Post-Workout Superfood Smoothie – A Raw Recipe from Nick Stern, aka Natureboy
Serves: 3 to 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
1 Whole coconut, meat and milk
3 Scoops Sunwarrior Vanilla Protein
1 Capful Liquid Light
1 Tbs tocotrienols
1 Tbs chia seeds
1 Tbs raw virgin coconut oil
1 tsp bee pollen
1 tsp Camu Camu Berry powder
1 tsp MSM powder
1 cup organic frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries)
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen papaya
Blend at highest speed several times to make a creamy smooth texture. Additional ice may be required for ice cream-like consistency. Top off with a sprinkle of Goji Berries and Cacao Nibs. Texture should be thick and eaten with a spoon. Enjoy!


















Hi Kevin, I REALY need your help.. I am a 42 year old woman with a pretty busy life. I have 3 little ones and a hubby that just does not understand. I weigh about 150lbs, and I’m not in bad shape. I exercised and weight lift 5 days a week during the summer and now working and not having to much time to do that, but… I still am active, anyhow I still would realy love to loose 20lbs. I have tried everything, I am so fed up with trying everything and still not working. I am asking for help because i need it. I eat clean and almost everything Organic. I know I can’t have white flour,wheat,
sugars and some beans. If there is something that can help me lose weight and still very be very healthy and not make me bloated I would appreciate it. I also would like something that can make me full so i don’t eat extra food. Thanks Kevin.
