I had Gluten Free Oatmeal with fresh black berries and a light drizzle of Organic Blue Agave Nectar. The oatmeal is made with a mixture Ground Almond Meal, Chia Seeds, Salba Seeds and Flax seeds. Since I'm on the Paleo diet, I need all the Omega 3's I can get and this breakfast is super charged with Omega 3's.

I'm going to try your apple breakfast tomorrow morning. That looks tasty.

I tried the basic Apple Ginger Breakfast Medley without the whipped topping. Gotta tell you ... incredible!! I loved it!! I made it up again with 4 large organic apples and sprinkled nutmeg and just a bit of cinnamon and OMG! it's wonderful. I used it with all kinds of meals - side dish, main dish, relish. I'm forcing myself to wait to make it again - too much of a good thing.

Thanks for the recipe.

I had a glass of water with three of my Juice Plus capsules--2 orchard blend and 1 vineyard blend. You can read about Juice Plus at https://canada.juiceplus.com/nsa/content/Home.soa?site=cl04718 At the moment, we also have a bowl of three different kinds of grapes on the counter--YUMMY!

Later on I had a glass of grape juice with a tablespoon of liquid pectin mixed in.
Kevin, how come you don't eat what Annemarie eats? You seem to be always making separate meals for yourselves...

Post-workout green smoothie. Hemp protein, raw carob, 1/2 a banana, lots of lettuce and celery, parsley, stevia, and ice. It's like green ice cream. Yum!!

I am currently eating Slippery Elm Bark Porridge. It's sweetened with stevia, cinnamon, and goji berries. It's my medicinal breakfast.

Thanks Kevin & AnnMarie for a great show & for all you do to keep us informed & inspired! I'm very new to the Raw Food lifestyle & I'm so excited about the changes I'm already seeing in myself. I have a question though...have you known anyone or has your great fan base known of anyone who has regained the thickness to their hair by going Raw Food? Don't get me wrong, I'm doing this for life and for the life of my health, but I have suffered thinning hair for so long now and would love to have some hope concerning it.
