there lives, Times are hard to proclaim you are a Christian, and it is hard to stand strong. I hope you all open your hearts and believe, life will never be more fullfilling than that. When you seek the TRUTH!! AMEN

   the last two shows have been amazing! very inspirational. i watched some of the videos on daniel’s page, he’s brilliant. thank you for introducing us to so many magical people!!! its such a pleasure to be a part of yours and annemarie’s adventure through life. with that being said i think life is an adventure to the next dimention…

    life simply is……..and by the way i live in europe, and i recommend a fantastic wild hot spring in italy, toscana, it is Saturnia, not the spa, but the one outside with the pools, grass and cave.
    i will be visiting LA in january, so would you be so kind and tell me where it is as i love wild hotsprings.

By doing what we love and serving others, we create joy and contribute to the awakening of the collective consciousness.

    Well, obviously God created the beauty we see around us to be enjoyed; as well as giving to us the herbs, air, water and food as items to sustain life on planet earth.

    But to answer founder of Living Nutz questions about What is life? Why are we here? What is the purpose? Here are the answers:

    The Lord Jesus Christ, God the Creator, God the Saviour, etc created Mankind :

    Revelation 4:11-”Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou has created all things, and for THY PLEASURE THEY ARE AND WERE CREATED.” (MY EMPHASIS.)

    According to God’s own purpose and grace did he create heaven, earth and mankind for His Pleasure.

    Our purpose for being here on earth is to Glorify God through Study, Obedience and Practice of His Word(King James Bible) rightly divided.(2Timothy2:15KJV)

    Now, I know that for most reading this it will be way over their “paradigm” of thinking so to speak, but the truth is simple. Believing the Truth is what is the difficult part.

    The God of Holy Scripture created the heaven and earth with a two fold purpose in mind. He will use the nation Israel one day in the future as well as using the church, the Body of Christ for ruling in the heavenly places.

    Every philosophy KNOWN to man was written about in King Solomon’s book Ecclesiastes in the Old Testament.

    Who created the earth? Found in Genesis 1:1

    The World wide flood? Genesis chapter 7

    Why Israel during the Black Plague did so well in surviving better than the rest of Europe? The levitical laws of eating found in Leviticus and Deuteronomy of the Old Testament as well as USING RUNNING WATER THAT GOD TOLD MOSES ABOUT when he was writing Deuteronomy.
    It wasn’t till the late 1800’s (about 4000 yrs later) that American doctors figured out the Running Water would clean the skin.

    Why are we today in this Dispensation of Grace(Ephesians 3:2) here? To tell the world that Jesus Christ DIED FOR OUR SINS, WAS BURIED AND ROSE AGAIN THE THIRD DAY ACCORDING TO THE SCRIPTURES. Christ hung on the Cross to pay for the sins of Mankind.

    The very MOMENT that a person Trusts(a heartfelt belief) that Jesus Christ did that for them (mentioned above known as Good News for Mankind)that Soul will Gain Eternal Life in Heaven with their Saviour.

    For anyone who doesn’t Believe that Gospel will Go for all Eternity to Hell which will be thrown in a Lake of Fire.

    Now, I just explained Life, Why We are Here and YOUR PURPOSE IF YOU CHOOSE THIS.

    For the Most part Mankind has failed. They have created 300 plus Denominations or Religions out there that FAIL TO SPEAK THE TRUTH.
    THE TRUTH IS THAT GOD ONLY ONCE ORDAINED ANY ‘RELIGION’(WHICH MANS BRING BACK TO BONDAGE)WHICH WAS JUDAISM.

    WELL, TODAY, WE ARE NOT TOLD TO BE UNDER THE LAW OF MOSES, OR APART OF ANY RELIGION.

    GOD IN THE BOOK OF JEREMIAH HAD STOPPED THE SUN FOR AN HOUR DURING A BATTLE.

    FYI………….. There’s a hot spring in mid California too. It takes about an hour to drive up the mountains and a short 15 minute walk to the springs. It’s awesome!! Hot and cold water also.

    Regarding the previous post, there are a couple of things completely misinterpreted. Hell fire is a man-made doctrine. God is love. How could a God of love send people to hell who may not have access to the Bible? He would not torture imperfect people forever. That is not the God of the Bible. Sin is forgiven at death, not punished. Regarding the lake of fire…what happens when you through something in fire? It’s done. Over. You never see it again. Destroyed for good. Not tortured!

    God rejected Israel. They killed his own son for crying out loud! It’s all in the Bible. Read the WHOLE thing and you will see.

    Jesus gave two commandments: love God, love your neighbor. Even Gandhi said if all mankind would live by what Jesus said in the Sermon on Mount there would be peace in the entire world. It’s a pity religion is lying to the masses since the truth is certainly there and it doesn’t need interpretations or additions.

