Where to Get a Hair Mineral Test and More – The Renegade Health Show Episode #439

This Friday is “Question Day”…

Some of the questions I address today are, where to get a hair mineral test, how to get more fruits and vegetables into your child’s diet, where to get more information about medical testing, when flax seeds go rancid, my thoughts on Etherium Gold and more.

I had fun filming this show, so I think you’ll have fun watching!

Take a look…

Your question of the day: Do you guys want fitness shows?

Yes, I’m interested in fitness and workout regularly. I appreciated the episode the other day in which AnnMarie was working out with a trainer in a gym.

I LOVED the Fitness shows…LOVE LOVE LOVE.

I normally workout with Wii Active (Personal Trainer) but it was not available so I did the slow movement you had on yesterday and it was just great!

Thanks for all that you do!

    Hey Kev,
I love the fitness shows and I’d be disappointed to see them go. One thing I’d like to see more of is programs that keep moving up in difficulty and ways to monitor your progress. I think people find strength training might become a little repetitious so maybe circuit training plus bodyweight exercises plus platies and then throw some Tibetan 5 rites in there and a few yoga / stretch moves might keep interested. Or doing an entire show outlining one type of exercise routine like any of the ones listed above and the strengths and weaknesses behind them.

I think people need to keep updated on the different exercise routines and how they stack against each other because many people tend to lump “exercise” and “fitness” into lump categories and which end up limiting their chances of keeping active. I think exercise can be fun and interesting and I think so many people could benefit if they could just change what they perceive as “exercise and fitness” to something that was fun to do and not work.
Keep up the good work buddy. You are doing good work.

Liked the fitness show yesterday, as it had a new twist to weight training, firming arms and legs. Clever idea using surgical tube, very versatile, inexpensive, easy to store and safe from injuring the body. I will incorporate it in my routine. Thank you. Susan

I like the fitness shows the least out of all of them, but I think throwing in a special fitness show once or twice a month is great.

And I agree with annemarie…the beard looks ril good.

I like to watch the fitness shows. Personally I am watching for some “chair fitness” ideas as I am struggling with MS. The elastic bands were very inspiring to me.

Yes, fitness shows are great so keep them coming. I would have to say that Most of the people who read this blog are quite familiar with basic fitness theory and the majority of body weight calisthenics etc. But I think if you can publicize some more alternative forms of fitness that don’t get quite so much exposure. The yoga swing was cool to see. Maybe talking to martial arts experts, maybe get Mike Adams to demonstrate Spinning Poi. If you are in Tennessee it would be cool to hook up with Peter Ragnar. If you are in the Washington state(Bellingham) area Scott Sonnon would make an absolutely legendary fitness show. He has such an inspiring story and some fascinating fitness practices to share. Two of his creations-prasara yoga and CST are about as natural as you can get for fast, cheap fitness solutions. There are so many raw food fitness experts out there. Also I enjoyed the show on Chi running even though I despise long distance running. Hope this gives you two some ideas on where to go. But the fact that diet and exercise are so closely intertwined that raw fooder who forsakes exercise is really limiting their potential. If nothing else cut the fitness fridays back to once a month so that way it can maybe be done with more original content.

A few of the fitness shows I have enjoyed.
I have a bone disease so it makes it difficult for me to do many of the the things that are suggested. I had to stop riding my bicycle due the risk of breaking my leg and belive I love to ride, but can ride an exercise bike. But it is not the same as riding in the wind and enjoying the scenery.
The show yesterday had some things I could do.

