I can definitely relate to Annemarie’s muscles more than Arnold’s (at least his photos when he was younger)! (I don’t know any women who are attracted to Arnold-style muscles, but I’m sure they’re out there.)

Thanks for the great workout demos, Annemarie! I love the East Bay locations…

Annmarie, these are the best I’ve ever seen done and most of them I can do. I am very excited about sharing the exercises with friends and family!

    Thank you so much,

    Cheri’

Oh, forgot to add the fact that I certainly would not
want Arnolds biceps (yuk). I prefer both Annmaries and Kevins, thank you very much. You 2 are the best!

I’ll definitely be trying some of those moves. Neat!

And, I’ll take Annemarie’s arms, any day, lol!

Thanks for the great exercises. I like the downward dog to cobra and do that one quite often. I’m going to give the others a try. I’d much rather have arms like Annmaries’.

    Annmarie’s arms!
No contest, you look really fit, it’s always great when someone is advising you that something is good to do, and you can see that they take their own advice!

    I will definitely try these,
I’m really enjoying the return of the fitness videos, brings a good balance to things.
Focus on food is great, but like you previously said, it’s not the only key to health,

    Thanks guys :-)

annmarie’s of course! I love these! they remind me of the fun things they would have us do in elementary school in gym or as a break during soccer practice. You would chase each other around doing crazy things like this. I believe it was called the crab game hah

excellent and for sure Annmarie’s arms!

Definitely prefer Annmarie’s arms to Arnold’s, but in all fairness, I can say Arnold has a great exercise program if you want big muscles. He used to stay at the resort where I do massage, and I know his muscles are really well toned and easy to relax because he’s adamant about stretching after a hard workout. He’s really not muscle-bound at all. I’m always taken with the quality of muscles of guys who do his program.

I’m going to get right on these arm toners. Thanks, K & A!

This was a great workout and I will definitely incorporate the dive push up in my routine. It is one of the few push ups I can do.
In all fairness Ann Marie looks wonderful part because of her lifestyle, but part from her youth. Show me a senior with her arms and abs (after 3 kids) and I will be impressed.
But good show. No, I do not want to look like Arnold.

THE FIRST VIDEO WAS GREAT I COULD FOLLOW ALONG BECAUSE IT REMINDS ME OF THE SUN SALUTATION IN YOGA. THIS VIDEO WILL TAKE SOME PRACTICE; IT LOOKS MUCH HARDER BUT IT WOULD KEEP EVERYONE IN GOOD SHAPE FOR SURE!NOT JUST HER ARMS BUT WHOLE BODY WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE!

  16. Lorien
    7:22 pm on August 26th, 2010

Personally, I think huge muscles are gross, so I’ll take AnnMarie’s any day. And I’ll give the exercises a try, not my thing usually, I like to walk and do lot’s of lifting in the barn which is kinda like weight training or at least that’s what I tell myself.

  17. Sonya Sidky
    7:34 pm on August 26th, 2010

Wow looks really fun and graceful! Given the fact that I am 5′ 2″, female and dark–I think Annmarie’s arms would match my body better that Arnold’s!

Thank you AnnMarie and Kevin Great job. Most people do not realize that Arnolds arms are not healthy arms. He has had at least 2 open heart surgeries. He is not a iconic picture of what a healthy person should be and eat. Both Ann Marie and you Kevin are a thousand times healthier at your ages than what Arnold was at your age. Bless both of you.

I would rather have Anne Maire’s arms, of course. Whoa, some of those exercises look hard. I did not try them yet. Thank you for showing them. :-)

John, #18, Arnold had elective surgery to replace a defective congenital heart valve, not a result of poor diet. I’m sure his diet is quite different from K & A’s, but he is into healthy eating for his lifestyle, opting for fruits and veggies, eschewing sugar as his source of carbs.

Annmarie’s!!! Hey you guys, I am wondering what your daily routine is? I am trying to incorporate one yoga pose a day in the mornings, then breakfast etc…what do you do?

Also, I have noticed when we ask questions you don’t post answers…I know you are busy LOL.

Thanks for a great health show!

Have you seen Arnold’s arms (and other jiggly bits) lately? It’s kind of a no-brainer. Thanks for the tips.

Annmarie’s! For sure. I’m loving these exercises. I want to get the book as soon as I can. It’s really great to have an arsenal of exercises that require no equipment. Thanks for showing us these awesome moves!

    Hey Kevin,

I was just wondering if you guys have ever done an interview with Dr. Cassar and if so, do you know what his diet consists of?

    Thanks Kevin & AnneMarie,

Just wondering what exercises to train the upper body without using both the wrists and the hands? I still have some RA pains & swellings, but really wish to work my upper body, found that I couldn’t do most of the yoga posts like downward dog…

Hi Kevin and Ann Marie, these are truly interesting exercises and again I love the way you make them look easy. I would definitely prefer that my arms look like yours, Ann Marie, rather than Arnie’s. Thanks.

The inchworm is an awesome exercise! We do it as a warmup for some of our Crossfit workouts! Bear crawls are another good one!

Personally, I would rather have Annmarie’s arms anyday! She’s lean and fit and looks very healthy!

Are you guys ever going to come to Canada to do a presentation? I’d love to see you here in Edmonton. I could even show you the Crossfit gym and you guys could observe a class or even participate! I’d love to hear what you think of Crossfit as a workout!

To help encourage #14, Susan Bessette, do you think you could have Teresa Jordon on the show sometime? You may already know her from some raw event. She’s in SoCal and is in her 50’s, has had kids, and looks better than many in their 20’s — she’s such an inspiration. And she has a circle of friends in their 50’s who too are knockouts, like one of her best friends who’s also raw. Anyway, just a thought!

    Definitely Annmarie’s arms :)
I haven’t been working out like I would like to, and just tried these arm exercises. Feel the burn! I’ll be adding them to my routine, especially since I can do them anywhere: the office, at home, on vacation, on the paintball field …

  33. Jan
    1:34 pm on August 27th, 2010

    These are great exercises.

    Annmarie’s arms are the best!

    Thanks for the information.

It is good to learn about things that affect health in addition to food.

Thanks for all your hard work that goes into making the shows.

Annmarie’s arms are awesome. I’d love to have arms like that. Arnold’s arms, although impressive, are just not right. They look like someone inflated them or something!
The exercises look really hard but I will give a few of them a go!!

  35. Jacquie
    12:40 pm on August 28th, 2010

Annmarie’s hands down! But, hey, why stop there, I’d like my entire body to look like hers. Annmarie, you are so beautiful and such an inspiration! (Kevin, you are too!) ;-)

Love that you can do it anywhere and are very arm specific. So now after walking an hour I can add those and have great looking arms like Annmarie not the other guy!

Neither – I can’t imagine the guilt of knowing one of them was walking around with no arms! :) I’m so grateful you showed the “Hindu pushup” – I have had wrist problems most of my life & can’t do the “other kind” of pushups. Thank you for sharing!

    Hi Annmarie and Kevin,

    This is off the subject.

Do you know of anyone who might want to share a hotel room at the conference? I booked a non-smoking room with 2 queen size beds. As we are hardly in the room, I would LOVE to share it with someone and split the cost. I have booked the room for Thursday through Sunday night (4 nights). If you know of anyone, could you let me know? And give them my contact information?

The best way to reach me is probably by cell at 303-638-5388, or at this email address.

Thanks! I look forward to seeing you there!

    Liz

Love these “do anywhere”, “no special equipment” exercises…so do-able for everyone…even me!
Also love it that you are “barefoot” in the park!
