How to Avoid Dying…

Of the many things that can happen in life, dying isn’t anyone’s favorite.

You have plenty of manuals of “how to live well” but wouldn’t it be useful to have one on how to avoid dying?

This is the title of Dr. Greger’s new book: How Not To Die

It’s a must read!

And yes, I have read (devoured it) in just two days after its release, last week.

Sure, there are a few things that can happen that are totally outside of your control.

But, the crazy thing is that most people die of diseases that could have been:

– Prevented
– Reversed

… and that is without medication or surgery, which all have their undesirable side-effects.

And you must know something about Dr. Greger: He’s the most dedicated research on health and nutrition at the moment, operating an outstanding non-profit website (NutritionFacts).

Every year he goes through every major health and nutrition research papers and summarizes his findings.

His book is an amazing summary of all of this research. A must-have!

There are so many some interesting tidbits worth knowing.

Like the one food that reverses hypertension better than leading drugs (it’s cheap and easily available, and most people don’t know about it!).

Or new findings on Alzheimer’s disease that everyone should know.

Or the latest on every major disease: heart diseases, lung diseases, brain diseases, cancer, infections, diabetes, hypertension, depression, Parkinson’s and more.

You can get the book on Amazon

You can also get the Audible version, which is recorded by Dr. Greger himself. This is nice because he’s very entertaining!
