To relax I enjoy sitting in my yard on a sunny day drinking mint tea from my garden. During cold days I read inside with a cup of hot tea. I dry mint to have it all year.
I recently read about an easy way to keep herbs but it is only recommended for about 2 months. You fill an ice cube tray 1/2 full, put in fresh herbs, freeze, then fill ice tray with water and freeze again. This second freezing gets all the herbs under water as they tend to float to the top of the tray. This is ideal for herbs like basil that have a high moisture and oil content. It worked nicely in a vita mixer for soup by adding the entire ice cube with basil. I will experiment with other herbs. For summer it is relaxing to pick fresh as I use things from the garden.

Integrative taiji (tai chi), in the sense that taiji principles are not confined to the practice of any taiji form, but free to use in practically any life situation. For instance, the last of the 10 important points of the Yang (family) style, "seek stillness within movement". This has also been characterized by Jesus in Thomas Gospel from the Nag Hammadi Library (translated from Aramaic by scholars & not tampered with by the political church) as "rest in motion". Most easily applied in taking walks, which I most like to do. As much as I suffer from distractions I try not to let it get the better of me, lest I succumb (further) to oblivion. See the book, The Secret of the Golden Flower, translated by Thomas Cleary, quite a different book & much better rendering than the old popular version by Wilhelm. In it are meditation guidelines for obviating distraction towards overcoming oblivion.

I love being outside in the fresh air even better in warm climate with sunshine. Just spending this time being mindful of what is happening where ever I am , my garden the beach or just sitting somewhere. It's a great recharge of the batteries. Spending time with my cat is always a favourite way to relax she is awesome!!!

I guess I am the only responder that can respond to adrenal exhaustion verses adreal fatigue, constant nerve impingement rises to the level of adrenal exhaustion after 6 and a half years and 5 neurosurgens offering a remidy of fusing 4 out of seven bones of my neck.Refusing this left the paper trail of proving my dissability. The years of numb arms and hands, numb meaning the thousands of needles that made meaningful sleep impossible only ended when refusing neck fusion made the dissablity proccess begin.Adrenal exhaustion made this change in tactics possible as I was told my condition could lead to worse problems.Tests showed an impinged nerve in my left forearm,I was told it went bilateral because of my bad C4, C5, and C6 in the end spinal fusion of my neck would not have fixed the problem. My rehab from my condition is through Victoras Kulvinskas mantra, remineralize and "mind your gut" with probiotics and raise that PH. My path inclueds what I got strenght from in the 1970's Uniliver from Universal , but from where I came from I don't mind crediting a meat sourse.I have clenses in my future so I watch yours looking to my water fast and the days of not so nice to get to where I want to be.love what you do and bring out from us.

What do I do to relax? Well, if I am not on a great vacation like both of you at a fabulous Beach, then I am stuck at home.

I usually relax by taking naps or playing with my 9 year old daughter.

Yes, I do long to go to either Las Vegas in a pool, Miami, Florida or to California and lay down in the Sunshine!

I do need the sun at this point. It is freezing now in NY!
