Want to Learn How Prepare Foods Like a Raw Food Chef? : Renegade Health Announcement

There have been a lot of cool things coming across my “desk” lately…

It’s sometimes a challenge to figure out what to talk about because I know you’re busy and there really is only so much I can talk about in a week. :-)

This is why I’ve started to put more posts, besides the show, on the blog.

In a few weeks, we’ll also have articles posted on the site, written not only by me, but by other experts as well. Please stay tuned for this. (This will be in addition to the daily Renegade Health Show.)

Anyway, today, I want to give you a solution to getting the family to eat more healthy.

The trick is this…

You have to make foods that rock.

Foods that they crave for.

Foods that they’ll ask you for over and over again.

How do you do that?

Well, you have to learn a few tricks.

I’m no expert at this.

My only trick is adding spinach to a fruit smoothie to hide the greens for my niece and nephew. :-)

Annmarie has a few more than me, but she’s still learning all the tricks of the culinary trade.

So where can you go?

When I’m looking for advice I go to the experts.

So for raw food tricks, I talk to Cherie Soria, who is the founder of the Living Light Culinary Institute.

And, in just a few weeks, Cherie is hosting an online event – that you can access from your computer – that will star some of the best raw food chefs on the planet!

I bet they’ll have some tricks up their sleeves…

The event is called “Hot Chefs, Cool Kitchen” and is an online video event that any person looking to get better at preparing raw foods would want to check out.

The “Hot Chefs, Cool Kitchen” online event used to be the Vibrant Living Expo, which Annmarie and I loved.

We’ve been at the event the last 2 years and were looking forward to it again this year.

But plans changed…

This year, Cherie and Dan from the Living Light Culinary Institute decided to not hold it, but instead have a raw food chef showcase that features some awesome chefs preparing some awesome dishes.

The event is a full weekend long, so there will be dozens of great recipes for you to watch and learn how to make.

There also is a collection of bonuses and recipe books that are worth just about as much as the whole online weekend. LOL!

We were invited to come to Ft. Bragg to be filmed for the online event, but our schedule didn’t allow it.

But, I’ll definitely be watching the program on the weekend of the 26th!

If you’re not around that weekend, don’t worry…

They’ve set it up so if you get access to the full program, you can watch it for up to 2 months.
