HOpe everyone has a wonderful day filled with friends and family! I will be curious to see how many people at our family gathering will notice that I am not eating the turkey or dairy based foods. I plan on taking Nomi Shannon’s advice and not get into a whole big food defense, and just smile and say that the way I eat works for me. HAve a great day!!!!

Kevin, you ARE dedicated (and we’re all dedicated viewers, as you can see)! When I made a raw (yam) pie and offered a piece of “pumpkin pie” to my omnivorous son after a vegan Thanksgiving dinner, he raised an eyebrow suspiciously and said “That pie has never seen an oven.” But he thoroughly enjoyed it, and was surprised at how similar it tasted to the traditional pie. I took his advice and cut a couple of slits in the top to make it look like it HAD come out of the oven – great fun! Happy Thanksgiving to all, and congratulations to all of you who are enjoying a vegan or raw Thanksgiving meal for the first time!

Happy American thanksgiving to you Kev and Annmarie. Up here in the north (Canada) we have ours a little earlier (second Monday in October).

I am thankful for the renegade health show and the consistent quality it demonstrates. I absolutely love the show and I try and bring as many people to the site as possible because the renegade health show makes health fun which is KEY to obtain long term health success. I look forward to the show every day and I feel something is missing when I don’t get to watch it. It plays a large role in my journey into raw foods and provides me with the emotional support of a friend. I believe the world is changing to a better place and the Renegade health show is playing a large role to accelerate that change.

Both you Kevin and Annmarie provide much inspiration for people who want to live life like it is meant to be lived. You are both great role models and I look forward to being able to watch you and your message evolve even further.

Thank you so much for all that you do.

    Hi,

I love the raw food diet and am about 45% raw.
I keep hearing about eating the right type of food for your blood group.
Do you have any information / advice on this?
The reason I ask is, if it has any credibility, I would like to use it to enhance my raw food diet.

    Many thanks

That was total FILLER. Hey I love your show and watch them all, but Kevin, I think it would’ve been better to take the day completely off.

You can leave us for a day once in a while. Taking off a couple days of the year won’t hurt you. In fact it might help. I promise, you won’t be forgotten and we’ll all tune in the following day when there’s better content.

    Love ya.

    Hi Guys!

HELP!I just had a quick question. Can you give me any advice on how to transition to mainly raw food. I have three boys, 16, 18, and 20…that are not willing to make the switch at the moment…and running into meal issues…with having to make bunches to feed everyone. Also, my husband and I both have slow/low thyroid and take medication….are there raw foods to help fight this or possibly turn this around?

And, a very Happy Thanksgiving to you both! I can’t tell you how inspirational you guys are to me and my husband….thanks for being pioneers! You ssem to be such an wonderful couple…and so motivational…you really know so much about raw foods…I gotta tell ya…if we hadn’t seen you on youtube.com…I don’t know if we would have ever found out about raw food diet…you are helping to change our life for the better….we can’t thank you enough!

God Bless You both and encourage you too!

Congradulations on completion of your tour!!!
I actually made it through a Thanksgiving “clean”…My fam went out to a chinese buffet, and I ordered a pot of green tea instead, and just slowly sipped and savored it while everyone else, unfortunately became ill. I munched a delicious organic apple later and felt so light and happy. I truly just inhaled the blessings of being alive in this day and time, and felt the fulfillment of joy in having such an amazing husband to cherish and be cheriished by and to have knowledge (such as you Kevin, and AnnMarie provide for us so graciously), as well as abundant health and love!!! I wish to All a shimmering Holiday Season. Love is All…Peace Everything Else!!!

I have had a lot of stress feeling like my current job is not where my heart’s at so playing your videos while I work has allowed me to put in my time but keep my mind focused on stuff that is interesting and enjoyable.

Thursday was a traditional dinner but Friday I got to go to an earthship/ecological center for a cool potluck and discussion on how to dream Ohio green.

    2 questions please:
    1. trying to go as chemical free/green/natural as possible I have replaced most of my house hold products but one product I cannot find a good replacement for is Fabreze. I have a multiple dogs and live in a home about the size of your trailor and the Fabreze does an amazing job at keeping my place from being stinky. Do you know of any natural products that could replace it?
    2. I was diagnosed as a teen with bipolar disorder. I believe that my whole foods/mostly raw diet has allowed me to remain stable with minimal medication for 15 years. My doc is quite insistant that omega 3 from fish oil is beneficial for treating mood disorders and that omega 3 from plant sources (flax) cannot accomplish the same thing. Have you come across any info about treating depression/mood disorders with omega 3 or anything else diet related that might be beneficial?

Thanks! You guys are the greatest. I watch every day
