Kevin Gianni is a health author, activist and blogger. He started seriously researching personal and preventative natural health therapies in 2002 when he was struck with the reality that cancer ran deep in his family and if he didn’t change the way he was living — he might go down that same path. Since then, he’s written and edited 6 books on the subject of natural health, diet and fitness. During this time, he’s constantly been humbled by what experts claim they know and what actually is true. This has led him to experiment with many diets and protocols — including vegan, raw food, fasting, medical treatments and more — to find out what is myth and what really works in the real world.

Kevin has also traveled around the world searching for the best protocols, foods, medicines and clinics around and bringing them to the readers of his blog RenegadeHealth.com — which is one of the most widely read natural health blogs in the world with hundreds of thousands of visitors a month from over 150 countries around the world.

    Yes…..type A!

  2. Satori says:

I’ve grown up not knowing my blood type. I think this was the best thing ever happened to my life. Nobody including me could ever stereotype me by different blood types.

My very first blood test is coming up soon, and I’m seriously scared to find out my blood type!!!

  3. Anna says:

Thanks for the interview. Very thought-provoking.

  5. Ira Edwards says:

Type A personality has nothing to do with blood type.
One of the worst poisons is a combination of stress with any food. We need short periods of stress, and we need peaceful meals. Our endocrine system cannot deal with both at once. Sympathetic vs. parasympathetic.
The benefit of any diet may be less than the stress of trying to conform to it.

  6. Darlene Santano says:

I am probably still a Type A because I do have a tendency to get stressed out all the time; however, I now find myself asking questions such as ” what would happen if…” “does this make any difference to how you see yourself or the world…” and find that this helps me calm down and put things in perspective.

I just don’t worry too much about things anymore. I find things work out if you don’t overstress about them.