    Hey Kevin,
I always watch Fitness Fridays (er, or thurdays!), even though they’re not usually my favourite. But I’d miss you guys if I didn’t, lol!! Now I am getting more fit myself I am taking more interest:-)

I would like more information on fitness and the body, how we can be physically fit yet unhealthy at same time and how not to go down that route. I recently read Phil Maffetone’s book and it was like a stab to the heart thinking I need to quit my Bikram yoga and gymnastics and just do daily walks for 3 months – ICK!!! Please can you explain more about the aerobic and anaerobic systems. I, like you, ‘run hot’ but gee obviously I’m drawn to intense exercise. How on earth did you get over that? I really need to build my aerobic system I think. I am very confused about over-training, it feels so good at the time (its the rest of the week when I don’t have the energy I ought to that isn’t so great).
Also whenever I do any kind of class the instructors/teachers/coaches etc are (almost) always saying ‘work harder’, ‘don’t waste your own time/money’ ‘its only yourself you are cheating’ and so on. I don’t understand, do most people NOT work flat out? I am always working at 110%!!! So then I listen to the instructors and do even more and then wind up totally spent afterwards. How do you learn to ‘do less’? How does one learn not to overwork? I am trying so hard to learn to nourish my body. I’m confident I’ve got the basis of a balanced raw diet covered now (thanks largely to you and Annmarie and the experts you’ve brought to us:-)) but have now opened up the ‘exercise can of worms’!!! Oh for the day the confusion ends…
Any help/suggestions from anybody would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for all you do Kevin, it’s so amazing

There are people that can go and go and then go some more but one day thy hit the wall. We are all different and must remember we are all good at something just be thankful and do what you can. The instructor yesterday made a lot of sense. I was that guy that work 12 hours a day than went to the gym and work out hard for 2 hours. Didn’t need a lot of food but could eat anything. I’m retired now and cannot out run my 4 year old or 19 month grand child. In the summer I still can ride the bike. I make sure to get 9 miles out than it is 9 miles home but it is not as much as it used to be!! But I still do. I have not had any Health issues and do not belief in Doctors so far so lucky.

    Hey KeV & Anne Marie!
Fitness is such an important part of health that ppl. want to over look!!!! it seems sooo much easier to just take a supplement, eat or drink something instead of the dreaded exercise!!! but here the deal….we must exercise too or we just won’t get the benefits of these awesome raw foods!!!!…i think it is VERY good you have the fitness videos even if ppl watch them less than the others. you guyz are helping to make fitness look cool, hip & appealing.
maybe what you could do is just put them in with the other videos & just don’t call it fitness friday….just do it! like nike’y says…..through some fitness stuff in with the raw foods stuff.
Also maybe get some speakers speaking on info about why exercise is so important to a raw food diet!!!….not just showing the exercise but WHY we need it so bad!
guyz, if we stop moving were gonna die even if we eat all the right foods!!! (that was directed at the ppl who aren’t watch the fitness vids! LOLzz!)
also i think many ppl into alternative healing tend to lean more towards things like yoga, dance therapy, tai chi, chi gong, belly dance, moving meditations….& not so much into completive sports, body building or things like that. Although, i know that is a big generalization. But, really ppl. we need to understand that movement & exercise is an important part of health. i personally like & do yoga, tia chi, and dance. i have benefited from learning and doing some weight lifting, but only for strength training ,,,not for the whole body building vibe, it seems to get real competitive in the gyms,,,the opposite of why i seek health.
i injured my lower back because i was a professional dancer for 15 years & the dancing i did required wearing 6 inch stilettos! LOLzzz!!! i have been successfully off high heels for 7 years, turned into a raw foodist & have been doing sacred healing dance movement & yoga, breath-work so i have healed alot! LOLzz!!!
I really did enjoy seeing the exercise vid yesterday with Joe. i like the work he does at the living foods institute even if he is also into the competitive sports thing…semi-pro base ball… he was talking alot about strength training not just body building. he was giving great info on how not to get injured.
i think that you guys might want to think about putting some tai chi or chi gong info in yr vid. i took some classes at Hippocrates in fla. with an amazing tai chi instructor who was soooo able to make the connection to why exercise is so essential to raw foods lifestyle. my cd’s are packed in a box soo i don’t know his name at the moment….he has been there for many years,,,,not sure if he’s there now, i hope so……but i remember how he would get ppl. to do theses really simple slow moments that even big body builders would start shaking and couldn’t do. i think when you guys on yr fitness vids talk about doing ‘advanced’ moves for me it misses the point. please don’t take offense because i love watching all yr videos, but you wanted to know how we feel. soooo anyway, i think pushing for ‘advanced’ exercises is not the point of healing, it’s about becoming present for the movements you do. for me it’s more about being able to have strength and be present in a Buddhist kind of way for any kind of movement, really the slower movements are really harder.i like kind of more of an eastern holistic approach to healing and fitness instead of a western gym-type approach to fitness for myself. that is what has helped me heal. i will say i like keeping it fun too. i love keeping fitness fun too. and for faster more ecstatic fitness & movement i love trance dance yoga similar to the schools of thought of shiva rea & gabrielle roth too! according to shiva rae ” Dance and yoga, particularly hatha yoga, are ways of calling us back into our bodies to irrigate our being with life energy known in yoga as “prana.” Prana is the animating force, the energy of being alive and is most clearly felt through breathing. From the yogic view, the great breath flowing through us all is intelligence or Consciousness itself.”
i kno i wrote alot, but hey, i like what you guys are doing and your worth the thought. i like that you guys are real & genuine and keep doing your best to help ppl. heal.
    PEAcE,
    XOXOXO,

