at least you don’t have “nfl red zone.” With that device, there’s no time to talk to the person next to you.
8:20 pm on January 3rd, 2011
I want to see the food journal of you and annmarie’s increased calorie meals you’ve been eating in order to keep up with the increase in training! also
2)the before and after pics.
3)the increased weight lifting numbers, vertical jump, lower running times, whatever you got!
I figger you’re writing a new book and you have to hold stuff back, but still, let us in on the journey.
8:28 pm on January 3rd, 2011
HAPPY NEW YEAR! Just finishing your book HIGH RAW…..AWSOME is not even the word. Best book I have read so far on health and being healthy and happy. Thank you so much!
SInce you will have more recipes and more articles, that is all I want…….how about having some people that have transformed their lives because of you and your wife?
I am most happy and healthe RAWvegan for life!
HAPPY RAW YEAR!

I’m one of those people that lives in a very rural area and finds it very difficult/impossible to find some of the ingredients in your recipes. The closest Whole Foods is 3 hours away. No farmers markets. Organic food is rare and quite expensive. I would like to see some recipes or ideas for people who can’t find or can’t afford the rarer spices and foods.
8:35 pm on January 3rd, 2011
I’d like to see more mind/body connection stuff, more stress-busting, adrenal/immunity-boosting info, and more holistic wellness stuff. Health is not just about food, right? I really appreciate the repeated messages debunking blanket edicts regarding diet, and I would love to hear more about approaches for individualization. Thanks for all you do!
8:38 pm on January 3rd, 2011
I enjoy the videos because yours are less than 10 minutes long and filled with good information. However, I have trouble concentrating on the ones that show a few photos intead of action.
I like the short emails–just never make the time to read anything lengthy because of all of the emails that I receive daily.
Thanks for asking!
8:38 pm on January 3rd, 2011
I love most everything you all do! I enjoyed the shows where you were physically with other raw food/health experts or visiting raw food cafes/retreats/etc. I admit, I sometimes would not watch the shows that had many parts where other health experts spoke. This is not to say that these are not valid, but sometimes I watch your show for quick inspiration. This is not to say I don’t go back and watch previous interviews when I am in the mood. Thanks for a great year of learning, looking forward to 11′, breath easy.
best,
Christie

I would like to know the specific cook books you use and the ones you think are worth having for their extra info besides recipes. Focusing on smoothies, green foods, green smoothies, Vegan, Grains and Whole Foods. Happy zzzzzzzzzzz. Love and Gratitude, Jan.

i think people need INSPIRATION!!!
8:58 pm on January 3rd, 2011
Kevin,
I just watched the short video of your speach at the Longevity conference now and I wanted to tel you how much I loved it!
Your my hero as you’re being very honest about your discoveries and findings and you are very smart at puting all these informations together so it’s understandable by your audiance.
You bring all these infos in perspective so it’s really understandable and applicable. You are making a big difference in people’s life and that is what I want you to keep doing for this year.
Yes you’re changing the world
YVES.
8:59 pm on January 3rd, 2011
Re: the recipes… I would like see Annmarie making more foods that reflect the “raw is not law” ideal… -meaning-… if we want to responsibly incorporate non-raw, non-vegan foods, how can we do that within a high raw diet?
I also want to see more Jonny5! : )
Thank you!

Thanks for the great info in 2010 Kevin. I enjoy and listen to most of the Renegade health shows. One thing I would like to see more of is a sort of rating of various raw food programs and personas (strengths and weaknesses and ease of implementation).
Happy New Year to you and AnneMarie!

