    Good show as usual. You sent out today your 5 steps to good teeth. This was very good also. I now love using tooth soap. Unlike abrasive toothpastes I feel I can use it right after having a juice with lemon or acid foods as it is not abrasive and won’t attack my enamel. I would also like to add a 6th step – if possible invest in an electric tooth brush. I love the way it gets the soap everywhere. My teeth and gums really, really feel clean and it seems to dissolve/use the soap so well I get less of an after taste. Thanks again.

    Thanks Kevin for bringing up problems from EMF exposure. As you said, most products do not work, but there is one that does work not only for EMFs but also for geopathic stress. Geopathic stress is more toxic than EMFs and is a block to healing.     1. A very effective natural relaxant called FORMULA 303 is great for muscle spasm, tension and stress. Please see link for more details.

    2. Alkalizing the body as you mentioned should help.

    3. The addition of the proper enzymes if inflamation is present.

    the the chi-machine paul sells them, oil of oregano on skin, fir sauna, or a bio-mat= a fir heat mat with healing crystals in it, sunshine or a vit-d, touching the earth, diet, most of all figure out whats causing the pain

    Several months ago I had a swollen, hot and painful L/knee. My raw food friend recommended MSM. OMG, shortly after taking it, the pain subsided just like that! I’m still amazed by the MSM. I haven’t taken it for about a month but the swelling, heat and pain in my knee has stayed in great shape!! Several months before the knee incident, I’d already switched to a raw diet, green juicing everyday as my first meal of the day and eating only raw foods.     Kevin, I’m new to your website and I just listened to your advice regarding extreme pain and I was quite disturbed to hear your suggestion of marijuana. You should be ashamed of yourself coming across as a tree-huggging, barefoot, raw foodist etc… and then recommending pot! I hope you take this seriously and you probably won’t and you may also not even post this for your readers but I just had to write to you and I hope you get arrested the next time you do pot because … well you know very well that it fries your brain … oh!! well that explains it!!! nevermind – got it!

  10. I personally am one of the few counselors out there who specialize in Electrical Sensitivity . I had it so bad I couldn’t even touch light switches. I can tell you now I am 98% healed of my Electrical Sensitivity. I have used many devices, studied with and had sessions with many healers, researched for years (over 5 years now) and have compiled so much information on Electrical Sensitivity that I finally released an Ebook called Ways to Heal and Deal with Electrical Sensitivity. I will tell you that pendants and orgonite can help, but they are only part of the process. Vitamins, grounding, homeopathy and not eating/drinking close to electrical devices will help alot.     Getting past the pain:
    Try drinking high alkaline water; 9-10 pH, green leafy vegetables cooked lightly with some garlic to break down the relatively tough cellulose of the plant cells. Try taking Seal oil or fish oil. I think seal oil is the best. Try eating some papaya (for papain) and pineapple, especially the core of the pineapple as it contains more bromelain to help break down any old debris that could be floating around and causing inflammation.

    Apart from that, do what you can to take your mind off it. I’m not trying to belittle your pain and I would want some concrete methods to deal with it as well but the power of your mind is something else and who knows, maybe you’re experiencing this to understand just how strong your mind is. Focus on the good and heal the injured areas with your mind.

    I’d always take bodywork for pain. Jin Shin Jyutsu is non invasive, pleasant, and very effective. Any hands-on along with visualization. Try not to let the mind get too involved, as it can etch it in (bodywork can help keep that from happening).