I do not usually watch the fitness shows. I garden about 2 hrs. 3 times a week or more, walk with the dogs, and haul fire wood up and down the stairs, and take adult ballet for exercise once a week. That is enough for me. I don’t need a session on what shoes to buy. Maybe I do, but I’m not interested.
If you had tips on how to get more benefit from daily activities, I would listen.
Great work. I tune in every day.

I watch the fitness shows and enjoy them! I think fitness should be discussed more in the health food world.

Is it that the actual number of “views” are lower, or just that people don’t comment? I notice people don’t comment on fitness shows, but that’s just the nature of the beast. I watched it, learned something, and will try to apply it to my life. I don’t necessarily have anything to add or questions to ask. But that doesn’t make it any less valuable! =)

And I agree about flexibility/stretching tips. My hamstrings are super super tight and I haven’t found a way to loosen them up a bit yet. I’d love a tip for that! Especially since it keeps me from doing a lot of other exercise and restricts how much of others I can (e.g. downward facing dog — all my weight is on my hands because my hamstrings are too tight for me to put any weight on my feet/legs).

Kevin I must say you are smooth, suave and debonaire and I enjoy very much your educational programing. I would like fitness shows not that often say maybe once a month.Theirs to much out there in fitness.I would like to see more talk on Dr. Norman Walker he and his wife both have earned bragging rights as for how to live long .He in his books tells us what living foods God created specifically for our living bodies.Dr. Walker was a very intelligent man with many academics under his belt. I am glad to see you were so priveledged to sit down and talk with Mrs.Gerson and talk about her dearly beloved father.I also might add I sincerely am very sorry the other days ago in the course of you talking ,you mention that you were two years old only when your dearly beloved father died.I am so sorry, and very much have empathy for you and your family. I would like to see Kevin a variety of protocols on eg. oxygen therapies by Ed Mccabe, laetrile ,light therapy,COLONICS by Shea Lynn I to am very much Impressed with her, and you Kevin and Ann Marie are people of honest sincere integrity, not phony, but people of honest well meaning in your heart and conscience, out for TRUTH . Because TRUTH will always stand tall by itself and not fall. More on hair analysis , eye iridology, washing eyes out with wheat grass juice, ear candling ,sprouting ,gardening , ideal soil nutrients for gardening, variety of health instruments, hydrogen peroxide 35%food grade ,Dr.Becker, spring water vs. distilled, ozonated water, john Nellis, micro cluster water, Nano size water molecules that are able to literally go thru the cell membrane to full hydrate each individual cell so as in time the cell becomes round and spherical instead of flat or oblonged . Once nano size particle water goes thru cell it removes waste products and at the same time delivers nutrients into the cell membrane.-Allmade possible using a product called Pangwitch Water or rockymountainbest.com .Herbs , My biggest concern and how to protect oneself and family against GMO’S,because in very short time thru environmental movement, rivers ,air ,water, transportation, migratory birds, insect, butterflies, etc.Government and Monsanto and Archer Danielsmidland needs to stop playing god and stop shoving it down our throats.