I love everything you guys do, like the others have said. I’d like to see more recipe segments, Annmarie is so,so good at those (Kevin you rock too) When you discover new great products that you would use, and share with us, a little more on simplicity and holistic ways of being. Maybe a show here and there on how to utilize what a person has on hand at home to make natural skin care, or home cleaning supplies for those tough times we all in some way or another might be experiencing. I love your store and do buy your products, but sometimes finding a way to save a buck is also useful information. A huge thank you, to you Kevin and sweet Annmarie for a wonderful 2010 full of fun, inspiring, energy filled, laughs, recipes, site seeing, family sharing moments…..all you’ve shared and continue to share so sincerely with all of us out here looking in.
Bless you with a wonderful, healthy, happy, adventurous fun filled 2011~
9:03 pm on January 3rd, 2011
I enjoy what you do already. I would like more interviews. You always choose folks who stretch my thinking. I even enjoy the ones I may not agree with because they always make me think about why they believe what they believe. Just because I believe something does not mean it’s true. Not so long ago everyone “knew” the world was flat and that the earth was the center of the universe and the sun moved around us. Never hurts to put your beliefs to the test. You just might learn something really vital. And if not, your current belief has been confirmed to you via a deeper thought process then the last time you looked it over. Always good stuff….
9:09 pm on January 3rd, 2011
Happy New Year – great 2010 and am looking forward to all the good stuff in 2011. How about Earthing/Grounding – are you guys into it? is it working?
9:14 pm on January 3rd, 2011
I want to see more “grow your own” technology. Sprouts, urban gardening, etc. Already love the way you offer so many different viewpoints from interviewing all kinds of health leaders.
9:15 pm on January 3rd, 2011
I like the way the show is going and can’t really offer much of a critique about it. I particularly like the interviews that were in series of 3s and addressed different topics within each. They’re great.
I would like to see more science in the show and perhaps some nutritional biochem. i think that sometimes artistic/imaginative creativity with scientific concepts ie. raw food enzyme theory, can obviously be misguiding and not necessarily contribute to a person’s optimal health.
It’s good that you have provided a critical perspective, but it seems like a lot of those perspectives have also picked up their own extremes that could do with yet another analysis. I think first and foremost of Daniel Vitalis and his high-meat ‘we-need-cholesterol’ diet. That would be a great place to start on this note- cholesterol.
I would also like to see more information on cancer and the role that nutrition can play for a person with cancer that has had chemo/radio and is recovering, or is looking for support during treatment, or is even doing a natural therapy in hopes of recovering. An analysis of the success of such an approach for different types of cancer is in order and would be beneficial to many. Various foods being labelled as ‘cancer cures’ need to be revealed as not necessarily curing cancer itself but as contributing to the prevention of cancer.
The subject of immunotherapy would be great to be discussed by you with someone, outside of its potential for cancer patients but with a range of conditions.
Maybe even an interview with a naturopathic oncologist, too, could be a good idea?
Also, I think it would be of interest for you to have a look at ‘Biobran’ MGN-3 arabinoxylan compound and its role in supporting the immune system. Discussions on the immune system with health professionals could be a good thing.
Well, all the best this year for both of you. I suspect this coming year is going to be full of mindbending info. Thank you for your show
9:15 pm on January 3rd, 2011
Would love for you to do a big sell of the stuff you have found and use repeatedly because it’s better, e.g., oil, seasoning, chocolate, cinnamon, what have you, as well as the cosmetics. But, not EVERYTHING, but the ESSENTIAL stuff you can’t live without. That would be a great sharing and get us more consolidated and informed about what we should buy and keep in our cupboards!!
It would be OK with me, but probably nobody else(!) to make recipe days once a month containing more recipes rather than one, once a week since I don’t get to view every 7 days. BUT OH WELL.
Happy New Year. It’s exciting for all of us, isn’t it? Thanks for your service.
LOTS of love to everyone here,
Mary from Stamford, CT