    Hey peeps.. I wouldn’t do the marijuana if your pain is long term pain.. It will only gunk up your system. If you feel you need some, do some that is organic and make it as tea. I would really not do it all and focus money and time to long other methods that will sustain you. I’ve used Tahition Noni juice which I’ve found to be the most effective. I first started on some store bought brand noni which did help with pain. Also serrapeptase, proteolytic enzymes, magnesium, apple cider vinegar ( raw of course), walking keeps you from getting too stiff, msm, foot detox patches from kenrico gold series, and the green series, black haw, passion flower, lavender essential oil rubbed onto the site of pain, ginger and hydrogen peroxide baths, sooo many others.. when my severe pain first started over 9 yrs ago, noni and walking were some of my first steps to pain free.. they had me on all kinds of pain pills, muscle relaxers, anti-inflammitories, and steroids and were about to start me on the epidural shots.. noni worked.. took it one day.. the next day i noticed improvement.. i kept switching brands till i found what worked for me the best.. also why are you in pain..if you’re taking something to cover up early warnings of something intense you might want to know it’s source is…yes on the breath work too…and if you know how to do trigger point release or someone who does, reiki ( see if you can get someone to attune you ), univeral tuners, sitting with weeping willow and pine trees, lying out on mother earth with your skin touching, being around running a stream.. infra red saunas, sweat lodges, sage and sweet grass, laughter, yoga or simple stretching,sometimes pain takes a multilevel approach.. even when it hurts just to get up ,binaural beats, rife machines,. stephen halpern’s music is awesome for pain.. getting yourself into the alpha state… where the pain is determines what of these and other methods to help with it.. like if it’s pain related to gallbladder which can include back pain.. well then you’re looking at some additional issues and treatments..if it’s pain related to lymph not moving make sure you add in some rebounding.. like i said sooo many ways to help with pain.. so noni, serrapeptase, some of the music stuff, black haw, detox baths, and reiki are some of the tops for immediate relief.. hope you feel better soon..

    An anti-inflammatory diet (Body Ecology Diet) has helped me tremendously with chronic pain from reflex sympathetic dystrophy. I’ve also used Zeolite Pure, thiotic acid (from Hulda Clark’s protocol) and Ancient Minerals magnesium oil with great success.

    Soaking fruits and vegetables in a bowl of water with several drops of lugol’s iodine added is also an effective way to disinfect.

    Regarding teeth, I saw an interview on RawFoodWorld about adya clarity. The guy said to help get rid of plaque, swish adya through your teeth. During the day, I drink water that I add adya to. For about a week, I have been swishing it. My teeth look pretty good, and I haven’t used any tooth brightener this week. Just a thought.

    Sorry, I haven’t had any intense pain to deal with. If it is muscular pain, maybe get a massage.

    Sorry Kevin, but you obviously need to do some serious, honest, open-minded, in-depth, blinderless research & due-diligence on EMFs/ELFs, quantum mechanics, quantum physics, and quantum bio-physics before you give your listeners/readers info that is not accurate. Zero Point Energy, Standing Columnar Wave, Standing Wave Energy, Orgone Energy, and Quantum Scalar Waves (all referring to the same thing) involve much more than you seem to be aware of. Agreed, most of the necklaces and stickers you referred to are junk, but there are products available that will amaze/astound most anybody. The reason has to do with the fact that we are electrical beings living in an electrical universe. By the way, this technology properly understood and used will help alleviate, and in most cases actually eliminate, any type of pain because of getting to the root cause of the problem(s) and assisting the body in getting back into balance (homeostasis), and thereby healing itself.

    When I was a teenager, I had oral surgery and refused to take pain medication after the anesthetic wore off. The pain was so intense that I burrowed my face into the sofa. Somehow I spontaneously moved the pain mentally from my mouth to a corner of the room. I then fell asleep, and felt much better after I awoke.

    I’m now 73 years old and I have been perfecting the above technique of pain management all of my life. It’s really a use of self-hypnosis and is very effective — especially if you give it time, focus and persistence. I feel that it was a gift to me in a time of desperate need, and I love sharing it with others.

    In the comments of a previous video I suggested interviewing Lou Corona. Turns out he and Dan McDonald (Life Regenerator) just posted a video in response to recent videos on your website (and others) regarding people who have trouble succeeding on a raw vegan diet over a long period.

    This video is inspirational and shows how the raw vegan diet can work if done correctly:

    Raw vegetables (especially leafy greens), fruits, sprouted and culturized nuts & seeds is where it’s at. Limit the amount of dehydrated food and stimulants (like cacao). It would be great if you interviewed Lou Corona and Dan McDonald some time in the future.

    If the pain is localised, but a towel soaked in cold water on the affected area and put a hot water bottle on top of the towel. This will melt the pain away.

    I wonder if anybody knows how to cure heel spur?
    My mother has had it for almost a year now and it doesn’t get any better…. Does MSM help ? How should you use it if it helps? Is “Arnica cream” a good solution?

  26. Re: EMF stickers… I would love to hear more about EMF-blocking technology. I am highly sceptical, too, about all those stickers, but I’d love to hear your opinion about what Steve (above) is saying. In general, I’d just love to hear more about this topic – especially because I have a kid that I’m trying to teach healthy electronic gadgetry usage.

