Ann and I got together and created a list of the 9 things we want for Christmas…
It’s not a “me, me, me!” list, it’s a list that everyone can appreciate.
I think you’ll enjoy this fun episode as much as we did!
Take a look…
Your question of the day: What are you doing for the holidays?

Excellent! I love your list!!! You guys are so funny too, love when you show the goofy parts!
First I will be going to Church and then to my in-laws for dinner tonight. Tomorrow I will spend the day with a friend who has no one to spend it with.
I asked everyone not to buy me anything so I have no presents to unwrap and I am totally happy. I don’t need or want anything except for everyone to know that Jesus is the reason we celebrate Christmas!
Merry Christmas everyone!

GREAT list!!! the wife and i are just hanging out. go check out a movie or two and making some great healthy food. REALLY though… i loved all the ideas and think you would be able to get it done quicker than many of us, you know…talk to david wolfe, dr. gabriel cousens, and all the correct people and get this done!!! it is time. we were at a nba game last night(early christmas gift), and often during the game, i would look up at all the ads. i was greatly saddened to see all the junk that was promoted as well as offered out at the food stands. SO, i would love to donate to a great movement like your show to get better options and info out to people. where can we send the dollar or offering? merry christmas to all!!!

I love your ideas, especially the one about live-feed of animal slaughter houses!
What I want for Christmas is for the world to want peace so much that it actually happens!!!

Going to visit my husband’s family in Idaho and go snowboarding.
Merry Christmas! Thank you for all of the great information and products – I just ordered your “The Busy Person’s Fitness Solution”! Can’t wait to read it and take action (I’m not gonna be one of those folks who ask for advice and don’t take it). Best Wishes!
5:12 pm on December 24th, 2009
I agree with what you have to say Kevin about having” a live feed ” (video) in the slaughter house so people can see. And then act by complaining to all channels. Would be nice also if a live feed was played while a doctor and staff showing how they kill/murder a baby either by 1.ABORTION 2.PARTIAL BIRTH ABORTION I know,I know gross. But people need to know what is taking place on innocent defenseless babies in the USA by Doctors in white coats that say MD.It’s not a Fetus as the liberal media would have us to believe ,it’s a baby. Just as Jesus was called a baby wrapped in rags and in a manger. I think a lot on your wish list could come about if we had Doctor RON PAUL for President. Have a happy snow white Kevin and Ann Marie & everyone with friends and family.
5:31 pm on December 24th, 2009
Hey John, that wasn’t the question! Stop putting that into every one of your answers. Enough already we know your view, end it already.
I am relaxing on a beach for the holidays.
5:42 pm on December 24th, 2009
Love your topics.
Yes get a goat! They are so so much fun. My siblings & I had one when we were kids (no pun intended)& he was more fun than the dog! We trained him to go after the neighbor kids & he would butt them with his little baby horns! Not that you would/should do that with your goats………unless of course some government dofus coming knocking at your door demanding you buy health insurance or face jail/fines!

Happy Happy Holidays Kevin & AnnMarie.. I LOVE your list.. and I so so AGREE with everything you want for Christmas…
I am spending the holidays partly with my family and my husband’s family. I ordered the VEGAN option from Whole Foods while they have Turkey, etc.. I feel very passionate about letting go of so much ANIMAL protein in this last year…. Thank you both for all that you do and have shared with me.
Love & Hugs, Marina

Recently, you’ve mentioned the animals a couple of times. Thank you for not forgetting them in this sacred season of the year that is anything but that for them. I will be hanging out this brief holiday from work, at the slaughterhouse in downtown Toronto as I have been doing recently in order to shine my light of growing consciousness in a place that is so dark & terrifying & full of suffering all around…dialogue-ing with any of the workers willing to talk to me.It’s my personal project/vision to see this place transformed. The animals are why I became vegan &raw at the same time a little over 4 years ago. Thank you both for your valuable work! All the best!