Where do I find a beginner’s zapper. Information about zapping.
9:32 pm on January 3rd, 2011
I’m always looking forward to all the videos you guys put out.
I’d like to see:
content: more about wild harvesting/wild foods. growing foods. Also would love to hear more from brian clement. I’d also love to see some renegade health show bloopers or behind the scenes
products: maybe wild varieties of seeds to sprout. electro-magnetic products? work or not? for example the “Amega wands” or such.
information: I am increasingly interested in electricity, magnetism. how does it help? how does it deter? how to use it or avoid it.
Thanks!
9:46 pm on January 3rd, 2011
Hi guys!
I want you to keep doing what you are doing! I learned so much from you guys in 2010. I also would like to say that I really admire that you are NOT afraid to encourage people to look at both sides of the coin on health stuff. I find that almost rare these days.. You guys are great. I do agree with the request for more videos though. (sorry..
I enjoyed your interview videos, but would have preferred watching them all in a row instead of one per day. Just sayin’!
10:04 pm on January 3rd, 2011
Happy New Year
First send us up some of that sun and warm air when you get to FL.
Actually I agree with many of the other posts but was wondering if you could show us the whole video of what you said at the longevity conference. The clip was just a tease and many of us cannot afford the price of the whole set of dvds. Thanks so much for all you do and share.
10:05 pm on January 3rd, 2011
Hi Kevin and Annmarie! Thanks for all your hard work creating content for us! I’d like to see Kevin interview Bill Clinton about his vegan weight loss plan and ask if he’s still following a healthy lifestyle. I’d like to learn more about Gerson and how it benefits non-cancerous diseases, especially hypertension. I’d also like to see more documentation and interviews on fasting and how effectively it treats our prevalent chronic killers: atherosclerosis, hypertension, diabetes, etc. You guys ROCK!!!!
10:09 pm on January 3rd, 2011
Can you include some cooked food recipes? I’ve been mixing it up adding more cooked foods.
Thx!
Also, answer more questions as often as possible. At least one question a day even if you have an interview video, add one question at the end or the beginning. I learn so much other people’s questions and when you occasionally answer my own submissions.
Thank you so much for all you do. I love you guys. Here’s to 2011 *clink* (spring water)
10:17 pm on January 3rd, 2011
Yea! Happy New Year. I love your new hair cut. There are already a lot of great ideas posted. I do just want to say I would prefer your emails/newsletters during the week and not on the weekends. Thanks for all you do.
10:20 pm on January 3rd, 2011
Hi Kevin and Annmarie,
I would love you to do a review or the most effective practices for health?
10:23 pm on January 3rd, 2011
Hi, I look forward to 2011. Can you do a segment on rosacea and what can be done about it. It seems doctors have no clue what the cause is and therefore cannot provide a cure. Thanks, I really love your show.

More on how to get that muscoid plaque in our intestines out and will you sell the products needed to do so
11:04 pm on January 3rd, 2011
Kevin:
It is a good idea to “rest” at the beginning of a journey such as entering into new goals and ideas for 2011. It is good for you to take time to reflect and regroup for the new year. Do not feel bad that you might have watched a lot of football or anything else. Take as much time as you need. I appreciate your sincerity and honesty even when it means you have to admit you were wrong or misinformed. Thanks for not getting all “the universe this and that” on us, like some other raw foodists. Keep it simple and we totally dig it. Peace in 2011!
11:33 pm on January 3rd, 2011
I would love to see shows on what herbs help with what ailments.
11:38 pm on January 3rd, 2011
I’d love to see you interview Michael Reynolds, inventor of sustainable housing concepts called Earthships. I’d also like to see you interview Susun Weed, a woman of encyclopedic knowledge of herbal plants and their qualities. Even mundane information about our typical household contents and cleaners is very much needed. Nearly every other thing in our homes is treated with a fire retardant, which manufactures highly undesireable dust. Now I’m wondering if I should dust more, or less? And what is the best way? Hope y’all get a great lineup for this year.
11:55 pm on January 3rd, 2011
Have you checked out HSIbaltimore.com? It is a huge naturalpathic institute -has hundreds of doctors, and scientists and thousands of people who write in. ps please read the emails we send. grammarpinks1@gmail.com

I ditto Casey #20 above re: magnetism. It seems like a fascinating field and can supposedly help in healing the body. Also, “grounding”…do those pads really work? I love that you research so many things!
12:16 am on January 4th, 2011
Magnetism and Susan Weed for me too. I really enjoy your exercise shows. And could you do new shows on your mistakes along the way? You reference the 3 main ones and mention that you’ve talked about them, but I don’t have any luck when I search. I’d love to hear about your adrenal exhaustion, symptoms, recovery, etc. You could make it into a comedy so people who know the story won’t be bored. LOL!!
12:36 am on January 4th, 2011
I have learnned so much this year from you and AnnMarie and am so grateful for what you do! As a mom to a toddler, I would love it if you would focus a few shows on nutritional needs for raising babies/toddlers/children on a mostly raw vegan diet. Maybe interviewing a raw vegan family and finding out what a typical day’s menu consists of, any specific challenges they face, and what supplements they use. What are some good sources of choline besides eggs? I really don’t like giving him eggs, but have been for the choline, not a huge fan of soy lecithin. Thank you so much, and really looking forward to learning even more about this awesome lifestyle in 2011!
1:17 am on January 4th, 2011
More information on permaculture and organic gardening would be great. Introducing us to communities you may know of similar to Turtle Lake would also be of interest to me.
Thanks again for all the great work you do!
1:55 am on January 4th, 2011
I would like to see you challenge the people you interview with better questions. Instead of just letting them go on and on, ask questions that make them go deeper. Point out some potential flaws in their reasoning, and make the interview more interesting.
For example, if you are interviewing a total raw vegan, ask some tough questions about vitamin K-2, which is hardly found in plants.
Some of the content on your site is out-dated. Please stay current with the latest developments in the science of nutrition. Do you read Life Extension magazine? They have a lot of cutting edge articles, including info on K-2 and other fat-soluble vitamins. See their website lef.org
I think the problem with a lot of vegans is that they are relying on books that were written many years ago. Nutritional knowledge is constantly growing, and it is important to stay up to date.
Please stay on the cutting edge.
Many thanks.
Michael T.