    Re: food-borne bacteria… I had another thought on this. We need to be careful about how we’re -storing- our food, too. This is often overlooked. The best way to store nuts is in the freezer, say, to retard mildew growth. Are our refrigerators at the right temp? Things like that. Also, I would advocate immune-boosting foods like chaga (which is prevelant in my area, so that’s the main immuno-adaptogen I rely on) to keep our systems strong.

    i have been going to a practioner who uses a SCIO computer to assess what energies are in your body that are misaligned to your field. it noticed that i worked alot around EMF’s. Got the pendant and the SCIO program showed a significant / massive decrease in EMF exposure. so i wear it every day and i sure feel protected. i continue to show low exposure to EMF’s when i go to her. my experience.

    EFT (which kevin brought up in a radio show recently) and the Sedona Method are two excellent techniques to release pain. I’ve seen people go from having having “cronic” pain for decades to being pain free in just a matter of minutes by using such methods.
    And even if you can’t release it all, theres a good chance that you can at least lower the pain dramatically.

    My experience with pain has been limited. One thing that I do is think about what my doctors tell me to do. If it is a muscle relaxant pill I will do a massage, slow stretches, and maybe chiorpactic. What ever my doctor says I try to find a way, to accomplish the same thing, in away that does not cause side effects or more problems.

  30. I would recommend basic pain relief measures like relaxation, massage, Reiki, chiropractic adjustments, warm/hot baths with Epsom salt, and NSAID’s (yes, allopathic, but effective). I also suggest exploring magnetic therapy, EFT/Tapping.

    Hi !

    There is also a Rhumart machine that helps pain. It is an electromagnetic machine with low frequency and it helps any inflammation anywhere in the body. I personnally had good result with this machine: with a plantar wart (that has been treated for 2 years with traditionnal medecine without any result); I have also had great result with herniated lumbar disc and neck pain and all sort of other snall problems like an earache, a burn etc…

    I hurt my back a coouple months back to the point I couldn’t get out of bed by myself. I then went to the caropracter who after adjusting me told me to put cold packs on it at least 3 times a day for 20 min. This felt so good that I didn’t want to take them off and for a few days I litteraly had cold packs on that area for hours at a time. You would think this would make your skin so could it would hurt but under the pack the skin was still warm, the area was that inflamed. Not sure why your in pain but hope this helps.

    INSTEAD: Protection by distance from source of radiofrequency AND preferably switching it OFF (mobile phone/DECT/WIFI) is the science way to do this:


    6 foot 2, 200 pound Standard Anthropormorphic Man (SAM) – this is what the Canadian safety standards are based on: (2% of the Canadian population is this size!!)

    if you want to see more see at least up to minute 3 (but more on this video to confirm this):

    BOTTOM LINE: use landline instead of mobile phone/wireless/DECT. Also turn OFF mobile/wifi/dect when not in use – they transmit RF even when you are not talking.

    radiofrequency does not care about your body.

    God loves us by first giving us a symptom to change what is wrong. If we listen to him we get to the root of the problem .If we mask the pain over with drugs(marijuana etc)God will speak even louder by allowing Dis-ease. Again you have a choice to change. Unfortenately many people want to hang on to bad habits that caused the pain in the first place.But lets say you have Pain from automobile accident etc. Then you must remember pain is Inflamation (fire) .what do you put on fire? Drink lots of water get anti-inflamatory food in your body.

    I purchased a grounding sheet for my bed and for our computer workstations, and then I had an EMF technical person do an assessment of our house. He instructed me to get rid of these devices as they would do more harm than good. I have an article he sent me which explained why these types of devices were not good for you.     For protection: I know that wearing crystals has a wonderful protecting & healing effect – but the best is to surround yourself in a Tube of White Light and outside that Tube of White Light vision a Wall of Blue Flame – Perfect. The Best protection ever.

    Chaparral packs applied on the body are great for pain. We had a friend with cancer that had spread to the bones and alot of his body and he was able to almost IMMEDIATELY eliminate pain by using the home-made chaparral packs. You can make your own and use the same one for a long time, it actually gets stronger the more you use it. I’m guessing you can find instructions online on how to make it properly. Hope that helps!

