Putting in some earphones, great music and running outdoors!
On a side note I saw an older video of you guys making raw chocolate milk, talking about why AnnMarie cut her hair ( for a wig for a little girl with cancer ) in the video you mentioned that you didn’t think Chemo was the answer to treat cancer. Just wondered what you guys would do? I don’t have cancer, I did lose my father to cancer. Just very interested in your thoughts.

I was hoping to read the comments to the question “What’s your favorite exercise?” but a search on your site did not get me back to the original “Top Ten Bodyweight Exercises” show. I even put in the date since you mentioned it, but it didn’t come up. I appreciate searches, and hope you keep up with yours.
Love these exercise; many are on my daily workout.

Favorite Exercise…hummmm? I would have to say planks. As much as I hate them while I am doing them, they really do work!
