Alright!

This show is really about you and some comments that were posted last week about answering questions on the show that Wendy and Jordan brought up (I had to title this for the search engines, btw!). They were awesome and we’ve made some changes as well as have some thoughts about them.

Yes, I also was on the Style Channel last night. I was “Kevin the Juicing Expert” and I showed Kimora Lee (Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane) how to juice to prepare for a fashion shoot. It was an awesome way to help spread the message and it was absolutely hilarious!

I’ll give you some links below to see it!

Take a look at my comments and our show now…

Kevin Gianni is a health author, activist and blogger. He started seriously researching personal and preventative natural health therapies in 2002 when he was struck with the reality that cancer ran deep in his family and if he didn’t change the way he was living — he might go down that same path. Since then, he’s written and edited 6 books on the subject of natural health, diet and fitness. During this time, he’s constantly been humbled by what experts claim they know and what actually is true. This has led him to experiment with many diets and protocols — including vegan, raw food, fasting, medical treatments and more — to find out what is myth and what really works in the real world.

Kevin has also traveled around the world searching for the best protocols, foods, medicines and clinics around and bringing them to the readers of his blog RenegadeHealth.com — which is one of the most widely read natural health blogs in the world with hundreds of thousands of visitors a month from over 150 countries around the world.

Her site is very confusing! ugh, I really want to support you two!

  2. Karen says:

Oh that was funny. You were great. Kimora and her personal chef on the other hand…hmmmm. LOL. Why didn’t you just use a blender so they could understand it easier? Great job by you!

  3. Henrik says:

Then I’d like you to do something for me in return Kevin!

The EU wants to force GMO foods onto us here in Europe, but there’s a petition going on to stop it. Hopefully enough signatures can change things around.
Please help promote the campain Kev!

Since you like to test yourself on a regular basis, I suggest you look into vocal profiling.

This is based on the work of a brilliant esoteric scientist named Sharry Edwards.

You can purchase a Nutrition Computer Program and see what is going on in your body. This program can tell you what nutrients your low in based on your voice.

For more information on vocal profiling go to, http://www.soundhealthinc.com/

  5. kelly says:

trying to start raw however most people i spoke with when asking a good juicer or blender Vit Mix names comes up. These are very expensive do you have other suggestions to start off with? I know that juicing is very important. Also, dehydration machines what would you suggest.
    Thank you
    Kelly

  6. Candice says:

Good for you guys! I’ll check out the show and comment on her blog. I LOVE seeing you guys spreading your knowledge to a wider, more conventional audience. The more exposure, the better. Here’s to more in the future! Thoughts: Sounds like a more than fair way to address questions.

  7. Nice and honest and that is just the way it should be.

  8. Phyllis says:

    Kev and Annmarie,

I haven’t been on my present journey of eatting more raw foods, but I just want to say that I appreciate ALL that you share and do to make sure that this community stays informed. Sometimes, it’s easier for others to complain what others are doing….but they fail to see or try to do what you do.

There shouldn’t be any apology or long explanation to the fact that you have a private life …therefore, you cannot spend all of your time on the computer.

I don’t have a question at this time, however I just want to say, “thank you for all that you share”.

    peace to you both.

  9. mitzi curtis says:

Just wanted to say thank you Kevin and Anne Marie for all the hard work that you do. I met you when you were in Houston, Texas @ Alicia Moncur’s rawfood meetup. Keep up the good work!
    Thinking green,
    Mitzi

  10. nick says:

I agree with your reasoning on the way to introduce and reccomend products. Keep doing what you are doing it is a great service!!!!
One area you have not mentioned much is mental health; I believe being stress free is more important then any “superfood” Running and physical exercise is good and important but Yoga and meditation is just as possibly even more important. AnnMarie and most women are more in tuned to this I hope you will begin to experiance and promote the benefits of meditation.

  11. Awesome that you’re spreading the word … it’s becoming almost mainstream.

  12. nick says:

I checked out the video on Hula I agree 1000% about wild food and I know you probably did not have access to much variety but next time let a newbie to wild food try something mild like lambs querters or if you are going to give dandelion make sure it is very young; Mature dandelion is healthy but much to bitter for a newbie. Wild American violets are another mild but nutritious plant to promote.