    Clint Ober’s book, Earthing, (, sure seems to have the research to back up the benefit of grounding to the earth. I will continue to do my research. It seems to never fail, that when I come to believe something, new info refutes it. Be it nutrition, fitness, etc. I know it frustrates everyone. Thank goodness, I have an inquisitive mind alway searching for answers. But I do go batty occasionally!

    I concur with the idea anti-inflammatory foods (particularly omega-3 -rich foods/oils), MSM, and working on getting blood flow to the areas through light movement/exercise, stretching. I suspect grounding would be great also.

    I’d like to hear more on the subject of EFT’s also & the products associated with. Kevin, you made such a blanket statement about stickers & necklaces. I’d like to challenge you to provide some experiments showing these items do not work. I’m purchased a QBC Quantum Balance Crystal Pendant from the Raw Food World based on a video by Matt Monarch. It would be helpful to hear other comments from those retailing these items or manufacturing these items to step up to the challenge also. It’s painful to feel like a fool purchasing one of these items. I’ve also given them for gifts so I really want to know the truth. From experience wearing the necklace, I can’t prove it’s helping protect me from EFT’s but I do know after I started wearing the necklace at night to bed, my dreams are more frequent and vivid. What does this mean? Please more on this subject. Put the challenge out there Kevin. Thanks!

    For pain:
    -EFT (Tapping)
    -tissue salts
    -cetyl meristoleate cream
    -Traumeel (immediately after injury)
    -other homeopathics according to the cause
    -zero point wand
    -inversion for back pain

    Use at your own discretion and do your own research before just randomly trying something. Most of these things cannot hurt you but inversion could.

    Kev, I love that you are willing to mention things you wouldn’t use yourself (like marijuana) if you think it will help someone in terrible pain. That’s truly an open mind!

    I’m not a huge proponent, but…for critics, it may help to remember that marijuana is natural, it grows, it is a plant, and we call helper-plants herbs. if you believe foods were put here to heal, enhance and soothe, is it not possible herbs were as well? if not for yourself, could you maybe not deny that option to others?

    So it’s a plant…an herb…a medicine. Like any medicine, of course there are side effects and long-term use will distort one’s daily experience of life. But it probably won’t distort life as much as severe daily pain does! key words, severe & daily…

    Hopefully we all try to find solutions that don’t require relying on perception-altering substances. But for people in daily, severe pain, it’s hard to put yourself in that person’s shoes, but they need medication…so its really about finding the least-harmful option that does the job.

    Just my two cents…

  47. I was hoping you would answer a question about pain like this for a long time, however I figure I will ask my question in hopes one of you could narrow it down a bit for me.

    I suffer from atleast 3 ruptured disks in my lower back , L4-L6. I possiblely have 2-3 more ruptured in my upper back, however I have decided not to go get another MRI done seeing as how I am against having spinal fusion surgery (the only option many trained medical professionals could give me). I have tried many things from tens machines to massage therapy, and while I don’t mind getting a nice massage it doesn’t provide much in long term pain relief, it’s effects only last about 5 minutes for me.

    Some days my pain is so bad I cannot get out of bed without help from my husband. Which at times is really hard since he works full time to support us (myself haven’t not worked since sept of 2009). I should also point out that my ruptured disks were not caused by any kind of trauma or accident. I was simplely walking around my house (not holding anything) and my disks ruptured. I also have been diagnosed with having degenerative disk disease.

    If you guys could provide me with some pain management suggestions I would be most appriciated, I have no illusions that my life will be like it was before, but If I could get enough energy (being in extreme pain is very tiring) to atleast clean my house again or do things that I enjoy like artwork than I would be happy.



    Ps. I have a fear of doctors, have had this ever since I was a kid. I have had many different problems that never had an explaination. I have been doing lots of research lately trying to come up with an answer to things that have bothered me for atleast 15 years now. I believe I might have LUPUS. I know that if I just go into a doctors office and tell them “hey I think I have lupus, can you do some testing please” I will probably be looked at like a crazy woman. How should I go about this that doesn’t include thousands of dollars in medical bills.

    Just a word of caution about marijuana use. I’m an RN that readies people for surgery. When I assess people who have smoked marijuana on a daily basis for many years, often their lungs sound horrible and their oxygen sats are worse than 60+year smokers. This damage is not reversible, so, moderation, moderation, moderation!

    I wrote an article ( about my experience with shoulder pain. It refers to several pain relieving methods that I learned about and tells what I eventually ended up doing.