You are certainly among the greatest people I’ve ever known…I enjoyed your little show tonight…(like every night) and I love your ideas to improve the standard of a healthy life everywhere.
You are awesome! I imagine you’ll have a lot of fun with your family tonight. There is so much giggling and you exude such a light atmosphere even when you have the most serious ideas regarding change and great healthy staff. I love you so much! God bless you and I hope to see you in the next year with even more great ideas and happier than ever.
Have a blessed holiday and a Happy New Year!!

Kev, the goat, I’m with you 110%! I’ve always wanted a goat. They are just awesome for reasons I can’t explain. I tried to get one while I was living in the city but I had some room mates that were pretty nervous about the goat living in our back yard so unfortunately that idea was squashed. BUT now that I’m living in a little agriculture town and have access to organic farm land on both sides of my family, I’m set!! When I get a goat I’m calling it Kevin just for you buddy LOL!
My Christmas List:
1. Pure, clean drinking water for every single person on the planet. It has been estimated that it would cost $10Billion for that to happen. Americans are currently spending over $40billion on Christmas alone every year. Would you really feel deprived with 1/4 less “stuff”? The answers are already here….
2. A world government / organization sponsored feed the world program that delivered freshly prepared and grown delicious organic food dishes to your door EVERY DAY for FREEE!!! How easy would it be to change the health of the entire world if all you had to do was answer your door, then eat. When you dream, why not dream big!!!
3.For nutrition and alternative medicine NOT to be the alternative rather to be the 1st course of action. (Really, for there not to be a need for alternative medicine at all!!)
4. For people to start treating others like they would like to be treated. A little respect goes a long way, even if you don’t agree with the other person’s opinions.
5. For Children to grow up in a stable, healthy home. How we are raised has the biggest influence on our choices down the road. Healthy happy home = healthy happy people.
6. A government that was ACTUALLY for the people, by the people.
7. A public school system where nutrition, natural health, herbology, gardening, meditation, and positive communication and relationship skills were put above memorizing the capitals of Timbucktoo.
8. A MASSIVE (stadium sized or 10 stadium sized for bigger communities) community sponsored organic greenhouse / community garden plot in every town and city, that acts as a major hub for everything wholesome and good and fed the entire community.
9. Free solar/windturbine/coldfusion/electric-magnetic motor/free-energy machine for every household and a complimentary composting toilet
10. The abolishment of money. When we are allowed to act with out the thoughts of money influencing our decisions, we will then know what it is to be truly human.
11. For a massive meeting of all of the millions of scientists, spiritual leaders, health leaders, and industry leaders around the world to be held to brain storm and organize to this question: How do we create paradise on earth?
If you want a different answer, you have to ask a different question.
These are the thoughts that get me up early and make me stay up late. These are not dreams but merely reality that’s waiting to unfold. We choose our reality every single day. I choose. We choose. That’s how we change the world.
Act now, to choose paradise on earth today. It’s a choice. It always has been.
Much love and support,
Jordan Lidster

Hi AnnMarie and Kevin…
I loved the list and your cozy and festive backdrop. Such a lovely list…I found myself cracking up with you both. It felt so good to laugh.
I am already seeing episodes of the two of you in a greenhouse and a goat in tow.
I am out of the country, but will be rooting for the San Diego Chargers in support of my family who are happy their team will be playing ball tomorrow. When I was a kid, I always read while the family huddled around the TV. I enjoyed listening to their moans and groans in the background. I could tell exactly how things were going by listening in. My mother is a super enthusiast – she watches college and pro ball.
Having said all of that…I am inspired to pass along another wish. Okay, here goes>>>My wish…more sports fans like you, Kevin. What better way to promote two heads of greens a day than with those who love sports? A Fresh Green Smoothie is great fuel for the body….

Haven’t watched or listened yet but I will…and I’ll be going over to my dad’s (yuck) sometime soon, having xmas morning here with my fiance and the bunch (its all about just the gift giving for he and I, no spiritual/religious junk involved) and then he and I will be going to visit my mom sometime…everything’s up in the air–no set times.