  13. James says:

I watched the 3 minute episode. That was cute. Good work. They didn’t show her reaction to the taste. I wonder if she liked it? Probably not. Hahaha. Truth is her situation is a little sad. She can’t drink juice, why, because her digestion is jacked up? Her adrenals are shot. That’s serious. And it’s lifestyle. Are people waiting for a baseball bat to hit them across the head? I might be guilty of a little of that, but thank God my adrenals stopped me – just kidding.

  14. Diana Press says:

Pleeeeze visit the Oakland Rawfood Meetup while you are still in the Bay Area. You have many fans among this active, awesome, engaged group of 300+ raw foodists, you will not regret it!

    I love you both!
    Diana

  15. Jo says:

Saw the hulu clip – nice work!

Certainly no complaints here concerning questions left unanswered (etc…). I’m grateful for all you share as it is.

  16. Heather says:

Sigh it said that it could only be streamed in the US so I couldn’t watch it.

  17. Ang says:

FYI: the Hulu video is only watchable in the US, hopefully the longer version will be available internationally.

I agree with Phyllis, no need for a long explanation when this is a free service – just say “I’ll answer the best questions if time permits” and thats that.

  18. Nicole says:

I think we can all understand why you can’t answer all our questions, but we appreciate the ones you do, of course. It would be pretty sad if you encouraged us to live balanced lives but then had to neglect your own in order to type oodles of replies. Thanks for addressing this issue though, so we don’t wonder if you are actually reading them or not.

I watched the video clip (even if you are not in the US you can watch it on the Style website by clicking on the Life in the Fab lane pic, then videos) I’ll post on her blog as you requested; hopefully it gets the word out for you and Annmarie!

I do have a question, but understand if you don’t want to address it in case some people will think you are just spending time plugging your own products: I want to try a few of Annemarie’s skin care products but not purchase the whole line right away. If I were to buy a couple, which would she recommend to start with? I was thinking the aloe cleanser and the body oil. Just wondered if the thinks one stands out as her fave or delivers the most noticeable results. I’m sure they are all wonderful, though. thanks!

  21. Kristin says:

Congrats! and NICE WORK! way to go!

  22. Dawni says:

    Hi Kevin and AnnMarie:

You are both amazing! I appreciate what you provide M-F – it is generous, it is respectful and given with such love. I come back everyday and smile often when I think of you or find references of you on other sites. You are transparent about your approach and have lots of integrity. I value my experiences with you.

I will definitely visit the Style channel and post – never heard of Kimora Lee though.

LET ME HELP YOU OUT….THIS IS A PERFECT VOLUNTEER POSITION.

Priscilla: I can help vet through the emails for questions posted and can forward them to you daily or as you wish throughout the week. Just let me know. I am certain your time can be devoted elsewhere.

LET’S all work to reduce Kevin’s time on the computer and achieve balance in work, play, and love.

    Dawni

  23. Wow! You were great on that show Kevin… however they were not. I know it’s all dramatized for entertainment but your the real deal. I am not sure what this show is normally about but it would be great to get some “celebrity” type people to embrace a more healthy lifestyle. maybe she will and its all for show…
    anyway, you guys are great!

  24. Karen says:

Kevin and Annmarie – don’t burn yourselves out. I need to see you guys Monday-Friday. I’ve learned so much from you. Thanks or all you do. xoxoxo

  25. john says:

  26. altopod says:

The hulu.com clip will only play for viewers in the US. That leaves the rest of us ‘international’ people in the dark.

  27. Sophia says:

I appreciate all the hard work and time you guys spend into making these shows and spreading important information on health to everyone. I am very thankful for that. You guys rock and should give yourselves a pat on the back- you don’t have to worry about not answering all the questions and stuff. Keep up the awesome work! Peace and love to both of you!!!

  28. Sophia says:

P.S I will definitely comment on Kimora’s blog!! You can count on it! 🙂

  29. Amy Kindred says:

hmmm…never heard of Kimora. I went over to her site and can’t find where to mention you guys. Extreeeeme opposites you are. It’s gotta attract some attention because opposites attract, right?! Wanna promote you, tell me where/how!

  30. Sandy says:

I’m not sure that Kimora girl has a high enough IQ to follow your excellent presentation.

  31. Misty says:

    Hi Kevin,

What do you think of andrew moritz liver gallbladder flush for someone detoxiing chemicals and heavy metals.