    Since this is pretty much a raw food/health site, the Bible also gives advice about keeping our bodies clean, not abusing animals and many of the other things that we already believe in. It’s all about love and respecting our fellow creatures.

    Faith without action doesn’t mean squat. There’s no instantly being saved just because you believe in Jesus. The Bible says even the demons believe. Look what some of these crooked religious leaders do. They steal from the innocent and poor. They rape and abuse innocent children and mislead the masses.

    The Bible is a beautiful book but religion has ruined it and are not telling people the truth. We obviously have a spiritual side and that’s a big part of our purpose.

    Be thankful and grateful for all the wonders of creation. Gratitude and giving thanks to God will bring answers. We are born with a conscience and shouldn’t ignore it. That’s what makes us human.

    michael, your opinion is very clear and well resourced.

    i’m curious, though:

    god created everything, so then he must have created other religions and “fools,” as you say.

    ‘he’ must have created those who find their own meaning of life in words other than ‘god’ or jesus christ.

    why would ‘he’ have created things that seemingly go against ‘him?’

    unless there is no real separation between ‘him’ and the truth, learning, loving, sharing, etc, that other people have described as their version of the purpose of life.

    i don’t think you’re wrong, michael. i think everyone else can be right at the same time.

    The purpose of life is to know, love and serve God. He send his only son, Jesus Christ, to demonstrate how this is accomplished. Following Jesus is clear in the scriptures of the New Testament. It is not easy and you will be persecuted but the peace which is beyond our understanding will be evident by our love.

    You can find hot springs on the web, but you can also do it the old fashioned way -well maybe the more recent past way. Go to the library and check out a hot springs book. Check out book stores and recreational equipment stores in your area too. When we travel, we travel with hot springs as destinations. Unfortunately, most of the great hot springs are in the Western States -all that geo thermal activity you know.

    Muriel, you took the words right off the tips of my fingers. We live to know, love, and serve God in this world so that we will share His everlasting joy in heaven. Each person, each soul, is created to show forth God’s goodness, love, and mercy. God’s love for each and every person is all consuming. Our souls are eternal, so cannot be consumed as physical things are. Those who reject Him choose to spend eternity trying to flee from His Love. Thus they condemn themselves to an eternity of torment because God is everywhere (Ps. 139). So, in the end, life’s purpose is to seek the one true God, so your love for Him can grow from moment to moment, and that love will spill over into service of God through your love and care for others.

    Between the ages of 18-22 I called out to God several times and told Him I wanted to know the truth and that if He were real, if He were who people said He was and that He said He was, I wanted to know. I told Him I wanted the truth! At the age of 22, am now 31, I prayed and chose to believe Jesus did make the ultimate sacrifice for me, out of his love, because I needed it, and I asked Him to come into my life/my heart. I accepted that I was a sinner (taboo word for some). The word sin actually means to have missed the mark, well I don’t know about you but I surely do, every day! My thoughts aren’t 100% pure and my actions aren’t 100% pure, I don’t handle every situation 100% perfectly every time. What human being does? When I prayed that prayer, and I REALLY meant it, something happened in my spirit. I felt a presence I had never felt before and I had instantaneous joy. Also, at that very moment I had a desire to read the bible. I never had that desire before. And I wanted to know Jesus/God more and to know what He said and did. And so began my journey, and what a journey it has been. Fantastic! It’s hard to put into words what has occured inside of me, the transformation that the Lord has brought me through. I’ve become a new person, the kind of person I always dreamed of being but could never become until I had the living God living inside of me with His power to transform and His grace and love bringing revelation of all the nasty things about me I needed to face, but couldn’t, without His love and acceptance in the midst of it. He accepts me, but not my sin. This is how Christians are often labeled haters because we likewise will accept the person while also acknowledging a behaviour they’re in is wrong. And most people have difficulty separating themselves from their behaviour and so think if you disapprove of something they do you disapprove of them as a person, not true. And I know there are some hateful, so-called Christians. I doubt the genuineness of their faith, because Jesus hates no one. The fact that God loves people and has standards for behaviour explains also how people can go to hell. God does not “send” them there. A law exists where 100% perfection, good, love, truth, etc. cannot coexist with anything tainted in even the slightest way with sin, evil, hatred, perverseness, greed, abuse, etc. Everyone longs for a place of perfection such as this, most movements, including the raw food one are basically looking to create this; it’s what most of us long for - a place free of strife, fear, hurt, pain, unfairness, injustice, lying, cheating, etc. This is heaven, and if these things were allowed, how would it be heaven? And how is God hateful for not allowing sin in heaven? The sin lies with people, not God. People murder, lie, cheat and steal, not God. God made a sacrifice most of us would never make, EVER. He gave His life for us; let that sink in. How many people would you die for? Maybe if you have a spouse or child you can relate to that kind of love, but God not only died for those that love Him, but for those that hate and despise and loath him. He gave His life for everyone, because He loves everyone. Now that’s UNconditional love. He gave His life to cover for all sin and evil, as provision for ALL to be able to reside in heaven, because THAT’S WHAT HE WANTS! To believe otherwise means you’ve bought in to a lie, as I once did, as I think all did before they allowed the love of God/Jesus to enter in. Before I chose to believe Jesus I had some very automatic excuses for why what He did and who He was just could not be believed. After I received Him, it dawned on me, all those automatic excuses were not mine. I never once truly thought through the possibility of a real, living God who is truth and righteousness and love. All my excuses came from other people’s unbelief about the truth. It dawned on me, I never truly made up my own mind on any of His claims, and I never really wanted the truth anyway which was why I adopted other’s stances on the matter without thought and without realizing I hadn’t thought about it. Have you? Are you interested in examining your heart? Are you interested in allowing all the dark things residing in you to come into the light? Do you want the true truth regardless of what it means for you; regardless of what you might have to give up or what you might have to change? If not, then I would challenge you that you probably do not really want the truth. Be honest with yourself, do you? Or do you just want a version that you like, that makes sense or fits in with how you’re already living? It’s a hard thing, to commit to accepting the truth in every matter, in every area, and fully about ourselves, but if we really commit it opens a door for us to receive it, piece by piece, as we can handle it, because God does not give us more than we can handle, and with Him we can handle anything and everything. Phil. 4:13.