    Since many people mentioned MSM I will give you a sneak peak: the MSM made my head foggy so I discontinued it.

    My shoulder feels normal now so I don’t need to use any pain control methods, and I am so glad! Of course, I am eating better too…

    I live with severe chronic pain and tried medical marijuana about a year ago because I was so desperate for relief. I really don’t recommend using it. Yes, it works for the pain, but I had a bad horribly bad reaction to it and it triggered something akin to PTSD, with panic attacks and severe derealization which persist to this day. The result is I’m still in pain, but so much worse off because of these horrible new symptoms. I’ve read that this has happened to other people who have tried it (whether for recreation or a medical reason). It works for some people, but it has the potential to do some real long-term damage. I learned my lesson–don’t act solely out of desperation. Find something else for the pain or live with it. Pain is better than what that drug did to me.

    Alternatives for treating pain which have proven to be somewhat useful are foot reflexology, massage therapy, and far infrared sauna.

  54. @Jamie I am having my round w/moderate to severe low back pain and weakness everything under the sun in my low back. What I can offer you is. First try to stay calm, when someone first told me to calm down (my chiropractor)he also listened to me with curiosity as I realized after a few visits he is really helping me by saying things like a little decaf today looked right in my eyes and I am purposely acting calm (he must see right through me) and then joked one visit by saying very gently and softly “One train wreck at a time.” I thought I might not come back and then I was with my mouth open when I got into my car to leave and to say the least. I just calmed down and one thing at a time. I was a tad offended, but why, and I didn’t show it but you must get calm and see it’s all about one thing at a time. You need physical therapy have you done this step yet? MAYBE some chiropractic electrical stim did wonders for me did you get that in a chiropractic office? The ice and warm pack for pain and you must move around and try to ease inflammation by stretching lightly and getting to strengthen your core. Can you balance on one foot? You can get a tens unit to wear on your belt, it’s pricey but worth it. Maybe you can rent one, anyway have you had any round of anti inflammatory. I think you have you need to get some kind of “medicine” going try Papaya enzyme is awesome and so is turmeric 1500MG day life extension brand is clean and potent. I was in Costa Rica and saw a doctor and he gave me Doroxina Relax it’s not approved here it might interfere with all the narc business. I think you not gonna get any allopathic type advice here but anywway it might make you get your brain in order pain can cause many syndromes and slow healing. I had to take this two times a day for 15 days and it took me to where I could wrap my mind around the pain and suffering I was going through not tom mention my family. Seriously order some online it’s been around forever, just not here, it’s for muscular skeletal pain non it’s not addictive you must get that disk back in place get a hang from the monkey bars if you have to or your gonna take that Lortab : ) All of this may seem like to much especially since you are in pain but get some HEEL brand remedy called BACK and some Arnica Montana and lay on the floor and bring your legs to your chest just gentle stretches. You have to look at this back pain and be able to say I’m over it or you will be the biggest complainer on earth. I would be interested to hear what symptoms you have that lead you to believe you have Lupus. Good luck to you and get away from the computer for a while and feel your body get positive get moving and calm down. : )

I would like to talk with you about very real technologies for protection from electronic devices which do work and have solid science behind them. They do not work to block the radiation from the phone but they do mitigate the damage to the body from radio frequencies. I recommend that you read Disconnect by Devra Davis. I am a biofeedback technician and everyone is coming up high in radiation, dehydration and malabsorbtion on my device. I am also meeting more and more people who are electro-sensitive. Without addressing this part of the health puzzle (electro-pollution) we are patching a leaky boat with all our healthy eating and exercise programs.

    I have been there. I mean I was on prozac,amitriptiline,Elmiron, and vicodin and those were the ones I remeber. They were Just for pain. The only product I found was something a clleague had and tried.

    It was’Microdilution growth hormone complex’ This was researched by Dr dittman. It was not human or animal but the delivery system was divised by Dr Dittman so that you could ingest ‘nano’amounts that would mimic your own growth hormone and would get your own system to kick again.It was semi organic recumbant DNA from lily?company? I think.

    I was grey haired down my right side after 2 bottles of it my hair went back to its brown colour. I did not need much for the levels of pain to reduce bt in three weeks I was off ALL those nasty pain kiling drugs that DID NOT work.
    It is not sold as a pain killer but its got my system to kick start and heal its self.