Dear Annmarie and Kevin,
I love you.
I love your list.
I agree.
We got a great little green house on Craig’s list. Folks had moved into a place where they could not put it up.
The movie, Food, Inc gets An Academy Award and is played on every TV network as a continual loop until true change is made.
And when the friends and relatives crave healthy food, in time they will stop thinking we are weird for eating raw vegan food
I have been almost 100% raw for 9 1/2 years and I know what I know and mostly now I just feel sad when folks do not get it.
It REALLY helps that we have people like you and our internet raw food community. That makes a HUGE difference in remaining stable emotionally even though most people around me do not get why I am doing this.
I will continue the trend which I have set in motion this year, to center my heart on peace and radiate it throughout the cosmos. Love for all on this planet (and whatever ETs might be anywhere out there.)
I am more able to do this than in prior years because I decided to just stay OUT of all stores except organic food stores and just spend time at home with my projects and my fledgling online business, working on it baby step by baby step. So I was not reacting or absorbing the vibes of people rushing around sleep deprived and eating sugar and buying things that are not needed. I was focusing in another direction. Being proactive about my vision of the world.
I am also more able to do this because of connecting on the internet with others who are doing things like this.
And right now it is Christmas Eve and I am fresh and full of energy and I can feel the coherence and peace in the planetary vibe that is also out there at this season. I am soaking in and radiating out this that I feel is the true meaning of Christmas. Silent Night~~~~~~~~~~~ I am sending peace to all the corners of our planet where people are in conflict or poverty and sending them the coherence of the heart.
I am sending love to the relatives of my friend Bonnie Tinker who died this year, and to Bonnie, whom I miss sorely. I know there is really no death, but I also know that I can’t hug her and hang out with her the same way I could when she was in a body. She was more of a true Sister to me than any of my relatives. She, like me, went to the very edge of her visions. And got things done that were truly miraculous. A role model. And she unfailingly saw my best potential and supported my dreams. I love you,Bonnie.
I am sending love to my parents, my Grandmother and aunts who are in the non-physical and missing them.
I am greeting the newly born Cooper to the planet and to the Winter Holidays
I will spend tomorrow at the home of my partner’s Mom with his siblings and their families. I will bring a huge salad of many organic veggies, in comfortable bite sized pieces, arranged in the bowl like a mandala with all the colors that are more beautiful than any paint color humans have ever devised. I want to present the best of raw, which is greens, not sweet desserts. I want to stay in synch with the most value that we bring on a stable basis. And I will give people simple gifts, many of which are really nice things which were things I ‘owned’ but I have too many things and I want to share them. It feels really good. I do not understand why more people do not do this. Who says we have to spend money for something to qualify as a gift?
I am half Swedish. In traditional Sweden, the Christmas Holidays were called ‘Yule,’ which means the turning of the wheel. There was observance of the specific time of the Solstice as the time when the wheel does not turn. The stillness. Yule started on Dec. 13 and went to Jan 13. Plenty of time to hang out and relax.
So, Good Yule, planet
As far as I am concerned, we’ve all got until January 13 to do the things we want to do for the Winter Holidays.
Thanks for listening.
Love you Both
Peace on Earth