—google this : Codex Alimentarius My biggest concern are military proving grounds spewing bomb munitions as well munitions from gun rifles shooting depleted uranium daily around the country at jefferson indiana, dugway utah ,new mexico ,nevada testing grounds, arizona,I think one might be in california I forget,Alberta canada.Hawaii, many of these areas occupy hundreds of square miles. The radioactive dust particles from these munitions go for miles and many cases hundreds of miles, thru air ,water vehicles, etc. as this is talcum like dust and easily gets resuspended in air and wind .The wind and water goes where ever ,it does not discriminate. This environmental pollution has a half life of 4.5 million years according to world radiation experts I have listened to ,not to mention being close to nuclear power plants and their radioactive gasses and water pollution ,and leaking storage containers etc. People need to know this daily to be aware and to get mad as xxxx then vote for those who are going to put a immediate stop to destroying our DNA as we have in all the wars we started. I have seen hundreds of franken babies in the countries we have been to and deformities are now in the hundreds of percent. And their country is a waste land contaminated by depleted uranium————FOREVER————–4.5MILLION YEARSThis stuff is in every cubic centimeter of air that you are breathing RIGHT NOW Lung cancer rates are on the up rise in these united states ,our lungs are slowly betting cooked.the DU from the gulf wars is in the clouds and only takes like 3 or 4 ays to reach the USA via weather patterns .Kevin a Company called Inspector alert.com has devices to check ones area for safety or foods vegetables,to see if it is radioactive or not. Also they have a peoples or individual monitor where you hook up to your computer in what ever state you are in and someone else in another state or country hooks their computer up,everyone who is subscribed a one time fee of around 100.00 dollars. Will be able to interface around the world in real time as to the radiation from say jefferson indiana as to how much radiation is currently being in the atmosphere .Then one can then worry as to what the up take is in fish ,animals ,water, vegetables etc.I worked with a person he has a normal child, then went to gulf war, he came back home to the USA and was unable to procreate —–reason he was sterile, further more he gave his wife ovarian cancer.—-Well I will let you go .Thank you for reading. My Passion is people would wake up to these truths and be concerned and vote. You can provide that alert .Wishing you kevin and Ann Marie my very best for both of you and I hope both of you would never get divorced. For real love conquers all.God bless both of you.by by.

    Hi Kev….

Yes, it was easy to skip the fitness show yesterday. I am bringing up two online businesses and learning all about social media, etc. Sorting out all the hype from true value. It has been an all out effort as I am on a steep learning curve.

You, Kev and AnnMarie and so many other raw fooders are my inspiration. I admire what you do more and more everyday.

I missed the online Inner Circle Chat Thursday morning also – that was tough.

This community is of great value to me and the raw food nutrition is my primary focus. However, I certainly vote for keeping fitness programs in the rotation. My fitness needs have taken a back seat recently. When I return, I expect to have you both helping through it all.

I just want to say, “Thanks for asking us” and listening. It keeps me coming back.

AnnMarie — I received my moisture oil and sample. The quality is superb and truly wholesome. My skin feels wonderful. Time is the true test. Such a beautiful bottle in look and feel. Just right!