I’ve always enjoyed the interviews, whether live or not. You ask good questions and let them speak. The path to optimum health is never ending and always interesting. But ultimately we have to decide for ourselves what’s best and the more a person knows, from a variety of sources and subjects, the better and more educated decisions one can make towards that goal. That said, I’d love to hear an interview with Joel Fuhrman. Thanks!
2:13 am on January 4th, 2011
wild crafting and making herbal remedies. I know you have had some shows in the past on that. More on growing vegetables and how to prepare them to eat. I love your shows.
2:27 am on January 4th, 2011
Happy New Year to you guys as well! And yes, I’ve watched too much(is there such a thing- LOL!) football as well.
I would love to see you two do more with Ultimate foods cold extracted herbs considering it was your runner up for best health food product line. I love the tulsi tea green smoothie, but would like to see what you guys do with some of the other herbs. Are you two getting into herbal elixirs at all, your own tea concoctions, etc…
I know there is a lot of info. out there on it already but would like to know your take and how you’re including the other superherbs from Ultimate in your diet. Thanks for all you do, and looking forward to 2011!
Keep up the awesome interviews, maybe a few more with Dr. Williams? Can’t get enough.
Longtime fan.

REQUEST:
- Respond to your youtube commenters!!!!
- Provide more evidence for certain claims. Why should I believe your “light bulbs emit more frequency” stuff? Just because YOU say its bad? Provide evidence, please. Or atleast personal experience.
2:57 am on January 4th, 2011
Thank you both for your perseverance in bring us the most consolidated and intellectual health information! Everything you do enlivens and drives me to live at a higher level!
Very specifically, I would like to see an interview w/ Kris Carr. I am currently reading her book “Crazy, Sexy Diet” and feel that she would be motivating and inspiring for people new to the idea of a raw/vegan lifestyle as well as helpful for those who are dealing w/ major health issues.
Keep on rawking me, baby! Much love and many blessings, Sarah

