I love my yoga swing. It is a gravotonics yoga swing www.gravotonics.com and, even thought my yoga practice is fun and relaxing, it has brought so much more fun and relaxation into my yoga practice.

I supply Northern Colorado. If you live in Colorado and want to skip the shipping costs, you can reach me at 970-576-8022 to order your yoga swing. Our swings are built from recycled parachutes in Bali and help the economy in Bali which you may know is a very poor country.

@Caite- You are absolutely correct, there are some Chiropractors out there who are quacks, however there are some good ones too. For example, Dr. Richard E. Busch III, a well known Dr. of Chiropractics has come out with a great book titled, "Surgery not Included: Freedom from chronic neck and back pain" is a really interesting book that highlights some great revolutionary noninvasive treatments for back and neck pain- alternatives to surgery. I believe that his techniques are very beneficial and right on.

even if they are removed, the worst part is she defended her stance multiple times, by saying it contains 25% RDA vitamin C, some fiber, and only 12 grams of sugar or something.
and the program used some 7 yr study trying to correlate cereal consumption with lower cholesterol and BMI - no BMI correlation, and I don't know what they found with the cholesterol, doesn't really matter anyway

I tried to email her at eileen.kennedy@tufts.edu
but I don't know if that worked
I just told her to get on raw foods, lol

here is some more amazing facts of chemicals in our food;Food Sensation Is Not Actually Usually Taste Sensation -- But SMELL!

You might think that McDonalds French Fries have a wonderful taste? Well, read the secret to that "taste" by clicking here.

While I spoke of the desire for taste sensation above, and many people would agree that they enjoy the "taste" of food, the terrible truth is that very little of what you consider a sensation of taste actually takes place in your mouth!

The great majority of what YOU think is a taste sensation, is actually an aroma that you smell.

Man does not at all distinguish between taste and smell in food.

Click here to read an amazing expose of how food companies manipulate the "smells" in the food you eat -- you think it "tastes good" but in fact it just "smells good." The REAL expose is how the food companies, with or without their own knowledge, are starting to add addictive substances to their foods -- so you will feel the need of eating more. MSG is just such an additive and found in almost all processed foods. The more deadly additives have already arrived in the form of additives that mimic the role of psychotropic drugs, including Prozac. Yes, the ingredients in your soup may be turning you into a drugged zombie! I have a major study on this

And Kellogg's Cereals!

Incidentally, the solution is NOT to try to regulate these evil industries, but to raise the awareness of individuals so that they no longer seek such sensations. The desire for sensation would be fine, as a survival instinct, if we could predict the consequences of the substance causing the sensation. Food that is good FOR you should taste good! It doesn't always, but if you had sufficient awareness you would know about the future consequences of some food-based sensation.

No diet of any kind should include any processed sugar, nor any foods to which sugar (including fructose, corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, etc.) have been added.

This one change, alone, can improve your health very dramatically, yet this change, alone is one of the hardest to make. Sugar is more addictive than cigarettes, caffeine or cocaine -- and more deadly.

Yet the government suggests that you can eat the stuff, even if you are a diabetic.

If you can't accept this simple truth, there is no need to read further about the true natural diet of man. I didn't say that you feel strong enough to kick the habit -- that takes a lot of determination. But, even many people who can't kick the sugar habit understand, intellectually, that sugar is bad for them. They just acknowledge that they can't break the addiction. Likewise, they could not go onto the diet I recommend here