    THank you, Misty

  32. Bev says:

Question: I keep reading in various places that one cannot overcome adrenal fatigue while on a vegetarian diet, you must eat meat. This is said to be so because you need more protein and fat and less carbohydrates, and to keep your blood sugar even throughout the day. I would like to hear your take on this idea.

You have mentioned a few times that your adrenals became fatigued from too much chocolate and that you recovered. Other than stopping the chocolate were there other things that you did?

  33. Jacqueline says:

    you rock
    thanks for everything

    Jacqueline

  34. jackie says:

What you said makes perfect sense to me, and you need a break from the computer.
I did go to the blog but a few people had already responded with your web site info, so I let it be. Too many would be over-kill. Thanks again for your service to us.

  35. Melissa says:

I like what you guys are doing. Don’t change a thing!

  36. Have your employee write the questions in order of priority or interesting-ness.

  37. Nick says:

Kevin, you seem more grounded tonight, & this from a taiji (tai chi) instructor. Not that this says anything about the grounding products. Maybe having been on mainscream TV makes this a smidge easier, more relaxed. I dunno — just talkin’, so to speak.

  38. Ronna says:

thanks nicole #15 I was able to watch the clip not being in the US now. So Kevin what was her reaction? Did she like the juice. Did you make it sweet enough for her? good luck

  39. Nick says:

Then on about the last of things you said, sitting too long on computers…first of all, chairs (western furniture) is born out of the primal split between spirit & nature, which is the hopefully not to be the terminal pathology gripping Europe, & those of Euro descent. Remember your Joseph Campbell I recall you having said you enjoyed reading. Furniture keeps us aloof of the Earth. Furniture (non-squatting style) toilets are constipation devices, since the weight of your body bears down on the inward slanted seat squeezing your other cheeks together. Then PC’s are too PC, not the tool of democracy as is too often touted. Instead of ‘focus groups’ PR firms (ad agencies) used for market research for designing ads, now with the internet they get a higher resolution demographic (statistical) picture, learning our dreams we type out then plagiarizing and selling them back to us…oops, i’m guilty of that too. Lastly, recall parents used to say, “don’t sit so close to thee TV). Now look how close everybody volunteers to sit, thinking nothing of it, like moths, maybe. I know you said to be nice, but to puritan sensibilities? Isn’t that a bit much to ask?

Then re Jordan’s comment. One of the chefs at a local raw restaurant almost disparagingly called their food “transition food”. The understanding was due to there being so many ingredients in their dishes/entres. …..OK, this broaches a monster subject. Like the Chinese 5 flavors, or should 3 ingredients be the limit, if that’s all you can discern taste-wise, say, in a smoothie. Should our ability to discern the taste of something in the mix be the guideline. Maybe in transition we should start simpler, ideally? But then what about the sensible argument that we’re better off covering all the bases, the nutritional spectrum? Then instead of separating by per ingredient, why not group. So greens can be a group, berries & berry powders. Or is all this too much hairsplitting & as long as we’re improving our diet we’ll move naturally in a better direction at our own natural pace?

  40. Kym Hutcheon says:

Hulu doesn’t stream outside the US so here’s the link for her site: http://www.mystyle.com/mystyle/shows/kimora/videos/index.jsp

Man, how did you handle her? You could see she was expecting some kind of supplement and actually consuming real vegetables was freaking her out…

  41. Michael T. says:

Dude, you’ve done over 500 shows already. Chances are, most new questions have already been answered on one of your previous shows.

Do you have some kind of search function on the website? Can shows be searched by keyword on the site?

Perhaps your assistants can help you create an index of subjects you have already talked about, which can be listed in alphabetical order, along with episode numbers for the shows where the topic has been discussed.

In this way, your viewers can first check to see if their question has already been answered. And if not, they can post it as a new question. That will spare you the trouble of having to repeat yourself.

Unless, of course, you want to repeat yourself, as you have on some subjects that are so important that they are worth repeating.

As the old joke goes, “Welcome to the Department of Redundancy Department.”

Keep up the good work, and I’m glad you are taking breaks from the computer …

    Michael T.

  42. Satori says:

Kevin, I think you’re very blessed to have family who stops you from overworking. Please spend more time with them and play more with your cat. We’ll spread your words while you’re resting to our family and friends. Take it easy!