Hugs to you both and the great community here…

Thank you for the great gift of information, entertainment, and motivation that you and your guest speakers provide. I enjoy your show. YES YES YES!!! I love the fitness shows. Don’t cave in under the pressure to always please everyone. Be thankful you don’t have network executives forcing you to change your show because your ratings are lower on the fitness shows. You have to get the message out that YOU are believe in and are passionate about. That’s why people watch your show. And I know that you are passionate about fitness and that ignites passion in me and in all your viewers. Some people might be intimidated to try your fitness advice but I believe if you keep giving people good information that eventually they will come around. I think once a week is great.

I like the fitness shows, but every other week is enough for me. I usually don’t change my exercise routines that much so…

I like the occasional fitness show, like the body weight exercises you showed recently, or about Chi running, but I don’t usually watch them weekly. I find the health/product/interview/nutrition shows more interesting.

Maybe you can do a fitness show a couple times a month?

  50. bethany

I agree with Nicole. The fitness shows are interesting even though I don’t use them. About twice a month is enough for me. It wouldn’t be right to not have ANY fitness shows. “Jonny 5 Friday” is an awesome idea Satori!!

  51. Suzanne
    3:06 am on November 14th, 2009

Yes, PLEASE keep the fitness shows! Fitness is every bit as important as diet for a healthy lifestyle. Those who don’t want to watch the fitness shows are probably those who most need them, but who want the easy, lazy way out and who think a dietary change will solve every problem. We simply cannot be truly healthy if we are not fit. All the nutrition in the world does nothing if you have no activity to move the blood circulation, lymph flow, energy flow, etc. Keep a variety of exercises, activities, stretches, interviews with fitness experts–anything to help motivate us to try new things and keep our bodies moving and healthy!

    Keep up the good work!

  52. Irondoll
    3:08 am on November 14th, 2009

I think you should keep fitness in just because it is a very important part of an individual health program. Would love to see some unusual exercises e.g. hindu squats, whole body workouts, etc.

I’d also like to see a segment on other types of health protocols OR a educational show on the anatomy as a chiropactor might approach its care. It could come in 2 or 3 parts, with an intro on the different types of chiropartic.

Would like to see how supplementation with amino acids could help mood/mental disorders….by a professional. So many people are in mental pain, it’s so saddens me.

    Dear Kevin –

Yes, I love the fitness shows, and I agree with Grant: more diversity. (The Matt Furey idea was quite cool actually. He’s a little out there, but gives amazing information! ; ) And I like having them weekly.

My thoughts: I would like to see more diversity, more variations about all types of movement. One of the things I get asked about a lot in my practice is what to do over the winter months. I’m in Maine and sometimes we get snowed in for days. And while I’m a big proponent of “get out there anyway” – some of my clients aren’t. ; ) What are some inside options?

I have another question, too… sort of off-topic… You cover such an amazing amount of information, why do you never cover the emotional and spiritual side of things? I know that some people view this as personal and if that’s the case, I totally respect that. It’s just that, being in the raw food community, so many people I encounter chat about how raw foods (or just healthier eating and healthier lifestyles) changed them on emotional and spiritual levels. I haven’t heard y’all mention that. I was just curious about your experience. Again, if it’s too personal, I gotcha.

P.S. Gotta agree with Annmarie… the beard works!
    ; )

    With love,

I like to have fitness shows. twice a month feels good, but I would also watch every week. I like tips how to do some exercise at home. I suffer from CFS and love ideas how to slowly and carefully move your body and build up. Loved the show yesterday about doing carefully strength training at home as the studios are so expensive. and I liked your video somewhere on your website with 10 minute morning workout examples.
A show on fitness regiments for people with CFS or other autoimmune disorders, what to watch out for, exercise can be quit harming for CFS, when it is too much and when not enough!!! would be great!!!!

