What?? Nobody has been to the Adirondacks? that state park fits Yellowstone, Yosemite, and a 3rd (forget which one) inside it. With 46 high peaks over 4000' an endless number under that, and lakes everywhere, and endless rivers to canoe/kayak,I would have to say it ROCKS! And there are plenty of those, too. The fall colors are just beginning to show themselves. Lake Placid is awesome.

Don't you know that St. George, Utah was downwind from the nuclear bomb tests many years ago and that many of the residents got cancer from that?? The last place I want to be!
Is Big Sur part of a national park?

Bethany, I tend to agree with Dr. Young on that one. Sugar actually gives you energy by causing conflict in your body. Your body responds to that acidic environment and that's how you get that hyper energy. Fat like avocado is more sustainable source of energy. So is sea salt in my experience.

But that's probably not a popular opinion o this site :)

Kev, love your videos. Thanks.

Arches and the Canyonlands area in Utah is off the hook, also check out 'goblin valley' its pretty trippy.
I am wondering how much does a "Green Powder" factor in to the daily green requirements.
Is a tablespoon in all respects like eating say, a head of lettuce, or will the fiber be lacking?
What I would like to find out is what are the inherent differences between using a green powder for your daily requirements as compared to using the actual fresh produce :)

My favorite state park (until recently in danger of being closed) is Armstrong Redwoods in Northern California. My favorite National Parks are a toss up between Yosemite (not the valley, it's too crowded) and Sequoia National Parks. I used to live in the Eastern Sierras and visited the upper part of Yosemite (lake tenaya, toulume meadows) just about every weekend...it was only a 30 minute drive from my home. Now I visit Armstrong as often as I can and commune with the trees.