  43. Wendy says:

    I have a few comments:

    1. You look so happy and confident today. You almost seem glowing. 🙂

    2. Your hat is off again…Yay!! I’m happy for you.

    3. I am so glad you took my post in the context in which it was meant. I just wanted to be honest… not picky, not complaining. I just wanted to honestly answer the question and share how I felt. I know this is a full-time job for you both and you have dedicated your lives to educating others—thankfully! I wouldn’t still be continuing to come here every day (or every time there’s a new video) if I wasn’t getting something from you all. I am here in a fight for my life. No, I’m not going to die…but I’m not living any more. I’m diseased, and have other cascading factors–including excessive weight gain since becoming ill. I come here to learn about raw food and how it can heal me and give me the best possible life I can have. I am here to learn so I can become well and then turn around and teach others what I have learned about TRUE health and healing.

Thank you both for everything you do–honestly. I’m happy if I helped at all.

P.S. You have a wonderful family — to be looking after you like that. Bless you all. 🙂

  44. Jules says:

    Thanks for you all do!

Question: What are your thoughts on the Moringa Tree (Moringa oleifera)?

  45. Jackie says:

We never got to see if she liked it.

  46. Nicholas says:

I really don’t understand or believe how someone could possibily want to promote a product that they don’t really have any knowledge or experience of in terms of Health Benefits. Unless one has personally used it.
By the way you Guys, Wake Up.
Humans evolved as Hunter & Gather.
Your body requires a balanced Diet.
( Fatty Acid )Protein & Fibre.
    Linked with daily excercise.
( that requires sweat to remove toxins from body ) & drinking plenty of pure spring water to flush, cleasne & regenerate the cells of the whole body.
It’s so simple to find Natural Foods.
The modern day diet of today, has just robbed humans of there true nature, the same way or simular to that of complete dictatorship.
So you now have a choice, so go ahead & experience, the true gifts of what mother nature bestowed upon us all. I grew up in the Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Industry in England in 60’s & 70’s.
You cannot find life force within a processed item…What ever it maybe…the Truth.

  47. Dorothy says:

First of all…THANK YOU for all you do. We are truly blessed to have you and Anne Marie in the world. You provide such an awesome service – and for free too! Continue to take care of yourselves your relationships. We love you guys and hate to see you get burnt out! I thought you were great on the Kimora show but I thought she was a little ditzy. I don’t have any questions at the moment – I tend to do my own research and only ask questions if I’m confused or need to confirm my findings. Take care and please put Jonny 5 on the show soon – it’s been a while since we’ve seen him.

  48. What is adrenal fatigue?
Glad to hear you are putting limits on your life. Being successful is counter-productive if it kills you.

  49. Wes McHan says:

This is so awesome for you guys and for the community. Very exciting. Kevin…you did an amazing job. Very proud of you guys and look forward to more. BTW…they did have a link if you hover over the thumbnail of the clip. Keep juicin.

  50. Patty says:

Firstly – I would like to say how much I appreciate all that you do – congrats on the tv show – you did a great job – even though I have to agree with Sandy (#30) But it’s a foot in the door! I can’t wait to hear what your findings are on grounding products –
Thanks again and keep up the good work.

  51. Renee says:

I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate all that you do. I love the fact that you offer differing ideas and opinions in your interviews and don’t profess to know what is best for all. Your honesty and integrity are refreshing.

I watch every day but don’t post often because most of my thoughts have been covered by others. So don’t worry I’m sure I’m not the only one who is a dedicated watcher but doesn’t blog often.

Keep up the good work and I hope you get a national TV show all to yourselves! Keep saving the world one show at a time!

  52. Judi Schuff says:

    You were amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!
can’t find the place to comment on her site.
    Judi

  53. cathy says:

Kevin, that lady was crazy, but funny haha. There are a lot of comments on her blog already so that is great. little by little. anyways, im in spain right now living with a host family and cannot wait to go back home and eat raw again ahh! they have the most beautiful fruits and veggies here but nobody seems to eat raw veggies (in my experience) here.. so sad!

  54. Connie (Concetta Owens) says:

    Hi Kvein and Annmaire,

You are very generous with your time and knowledge. I watch your shows every day but don’t usually post because of time constraints so I can’t even imagine how you do all that you do now. Thank you.
I checked out the Kimora clip. You were great. I hope it helps some people start to awaken to true health. I left a post on her blog, hope that helps too.

