DHA is such an important part of a breastfeeding mom’s diet, or any diet for that matter. This juice combines omega 3 fatty acids from both chia seeds and algae for an energizing and brain boosting pink drink.

Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients
2 cups grapefruit juice
2 T chia seeds
½ t Nutra Vege omega 3 supplement, citrus flavored
Variation: for a greater nutrition profile, add 2 T E3Live or other blue-green algae.
Directions
Stir the chia seeds and Nutra Vege into the grapefruit juice. Stir with a straw as you drink. You can also use a neutral tasting oil such as Udo’s Oil, chia oil, or flax seed oil, instead of Nutra Vege.