First of all, I want to see your long beautiful curly hair again….
Secondly, I would love to know more on how your conquered Lyme and Candida…. Maybe some information on dealing with mold in the home and what ideas you have on cleansing due the the above issues…
Love you guys… you are the best…please continue doing what you do best….being honest and real…that is why I watch you… I trust you guys to tell the truth!!!
5:44 am on January 4th, 2011
I think u r doing a great job. I would like to see more in debt research on the sources of information that you publish (If there is a $ trail or possible conflict of interest. I understand you do not want to isolate or piss anyone off but it is important to know if there are any factors which could influence someone or something.
I would like to see more detailed information on nutritional typing. Articles, videos podcast anything which could help a person jumpstart the maze of suggestions on what to and what not to eat.
Detailed program on how to determine if a particular diet or food is working for you, other then blood work which can be a more longterm tewt what to look for short term 8 to 16 hours after eating something .
6:36 am on January 4th, 2011
I’d like to see more simple recipes that have everday ingredients.
7:36 am on January 4th, 2011
You have noted that nutrition without fitness is lacking…so, more fitness, please. Fitness friday was always a favorite of mine. If not a particular day dedicated to it at least more often. Thanks!
Sorry, but I don’t care so much for the phone interviews with the flashing pictures. I understand its rather impossible to interview in person but what about using something like Skype to record interviews “in person”? If I just sit and listen to an interview with flashing pictures and your flashing ads on screen I get really distracted.
7:50 am on January 4th, 2011
Like several others would like to see a few recipes here and there reflecting the “Raw is not Law” ideal. Please show an occasional healthy whole grain recipe or whatever would be typical of an occasional cooked meal you would eat. But of course continue to focus mainly on fresh foods.
I also agree with one other poster that I don’t prefer the videos that are voice track only. I’d prefer to listen to these as MP3′s miss having these available in the Inner Circle.
Thanks for all you do
8:52 am on January 4th, 2011
Happy New Year !
Love your show.
Is it possible to get some info on colloidal silver, its benefits and uses?
How about some info on ozonated olive oil or water?
Looking forward to your 2011 shows.
9:37 am on January 4th, 2011
Thank you for all that you and Ann Marie do! I’m addicted to Ann Marie’s coconut body oil. I use it for everything, including soothing my soul.
I would love to see you get back to basics sometimes from time to time, and also review and update us on past discussions. As you and many people mentioned, we all need to keep learning, changing and growing and not get stuck on outdated ideas from the past.
For instance, I remember that you had a bad experience eating too much cacao, but I can’t remember exactly what happened and I don’t know where you are about this today. Since I keep hearing good things about cacao, I would like to have you review this topic again. How much is good and how much is too much?
I’m still puzzled about my water intake. I know you recommend getting water directly from a natural spring, but for many of us that is just not possible. Are there any bottled waters you recommend? What about well water? What do you think about the Kangen Water machines, that make water more alkaline?
And finally, with the direction you are going in, I would love to see you connect with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and interview Joshua Rosenthal. IIN includes teaching about non-food nutrition. They call this Primary Foods – relationships, career, physical activity, and even spirituality. These are all the things we need to be nourished with that aren’t food.
I’m looking forward to more of whatever you bring to us in the New Year. Such good news!!
Thank you and Happy New Year to All!
9:51 am on January 4th, 2011
I have really loved what you guys have started doing recently with so many great interviews and all of the newsletters sent out. You are really bringing a lot of information to us, so I really have no complaints or requests because you guys are doing an awesome job.

You guys are so neat, that I KNOW I’ll enjoy where ever you guys are finding fun and freedom and health and joy.

Hey Guys! Happy New Year!
Long time follower of your videos and website, and it has actually changed my life and inspired me to learn about health. well… also because you guys are such great teachers and teach in such an open minded way!
Few thinks Id like to see:
1. More interviews / stuff with other health experts and their discoveries.
2. Maybe change up the site layout? make it easier to search older posts and topics (for learning etc)
3. u mentioned more news, more posts! I like! … maybe change up the layout to more expansive.
4. iPhone APP?
5. Keep up the good work. Love you guys!

I am always interested in finding universal laws – things that always hold true.
I find the laws can mostly be found in the understanding of science / factual information.
I like to try to apply this information so it then solves a problem or offers a great benefit.
So please keep delivering the videos that contain facts and concepts as I like to know why something works or is that way.
I must agree with one of your other bloggers – I rarely read the text based information but always watch the videos.