Love your show ! if I would see you on the street (what will not happen as I live in Germany)but anyway I probably would come up with a big smile giving you a big hug as you are so familiar to me by now, but for you I would be a total stranger jumping on you :) )) does this happen often to you ?
    keep up the good work

I think I gave this feedback before but I love working out, so I would watch fitness friday if it were new and fresh and interesting– my idea for that is: a) have AnnMarie demonstrate the moves (loved that episode) b) have a great trainer with moves we havent seen a million times and info that we havent heard a million tims (I liked the danny dyer interview for that) c)perhaps link it with raw sports nutrition information/studies/new supplements for performance/recovery….
But I think in the regular format, fitness fridays was a bit boring and stuff that those of us interested in fitness already know.

Thanks for great shows and all the time, energy and heart u guys put into them. BTW, I tried AnnMarie’s serum… OMG, how incredible is that stuff???? It is going on my Christmas list def (a bit pricey for my limited budget, but if I had it, its soooo worth it!) Cant wait to see what else she comes up with!

Hi Kevin, I love the question and answer shows the most, then the fitnest shows and then in the kitchen shows, but I have to say I really love them. And for the next question and answer, do you know anything about laser therapy? the kind for inflamation and eczemas and dentistry? my husband and I are both Orthodontist and he is interested in buying one for our practice, but I’m not really sure it is safe, personally I wouldn’t use it for myself, so I’m not whether is ethical to put it on a pacient or not. What do you think?

Yes, i like the fitness shows. i am a bit of a couch potato these days as it gets cold outside and the fitness shows motivate me to do SOMETHING.

also, is it possible for you to sort your shows into categories: supplements, Q&A, fitness, recipes, nutritional theory? it would make it easier for me to go and look at say fitness ideas rather than look through all the shows?

maybe you have already done this and i just have not checked it out. sorry if you have . keep up the great information. have a great day

I like the fitness shows, but if it’s something I don’t think relates I might not watch it. Maybe every other week or once a month you should interview a fitness expert. I am a runner and REALLY likes the Chi Running episode.

I agree with previous comments: “Jonny 5 Friday” should be a new tradition.

    Hi Kevin,

Yes keep the fitness in it, especially the things that are not so common, like yesterday with the tube.

Further on, the less hair in your (or anybody’s face the more beautiful, ‘clean’ and ‘cared’ look. So my opnion would be: shave to look more fresh!!! :D

    Thanks for the shows.

I enjoy the fitness shows but by reading the comments it looks like I’ve missed a few. I guess they’re not as high a priority as the food and health ones so if I have a busy day I may not watch them.

Please keep them but perhaps monthly or bi-weekly as was mentioned already. I would like to improve my fitness level and they are helpful.

Perhaps many who watch your shows haven’t yet realized the importance of fitness. It seems to come later–after a bit of weight loss and feeling better on the raw diet which leads to more energy to actually do some fitness.

I’m of the Mark Twain theory of exercise: whenever the feeling comes over me, I lie down till it goes away. But lots of people love the reminder, and most Americans are SO lazy. My bike is for transport, and my mode of driving uses my arms as well as legs, so others might call it exercise. I recommend use of arms biking– American women tend to lack upper body strength.

I have them bookmarked and use them often to get moving during the day if I don’t have time for a more lengthy workout. Maybe you shouldn’t feel committed to “Fitness Friday” – whenever you have something to share. A while ago in one of the postings you said you were running out of ideas for the Friday’s show. It should also be enjoyable for you. Anyway, keep them coming. I’ll be watching. Thanks.

Please keep fitness shows. I would appreciate a show on Bone density. I was just tested and told I’m loosing calcium in my spine. I was advised to step up weight training-which I did, then hurt my knee and back. What can I do safely. Do bands increase calcium? Also like shows on what exercises I can do at home.

I usually don’t watch the fitness shows… I exercise and am so active so much as it is… stretching shows might be interesting though since it is just as important to keep up your flexibility. Anyway, by skimming some of the comments above I saw that most people want fitness shows every week :( That seems a little much.. maybe every two weeks or so??

keep the fitness shows please. it is nice variety and health isn’t just about food. isn’t fitness how you got started anyway? you do a lot of shows and then there’s the other ones you intro us to but none of those do exercise or fitness just raw food info. I think they are also a great reminder to keep working out. I am a member of your audience that is in transition, overweight and just trying to figure it all out. it is refreshing to have something that I can just watch and try right away.