    Still working on my physical and spiritual bodies. Looks like fun being so close to nature. I have woods as my backyard with a creek way at the back. I have yet to explore them fully. As for the purpose of life, to work on yourself and to show divine love. To realize as it says in every illuminated ‘religious book’ including the bible: we are spirit as is God, Jesus/truth says we are gods the presence and power that animates, creates and expands in love. Within us is the very thing we search for so extensively outside ourselves. Love is nonjudgmental, detachment (knowing that since there is no loss in spirit nothing can be lost or taken from you), no expectation (you know that all is well whatever the outward appearance is for we are not physical beings…our bodies are the facade that houses the spirit in this realm called Earth). Finally, love is acceptance of all things for whether good or evil we all come from one source. We may be lead by individual ego-centered agendas but ultimately we are all one….one body/many members. Our purpose is to express that Divine Love in our lives daily first to ourselves then to everyone else in the world, even those with whom we disagree we say ‘Father forgive them they know not what they do’ nor who they truly are! We are the consciousness of love divine.

    Thank you Debra! I have been looking for natural springs-hot springs on the web and queried the state of VA re same. So far no luck. But I’ll go to the main library next week and ask for help from a staffer. I am in Virginia. Surely there are some in the Shenandoahs. I also used to swim in a mountain spring-fed pond in West Virginia near Lost River. The first time I went, I wasn’t feeling well. But by the time I got out of the water, I felt fantastic. After hearing Daniel (my son’s name too), I am thinking about how I could feel if I were drinking water like this all the time. Quantum leap moment for me!

    One main point that I would like to make in relation to the question that I posed, is to work calmly but progressively to procure an awareness that encompasses an open mind. We live in an absolutely unlimited universe. Quantum science has proven that the predominant reality of life is light expanding without end. Most of what we know has been passed down to us through literary dictation. In other words, someone else’s words and belief systems. From a reality(quantum) based perspective, that can be very limiting, or in direct conflict with the divine majority, which is clearly energy based, not literary. Most of the thoughts that you and I think on a daily basis are based on linguistics that have been passed down throughout generations and that means it has been adulterated and manipulated thoroughly for at least 1000s of years. And because we are sovereign unique beings with our own personal connection to the divine, there is absolutely no authority that should claim ownership to any one person or group of persons belief systems. If a 3rd party implies that they have the solution to others salvation and we don’t question the veracity of their intent, then we automatically give our power to an authority that is other than divine, its human. If anybody claims to have the answers to others salvation, they automatically become the minority in a long line of human belief systems imparted and passed through generations based on disconnection to reality and human perspective alteration. This is in contrast to the primary universal flow where life, although its connected and all one, its always changing, growing and expressing itself in ways that are in most cases, unimaginable to those who hold a limited belief system. Here’s an experiment: If you forge new belief systems based on an open minded unlimited perspective, your body will love you, feel amazing and evolve in a way that was previously unimaginable. I guarantee that if you try this, you will find a deep seeded truth residing deep inside you that will be more than willing to begin new patterns of growth. Remember, the only thing that limits you from the infinite forms of life that you are a part of is your limited beliefs. If you can wrap your heart and mind around what I just said, unlimited love and truth will wrap itself around you!
