Inertia is what is holding me back.

I liked this show. Good ideas for the bands. I don't have any but will look for some. Suggestions on where to purchase the bands would have been helpful to add.

Fitness days: Using exercise bands just doesn't SOUND like a show I want to watch but I'm glad I did.

Thanks.

I really enjoyed this show and will definitely check out Joe’s website. This looks like the perfect alternative to weight training which causes me quite a bit of pain due to rheumatoid arthritis in my lower spin. I already have a purple and a blue band at home so I am looking forward to trying this method of strength building and will also look in to doing some water running as well.

I love Joe's technique of going slow with the exercises. For the question of the day though, what's holding me back is that I don't have enough energy to exercise, but his method seems awesome and I'm going to check out his website!
Thanks for another great show!

Thanks Kevin and Annemarie for bringing us Joe. This totally makes sense. Kind of like combining weight strength trainning with Ti Chi. I'm going to incorporate some of these at work during my breaks. So simple but challenging.

Kevin, I would like to see some excercises that one can do sitting in a chair. These could be excercises one can do at work and/or if some has a physical limitation and is unable to get down on the floor or unable to stand for any length of time.

Thanks!

Hi Kev:

This is encouraging. I like this guy and the way he has positioned his workout. It reminded me of the band work I did at Jazzercise. It works.

I love the ones demonstrated. I would like to see more band work as well.

I worked out everyday until July. I injured my left arm and need to have it looked at. I've never had an injury. I have felt some relief with massage, however my range of motion is poor and I feel pain when putting on my shirts or reaching backwards and sidewards. I need to get it checked out.

I feel like I can do this band exercise slowly.

Nice! I've had a blue resistance band sitting in my room for at least a couple of years without any use, because I wasn't confident in how to use it. This looks something I could do!