I worked with a nutritionalist doing hair analysis in 95 in Nevada, at the time. Nevada is/was really into this type of testing since it tells long term drug/alcohol issues for work situations, I was told.
Anyway, she stated that there are a handful of labs but only one she used which was in Texas, who didn’t pre-treat, or add things to the hair before its tested. She said that many labs do things in this way. On a good note to that they can also process the test when you color your hair because you tell them what products you used and how long ago, etc. So to be brief, these places need to be checked out prior to sending tests, find out the insiders info, so to say.
Now this was a number of years ago but I am sure it’s near the same. I had to fill out many questions also that pertained to the test that was sent to the lab. I had several done and they were really good but you also need to learn how to interpret the tests or have someone who can.
It is not enough to just know the terms, there are relationships to the balance of the minerals, etc that can tell a great deal – Just food for thought. :)

Do you check the YouTube messages also? Yes I would love more fitness Fridays.

    Hi Kevin and Annemarie,

YES! please keep on doing your fitness shows. I often include the exercises in my martial arts fitness classes.
I especially like the ones just using our body, or the surroundings we are in.
Can you include some martial arts related exercises? Or exercises that would benefit our practice of the martial arts?

Thanks for all that you do.

Here is a question for you. Can you tell us more about Xanthan gum? I include it sometimes(rarely)in my ice creams or sauces.
Is it ok to use occasionally?

    Thanks,

Please, please, please do not give up the fitness shows. I LOVE them. I enjoy getting new ideas (I don’t really like exercise that much, but I do like the results-so mixing things up makes it less boring for me) and being reminded of things I’ve forgotten. I love the fitness shows and enjoy watching them once every week or two. If you are not getting as many comments maybe it is because the “Question of the day” is not as relevant/important or inspiring as some others related to other topics.
I also like hearing your responses to questions and I know that although you try and answer as many as you can so many don’t get answered. As a subscriber sometimes this is frustrating as if it doesn’t get answered that time I know that it won’t.
My favourite shows are like the ones from Charlotte Gerson. I love learning and hers is such an important topic. You have also had some great “Live” talks from people like David Wolfe and others but the sound quality of these is not always good.
Anyway I appreciate everything you and Annmarie do and in general i am happy with the format and grateful to you both.
Thank you and have a fantastic day.

I would also love to see Ann Marie doing more of the exercises because she is so inspirational and I want to see what she does to get such nice tone and definition. Every time I can see her arms in a vid I think “Wow”, what is she doing to get those guns? A corny reply, but it’s true, LOL.

The fitness shows are okay – maybe once a month. I’ve been watching you both for almost all of the 440+ shows you’ve done and I’m a bit tired of the fitness segments. I much prefer the live interviews with various people, the cooking segments, and the question/answer shows. Keep the beard Kevin (as well as the longer length hair) – it looks great!

My opinion on the fitness shows is that I like to have them available as a resource. I don’t generally watch them when you put them up, or in the order that you do them. I watch them when I’m looking for something specific.

    Hi Kevin and Annmarie,

Thank you for asking about what we decided to name our new kitten. When we first got the grey baby kitten, we had a hard time naming the her. I came up with Johnny girl, but everyone zinged it as they said it would be shortened to Johnny and it would not fit her. So after a lot of searching for a special name that would fit her and that both my husband and I could agree on, we decided on Princess Bella. We liked Bella which is Italian for beautiful, which she truly is. Bella has doubled in size already! How fast they grow. She is so much fun. I should post a video as we have her trained to play catch and return with a paper ball. She is amazing, and she has filled our hearts and our home with her sweet nature.
Thank you for asking about her on your show. Much appreciated.

    Love ~ Rhonda