thanks for all the smiles, and the great lists. jordan, i loved yours too. one of my ongoing dreams is where folks are enjoying wonderful food outside, kids running around, safe from pesticides and dead rotting flesh, all enjoying themselves, at peace and content. then suddenly it switches to a slaughterhouse, and all that that entails, including the smells and the sounds, and the visuals from start to finish. then ask folks which they really want, fresh live joyful food, or dead tortured animal flesh. here’s to peace for ALL life, human critter plant and stone. and another wish and hope, re-legalize the holy sacred cannabis energy of peace, light and infinite abundance. aho
10:58 pm on December 24th, 2009
one more thing. the best politician on the planet(not in the pocket but very much on our side) in my view is dennis kucinich, congress member from ohio. he’s vegan, wise, intelligent, committed, courageous, compassionate, truthful, with lots of integrity…oops now my kitty wants my lap
11:59 pm on December 24th, 2009
To dear #29: Just to let you know kindly of which you may not be aware of,that Dennis Kucinich is against the 2nd Amendment to the CONSTITUTION of these United states. And is FOR ABORTION.Both of which are a very serious violation of the OATH that he took when he swore to ” protect and to defend the CONSTITUTION so help me GOD, ” when he became a congressman. I realize he and his wife are very personable and have beautiful smiles and speaks well on many subjects. But how can Dennis say he is for the people and has your and my interest at heart when he violates the constitution and the 2nd Amendment and is for ABORTION.He is not a HONEST man. Dr. RON PAUL or CHUCK BALDWIN. Are both honest and have both ran for President both are 100% for the CONSTITUTION and BILL OF RIGHTS.We don’t need smart men to run the country as much as we need a HONEST Godly man not swayed by political winds of influence ,but who obeys the CONSTITUTION,all the brains this country needs is in that document which our Founding Fathers Fought, Fought for ,for you so We The People can be Free and to worship .–And have the good sense to maintain it .Thankyou

Great great list !
I think you would have people laughing in the aisles ! Goats are so much fun …..and they love people too.
A GOAT !….a goat ?? …..oh I have always wanted a goat!
How can I hide a goat in my townhouse ? What’s with this thing about a goat for some people ?
I think they are awesome !!!
Today I saw a young man(about 40) selling Christmas trees on a very small farm . He had his beloved dog Tommy with him(a Golden Retriver)and his pet cow Ginger . Yes his pet !! Ginger was on the small side(for a cow),and had brown curly hair . Friendly and so smart too….she came up to me and gave me a kiss on my chin . She had beautiful smiling brown eyes . She knew she was safe and loved….and she loved all the people right back . But….I still would rather have a GOAT !
On your next show or at least soon, bring on a goat…OK ??
……and you won’t need a garbage disposal !
So you 2 beautiful people…have a wonderful Merry and Peaceful Christmas…..Happy 2010….and I’ll be watching to see “the goat”
on you inspiring show .What a fantastic mascot ! Go Goat Go !!

Happy Holidays Kevin and AMG! Can you add filtered water to the organic fruit stand in the airport. I hate it when I have to buy bottled water in an airport. It would be so cool to have a trusted source!
11:24 am on December 25th, 2009
I agree with John and so many others above, that the slaughter of innocent babies, not just slaughter houses for innocent animals, we need to STOP living in illusions and get a reality check, i may not be that educated or knowledgeable, however i know deep in my heart, that no matter what we label our actions, wrong is wrong, especially abortion.
My No.1 priority this year is to promote life from conception to death, nothing is more important if we are to honour the birth of Jesus Christ and his message. LOVE LOVE LOVE, LOVE LOVE!!

I wish all of you a wonderful, blessed Christmas, full of peace, love and laughter.

4:25 pm on December 26th, 2009
Great list.
Goats are herd animals, you need at least 2, or another animal they accept as company. If left alone they will be loudly vocal and annoying to your neighbors. They won’t mow your lawn, but they will eat any flower, tree, or vegetable within reach. They will even debark a tree they don’t ordinarily like (like cedar) if confined to a small area. If not confined they will jump on things, like a car, and do damage. A large goat can jump a 4 foot fence. Never encourage playful butting, they will be very dangerous as adults if you do. They need daily care and will limit your travel if you don’t have a willing goatsitter. Please consider carefully before getting a goat.
4:56 pm on December 26th, 2009
Love your list! Having just spent a solid week in a hospital with my elderly father, I just have one wish to add…healthy food in a HOSPITAL!!! Can’t believe what they serve there…
5:19 pm on December 26th, 2009
I absolutely love your list and agree with all of it…mostly the news feed. I would love to add another….. I would like for all the owners and breeders at puppy mills to realize the cruelty they are creating and stop breeding puppies. There are too many already in the world and so many end up in shelters and are put down for no reason of their own.
You guys are terrific… you know how to deliver a message and yet not create an atmosphere where people want to rebel against it….
Best to you both in 2010!!!
8:23 pm on December 26th, 2009
Great list. I had 18 people over on Xmas eve. Turned out really well. My younger son Derek finally got to play a duet with my father. Derek on the piano & my father on viola. My father is 95. He just finished playing in 3 concerts with the Peninsula string orchestra he belongs too. Pretty amazing. Also went to my older son’s house yesterday. Fun playing with my 3 year old grandson and almost 6 month old grand daughter.
Thank you for giving of yourselves. You are so appreciated. Blessings.