Thanks

Ditto on Kelly’s (#4) remarks. I too live in a remote area w/little to no organic food. Also, I would like to learn more about essential oils, their benefits, and how to know what oil to use for what. Thank you both for all you do!
3:20 pm on January 4th, 2011
I am new to your broadcast,so I’m not sure if you have covered this already. I would love to learn natural ways to filter my own water.
Everything I have researched says to get your water from a Spring. The closet spring to me is 2 hours away. Would love to get info if I could.
Thanks!
3:31 pm on January 4th, 2011
Love your show guys!
I became raw almost two years ago…was going at 100% raw, but alrhough many of my health issues were resolved via the cleanse, other health issues emerged (or perhaps became more apparent). I have thus, in the last two months, added some cooked foods (mainly steamed vegetables), plus eggs and cooked Quinoa- I now feel much better. I think I may have become ‘stuck’ in legalistic thinking, were it not for you both being open about your own lives as High Raw…not strictly raw.
I have found great support in your show as you share and teach a non dogmatic approach to nutrition and I greatly enjoy your openess and honesty. I trust you and Marie in that you are truly wanting to spread the news re: health & nutrition.
Thank you for all you do!
4:00 pm on January 4th, 2011
HI, I think it would be awesome if you did more shows on foraging for wild foods, also if when your talking about foods if you could talk more about nutrient contents & tell us what role these nutrients play in the body & why we need them for a healthy life.
4:01 pm on January 4th, 2011
I want to see what you’re supposed to eat on a typical raw food day. Yes, yes, I understand there is no typical, but still I’d like to see some options!! Also, it gets confusing as to when you are supposed to change it up. Like you shouldn’t almonds every day and spinach all the time either. How do you meal plan so you can save mind space for everything else in your life?
4:17 pm on January 4th, 2011
I like that you have recently many interviews with naturopathic doctors. maybe you can find somebody who knows about oestrogen dominance. it is so very common and a cause of many hormonal problems in women of different ages, and also unexpectedly in men, too.
regards from Finland!
6:15 pm on January 4th, 2011
Hi.
I’m loving your show and your information. My question is (or maybe it’d be questions are)… I know I’ve heard you say over and over you’d sacrifice anything for your health.
I would love to be able to live my life as you are able to… and have access to all the products and information you have….but, with all respect intended, loads of people (me included) just can’t get access to, nor afford most of the products you use. Really, REALLY don’t want to offend. Without going into detail, sometimes it’s all I can do to put food on the table for my daughter and I…. Soooo… I’m wondering if you could make suggestions… recipes… lifestyle change suggestions, etc., etc. for the world I live in. Are there things I could do in small ways to feel better…? What small changes can be made to make a biggest possible difference in your (my
life. I hope the question makes sense. If not, that’s okay. I understand.
8:56 pm on January 4th, 2011
Thanks for asking… I’d like to see more recommended protocols for specific challenges. I know, I know you’re not a doctor and one should see one’s own, but there are plenty of minor maladies that have natural remedies and cures that I think your community would appreciate. I’d also like to see a real, healthy, whole, organic and super food movement catch fire and spread to the masses. Wolf and Co’s Food Matters movie is good, but we need a more coordinated movement on all fronts. Petitions, boycots, a Rally to Restore (Real, Organic Sustainable) Food, mass letter campaigns, like NDRC and OCA and so many others do. Let’s pull it all together into a larger movement for sustainably produced organic food. I know, healthy food is only part of the path to good health, but it’s the biggest part; you know “three squares a day” and then some. I’ll even help. I hope I didn’t make you sorry you asked.
9:59 pm on January 4th, 2011
Hi Anne Marie and Kevin,
First let me say that your shows has been a tremendous help to us. THANK YOU. We are a couple and a friend ages 65, 52 and 42.
Having been on raw food (mostly) for only eight months and living in Denmark, we would really love some advise on how to ‘survive’ on raw food with the kind of climate that we have.
From October to May getting fresh organic produce is next to impossible. We can get various locally grown cabbage, but everything else has been imported from Southern Europe after having been produced in green houses.
So organic is possible, but fresh is out of the question.
The only fresh, organic, locally grown we can get is sprouts from our own Easy Green.
If we want wheatgrass we need to grow it indoor with artificial full spectrum light.
I truly hope you have some good advice.

like others on your blog I am 1/2 way around the world and getting
some thing like Irish moss shipped here is just not feasible. I like when Annmarie gives us substitutes for unique ingredients, so just do that more. I like your interviews with new people, I then go and look up their background and learn so much. I am very interested in the grounding tech. you have recently shared and would like to hear what is new with Magnetic therapy… I really only find a little bit of info out of Japan. I understand it is good for bone injuries, ie helping bone to knit better when healing. Any US research?
Also have a son in college who can not sleep well. He has always had problems with a vivid dream cycle that keeps him from getting into a deep sleep. He is a Computer major, tutors in computer science and math and interns at a computer software programing company so I am trying to get him the grounding mat. I saw a cd for calming the mind with you once. Any thing else new coming up ? Also are you still using the Yoga swing?
thank you for all you do,
Deborah in Saudi Arabia

I would love to see more of Johnny 5! That shouldn’t be too hard to arrange, right?
I’d also like to hear more about herbs, how to take them; how much, and so on. Also what one can/can not combine them with.
Food combining is also something I wouldn’t mind hearing more about.
Happy New Renegade Health Year!

You two are great -the best- the most heart centred and heart conscious of those in the movement. Your honesty and integrity inspires confidence in your work- I trust you’ll make 2011 another great year. Looking forward!

Fitness Friday videos would be great. Or maybe a fitness video every couple of weeks.
Articles would be good, but not every day or every week. Every other week would be good.
