Annmarie did her first liver flush in beautiful Costa Rica at Hacienda Del Sol…
Last weekend, I had an amazing 60 minute interview with health author Andreas Moritz.
The first half we focused on cleansing for the liver and gallbladder, and the second half we talked cancer.
In Part 1 of my interview, Andreas Moritz will share how to cleanse the liver and gallbladder in a non-intrusive, inexpensive way.
He’s written an entire book on the subject, but here’s a great 30 minute primer on what to do, how to do it and why you want to cleanse these important parts of your body at least 1-2 times a year (maybe more if you never have!)
Here’s Part 1 of the interview:

My notes on this interview with Andreas Moritz:
I don’t have much here in terms of notes. I think this interview is one that is better listened to than summarized.
Personally, the liver and gallbladder cleanse is one that I did not want to do for a while due to the fact that my cholesterol was low.
I didn’t want to overstimulate my body and release too much cholesterol and bile, which in turn would have left me (possibly) further deficient.
Anyway, now that my levels are back up, I was convinced by this interview to do the cleanse myself for the first time. (Annmarie has done it, I have not.)
I’ll be writing about this experience on Wednesday (which I did last Thursday / Friday), which you’ll be able to read and get my insight into the process.
The reason why I decided to do the cleanse is because I have always had this thought in the back of my head that my liver may still be congested due to the excessive use of alcohol and drugs that I experienced in high school and college.
My logical mind says that these issues have already been healed in the 10 years that have passed, but I don’t like to leave these things to chance.
With that said, I decided to do at least one cleanse to determine if there are a lot of “stones” and then go from there.
I’m also wondering if a liver cleanse can change the condition of my skin as well.
While my skin has dramatically improved over the past 3 years, my hope is that a liver cleanse will help to make it ever better.
Again, these are only ideas that I have.
I will be explaining what happened to me and if I’ll do the liver and gallbladder cleanse again!
I want to know your thoughts: Have you done a liver and gallbladder cleanse before? I want to know what happened to you…