  55. teri says:

Kevin Your doing all that is humanly possible getting out the info about health. Don’t worry you will never satisfy everyone I have learned that in counseling others. thanks for trying and communication is always key. If you did answer every email question it might make for funny TV…just kidding
Keep up the good work. I have trouble with too much info out there. Resulting in Confusion. I am a big procastionater … maybe that’s a good topic..like it was terrific when you did the 5 lies you tell your self…
My Dr told me not to fast or green juice feast cause it would mess with my metabolism!! maybe I need a new Dr.

  56. Courtney says:

i want to make kimoras juice what is all in it and how much? Thanks!

  57. Glenda says:

That video clip was great! Did she like the green juice? I think you two are doing an awesome job…thanks for all you do!

  58. Charlie says:

Kevin and Annmarie, thanks for all you do!

Now go out and throw a frisbee together at a park in the sun…

  59. Beth says:

Good format change. Excellent (and fair) way to get to the questions.

I tried to like for Hulu, but it won’t let me see the clip because I’m not in the USA. Oh well, I’m sure you did a great job (as always).

  60. Mark says:

    Hi guys,

    Love the show and information…
I would be interested in knowing:-
If you were diagnosed with cancer What systems / protocols would you put in place to give your self the best chance of curing yourself? (please be very specific)
    Also
If you were diagnosed with heart disease what systems / protocols would you put in place to give your self the best chance of curing yourself? (please be very specific)
The reason I ask this is that almost everyone we know will die from one of these things (not with standing accidents) and it is very hard to get a definitive answer. I realise that the information you give is not medical advice; However, I am sure many people would appreciate a solid starting point.
    Many thanks
    Keep up the good work

Hi Kevin, while I was watching your show, I commented on her facebook. Her site is really confusing tho. I definetly want to support you both.

  63. Donna says:

    Kevin,

I watch the clip and you did a great job of explain each vegetable/fruit and their benefits, and it seems to be in line with what she needs, but I was very disappointing when they shared the drink she said “not too much for I don’t do drink?????? ….. what is that, does she mean healthy drink only? I have watched a lot of her shows and she has have on a lot of different people on to help her to eat health, so I think she is trying, I even watched an episode where she and her 2 young daughters went to the juice shop and had a shot of the wheatgrass juice… so at least it seems like she is seaching, now if she is doing it is another think..wish her all the best, and you keep up the good work you are doing, this is indeed a labour of service of love which the Lord has blessed you both with.

I am glad to see that you have well grounded people around you, and that you take the time to actually listen to them and that you put the importance of family time in….as the family is one of the most important thing in our life following God.

Be blessed and keep up the good patter you have started.

  64. Thomas says:

    this is cute:

    From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
    Jump to: navigation, search

Adrenal fatigue or hypoadrenia is a putative health disorder in which the adrenal glands are claimed to be exhausted and unable to produce adequate quantities of hormones, primarily cortisol. The term “adrenal fatigue” is a label sometimes applied to a collection of non-specific medically unexplained symptoms, but it is not a medical condition recognized by mainstream institutions. This is distinct from clinically defined adrenal dysfunction disorders such as adrenal insufficiency or Addison’s Disease.[1]

The term “adrenal fatigue” is used by some practitioners of alternative medicine, who claim that adrenal fatigue is too mild to be picked up on standard blood tests of adrenal function. The concept has given rise to an industry of dietary supplements claiming to treat this supposed syndrome.

    Also from the Mayo Clinic:

  65. suzanne says:

Have asked this many times and I have tried to be diligent on looking for my answer. But, here it goes again:
You are traveling and you love Romaine for your smoothies and salads. Organic is not always available across our beautiful country so what do you do? From a fellow RV traveler.

  66. Myriam says:

I’ve watch the video, great job Kevin! Altought she seemed totally clueless (the chef too!) You seemed very calm and i like the way you explained all the benefits of the different ingredients. By the way, for all that are outside the US, the video is available if you pass by the blog (the link doesn’t work for me)

  67. Rob Heffner says:

…Fabulous show, always informative, for the most part unbiased -which I really love- great recipes, I watch it VERY often. Keep up the great work…

  68. Linda says:

Something I think would help with all the questions is to occasionally mention how to search old episodes for related questions. It seems people keep asking the same questions without checking back episodes first.

  69. Susan says:

Yes, I agree. When I ask a question, I’ve never got a answer.