Goats eat briars & brushy stuff, sheep & horses & cows eat grass. You need to let them keep their horns if you are not going to have a mule or great pyrenees guard them from coyotes. Goats are very cute, but are very strong-willed & strong if you are tying them, & letting them roam means they will eat anything you have growing!!! They are usually used to keep the briars off of hillsides & pastures. BTW, it is not fun to have a grown goat ram you with its horns. Perhaps a miniature? That would mean much more protection needed, of course. Male goats smell if not exercised and allowed to “sow their seeds”. I am beginning to have second thoughts about keeping any animals because of how WE feel (ie: they are cute) and thinking more about how THEY feel (see Anastasia)…even my cat & dog are probably my last because I want them to eat food that is healthiest & most natural for them & I do not want have to procure their carnage for them. Also the cat eats birds, chipmunks & mice – the feline population is so decimating the wildlife, & I don’t believe in keeping them indoors forever. Dogs need at least an hour walking a day (not just being in yard) according to dog whisperer or it is torture for them as pack animals. So do give a lot of thought to those critters you decide to take on, & how it benefits THEM. Having gotten a goat when my kids were small, I suggest you goat-sit (grown goat) first & see if those “cute” goats are really for you! {:-)>
3:44 pm on December 27th, 2009
Awesome Christmas list!
You should get two goats, though, they are social/herd creatures.
6:49 pm on December 27th, 2009
You guys look so warm and happy ~ Blessings to you and to everyone about us.
I liked your list a lot.
I am a single parent and hoping to have funds in one year to be not only doing teaching about raw and super foods, but also have a raw foods and one cooked soup all vegan cafe. I’m dreaming it, planning it, etc.
I am excited to teach as the only other option is the pudding-based smoothies and some are even using the chemical-laden diet types as well.
I wish all a blessed New Year. I intend to see some local reggae and do my year-end meditation.

You guys are great. Nice list. Hah – I’d like to just see our local Whole Foods market install a juice bar!! They have a pizza bar, a cheese bar, a sandwich bar – but no juice bar. Go figure. Merry Christmas – looking for a new year to see what you two come up with next. Love ya’s -
11:53 am on December 28th, 2009
Nice list…however, I would pass on the goat – we had when I was a child and they were always in trouble!!! Fun to play with but not nice climbing on the car and getting into the garden…as far as government subsidies go – they are not likely to go for any healthy options as big business would “suffer”…follow the money…have a great New Year – we are back from spending time with our kids and grandkids and planning for a better future – keep up the good work!
10:16 pm on December 29th, 2009
#2 was a good one! I would love a vita mix, but it is so out of our reach! However, Montel Williams puts out one that works really nice, and is affordable, And #9….I live in lower Michigan and although we are finding a few organics here and there, the selections are very slim and sometimes not very appealing. And #6! That would truly be great! No one wants to hear anything about where their meat comes from, or what is in their foods. It truly amazes me! Btw, Love your videos! I hope your Christmas was great and you have a safe and happy New Year!

Dear Kevin and Annemarie,
Three cheers for the subsidized kale! Wonderful wishes!