  70. Kerry says:

Kev your the man keep it up =D

  71. Donna says:

    Kevin,

You all will be delighted to know the show was air tonight, I just finish watching it, you did well and I like when you said to her “I take my juice seriously”.. Through the show she had the juice and when they were organizing for the shoots etc.. she told the organizer to make sure they have green juice there, of course he asked where is he suppose to get it from and she said “Kevin the juice boy”

You will be glad to know she also had the green juice for the 2 weeks as she said all she had was green juice for 2 week to fit into her suite, well the suit ended up too big and they had to even alter it smaller to fit her. Way to go Kev…

I need to loos some weight myself, could you please send me the recipie I would be delighted, I also have a friend who has bad acid reflux and was thinking that this would be good for her, any suggestion on helping her with this would be greatful.

    Keep up the good work.

  72. Tawny says:

    Hello Kevin,
I watch the Kimora Lee Show faithfully every week. I saw you on the show this week and was very impressed. I wish they would’ve given your full name or list your info on the show because it took me forever to find you. Neverthless, I am in desperate need of a new lifestyle change. I just had my third child about 8 months ago and I feel so unhealthy and unattractive. I am interested in juicing to give me a boost in my journey to loose this weight. Please provide me with a recipe/plan to start a juice diet which will leade in the right direction. Please, please help….. I have a really unhealthy lifestyle and it needs to change. I’m always on the run with my 3 kids and it’s almost impossible to diet and prepare a meal for my family. I am also really addicted to sugar or baked items. Please tell me what juice plan is best for me. I don’t want to slow or distroy my metabolism while juicing.

    Thanks,
    Tawny

Kevin, Yes! sounds great, use those financial resources to have another that can be gainfully employed and learning to put questions in order for you.

The task of the entrepreneur and you are a business… is to learn to delegate.

I am in the healing field and while you and I are givers we are also businesses.

Allow for growth and expansion it’s there and you will always have a cycle of newbies and dogmatics. Try to allow yourself to breathe and not “wear” their comments.

    in love and peace, sincerely,

    karen

I have lots of clients some are raw but a couple are so scattered and flighty that they actually need as I did in my 20s a few more grounding foods ~ enjoy the journey.

Great show with Kimora! I just took a peek at her web site, and was not surprised to see that people DO know who you are, and your name and website were mentioned right away. 🙂

    This is exciting. 🙂

    Kevin and Ann Marie,

I have LEARNED so much from your shows and can honestly say you have changed my life. My partner and I have been mostly raw for over a year and I have lost over 75 pounds!

I was recently diagnosed with Primary hyperparathyroidism and I searched and searched and can’t find anything as far as alternative treatments….so I am schedule for surgery next month.

Do you have any information you have heard about this disorder?

Thanks for your time and I feel blessed that you are open to user feedback…I think many people do NOT realize what it takes to put this type of show together on a weekly basis…and I want you to know that do and I order from your store go show my appreciation! U ALL ROCK!

    Rio 🙂

If you want to remember you have a personal life, maybe you can send just one renegade health email a week instead of daily. I feel like I’m getting bombarded actually.

  77. Cherie says:

Thanks for the update. If I post here 3 or 4 days after because I am catching up will you still get the question?

I watched the show with Kimora and really enjoyed it. You provided a lot of info in a very short amount of time, great job. I have posted a comment on her blog. Did she drink the juice and did she like it?

I think you have thought out a very good system for dealing with question and when and what products you promote. Thank you for all the great information you provide at no price, it is really great for my budget.

I think you guys are fabulous and you are spot on with what you said and it’s a great idea how you’re going to proceed. I’ll continue to be a loyal watcher! :o)

Hello Kevin and AnnMarie, I just wanted to thank you for keeping the dialogue real, explaining what you can do and then your constraints. I love that you and AnnMarie don’t put on pretenses and just shoot straight. I also want to thank you for all of the videos. I don’t know if my transition from cooked foods to raw foods would have been as easy had it not been for your videos. THANK YOU!!! I liked your idea too about gathering the blog questions and your method of answering the question. Obviously all questions cannot be answered due to time constraints. Maybe you can start an FAQ page of the answered questions.

I am a Kimora fan and tried to get the recipe for green juice from her show but it looks like some of what you did was edited out. Can you please post the recipe? Thank you!
Also – your website seems really interesting so I plan to bookmark it.
