I have read the book and done some of the work.

A belief I would like to apply the work to? Hmmmmmm
That I am always off my raw plan. woweeee big one.

    Not true for sure.
    Will look at that one.

It is what it is. Love what is.!!!

Welcome back Annmarie! I have heard of The Work. I was introduced to it through a CD set I have with Byron Katie and Dr. Wayne Dyer who is wonderful as well.

Was not familiar, but I definitely know what I need to work on: punctuality, which relates to time-management. It’s been a life-long issue and is probably my biggest personal flaw that affects all aspects of my life, including my job. I’ve read self help books like Seven Cures for the Punctually Challenged and have gone through phases of recovery, but I always seem to slide backwards to tardiness.

For many years, I had a weight issue, and I finally found my savior in raw foods. I feel so inadequate, unsuccessful, and ashamed when I am late time after time again. Yet in so many other sectors of my life, I’ve made vast improvements. Perhaps this is the deepest layer that I have yet to reach.

I don’t quite know how I can apply the turn-around concept, but perhaps I have to instill the belief that I am on time, and a positive belief might help a la law of attraction or positive visualization. Perhaps I should adopt the mantra, “I believe I am punctual” or just “I am punctual.”

Byron Katie’s work, four questions and a turnaround are life changing! It changed my life and I will be forever grateful. If you have any challenges in your life now, give this process a try. Do it daily for a while, in the morning ideally, and question different beliefs that cause you stress or question the same belief over and over if there is one that just doesn’t seem to want to go away. The website has a lot of good stuff to get you going with it. Check it out! You won’t regret it.

Byron Katie’s inquiry pretty much saved my life. It got me through some normal stuff, then got me through (laughingly) being sued (and losing), being cheated on and left by my husband, and being homeless. I not only made it through all these challenges, but I’m a better person now because I was able to turn it all around and see why I should be sued, should be cheated on and left, and should be homeless. I truly do love what is, and I have Ms. Katie to thank for a large part of that success/transcendence.

I’m really glad you were able to go Ann Marie!

I’m so glad you are back Annmarie! I think Kevin really missed you!

The book is sitting on my bookshelf, you’ve inspired me to take the time to read it! I been practicing Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) for over a year and find it to be an amazing tool for myself and so many others. Have you ever tried it? Here’s two videos that I have found helpful:

What would I do The Work on?

I’ve never heard of the Work. It sounds interesting. But I have a question> What happens if my belief is, in fact, true? it seems that this example relies on the idea that my belief (ie, my husband works too much) is a misperception. Am I wrong? – thanks!

Also, Annmarie, you definitely do not need public speaking. You have a warm, wonderful, genuine delivery that is very authentic. I definitely resonate with that. :-)

I use Ho’oponopono and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). They are both helpful along with some of the theories of the “Secret” and “What the bleep do we know”, movie. Now, I have been led to raw food. Considering the spiritual quest of the above mentioned, I feel it is no accident that High Raw Foods came across my path. It is part of the whole growing thing.

I was fortunate to attend a two day workshop with Byron Katie. Energy, kindness and compassion just ooze from her to the people she worked with on stage. I saw people transformed by the work. She always included the audience in her work with another person so we the audience were always relating to the questions and answers. Often when I hear something, or think something I don’t like or agree with, the question pops into my head, “Is that really true?” and “How would I feel without that belief?” Wow, it was quite an experience that I am very grateful for. Thanks for reminding me. It changed my life for the better. Consciously less judgement of others.

Annmarie, so happy to see you back, I missed your smilling face and energy.

I just started checking out The Work and from what I have seen and experienced it is really good. Another great technique that I use everyday is the Sedona Method or The Release Technique which allows you to let go of feelings in the moment. Both techniques are incredible though.

I was introduced to the work of Byron Katie some time ago and find aspects of it quite powerful. The idea that we can accept where we are and then turn our belief’s around is a very liberating one.

I believe that “Being Where We Are” in a state of acceptance and responsibility is a great stepping stone for our journey through life. If one doesn’t embrace the moment with one’s feet touching the ground then how can the next step be taken?

I find the work of Eckhart Toll (The Power of Now”), John-Roger (founder MSIA), Gary Craig (EFT founder) , and don Miguel Ruiz (Toltec Master) equally helpful.

As to: What could I stand to work on in my own life? The list is not short! But what stands out for me at this time, is that I need to develop the discipline and stick-to-itiveness to implement my creative ideas. I’m more of a dreamer than a doer and I’d like to find a workable balance.

annemarie don’t you know you always steal the show with your quiet and gentle remarks. I would like to work on being able to stick with the plan. like my raw food plan. I believe that it is right and good for me but, habits are an old friend and sometimes letting go what you need to is a process. I am not familiar with the Work, but have spent time in toastmasters where you learn to think and learn to express and develop your people skills, not just your speaking skills. probably the most beneficial real activity I have ever done for myself was to join and participate in toastmasters.

    Dear AnnMarie,
Rather than answer that question…or maybe this is something I have to work on…I want to tell you that you are a pleasure to listen to for your sincerity, you givingness and for being willing to stay in Kevin’s shadow. He rarely lets you speak on your own, but seems to think he has to “coach” you. If it is HIS show and you are a subordinate or a guest, that’s one thing. But the show, which pictures the two of you together in the intro, might be more well-rounded if he would allow you to do you own demos sometimes while he does whatever it is he does. You never interrupt him when he speaks. But he takes every opportunity to interject himself into most everything you say, or to correct you…or to just do that laugh directly into the microphone. And, you are always standing behind him, never in front of him, and rarely beside him. I’m working on this. Maybe he’s NOT doing any of those things at all. He only SEEMS to be doing them. I will work on accepting his loud laugh and interruptions without complaining. Thank you very much.

I have “Loving What Is” and have not read the whole thing! I need to get to it!

But, what if the belief is true? My husband DOES work too much (as a research scientist, he works up to 20 hours a day sometimes) and he does not enjoy it– it is WORK! What then?

Annmarie, you have great camera presence. :) Raw food has been a positive manifestation of requesting support while on this path/journey of life. I appreciate the blessing of having raw nutritious foods in my life.

I remember seeing one of the “Secret” movie stars on Oprah and him saying we should affirm the exact polar opposite of whatever negative belief we have. That seems to work for me.

Recently, I had some doubts (negative beliefs) about an offer that seemed to good to be true. Then I affirmed that there really are people who want to be generous and help others. All turned out well, I accepted the offer and it turned out to be truly free of any strings other than commiting to showing up to recieve support. It was truly a gift of support.

    All my best to everyone!

Welcome back, Annmarie! It’s funny that I just hear of The Work a few days ago and looked up Katie’s books on Amazon. Do you know which one would be the best to start with? Or can anyone on this forum recommend one?

I know my negative thoughts are often projections of what I think about myself or just fears I have, like you said about your public speaking. Glad you had a great trip, and will we get to see any videos of it?

    Welcome back Annmarie!!!
and OMG I found out you guys will be at One Spirit Weekend in October! I was supposed to go but will be in Charleston SC that weekend before and not going to make it :( Would’ve loved to have met you two in person :)

I haven’t read any of Byron Katie’s books or ideas, going to go check it out now.
As for me, I just follow whatever path I’m spiritually lead to follow. I don’t stress, don’t worry and since it’s just me and my 2 kids I really just do whatever feels right and whatever I’m lead to do…and now off to ck out The Work so I can see what all that’s about.

Annmarie – I look so forward to seeing you be more prominent in the Renegade Health Show. I have always wanted to hear more from you.

How has being a raw food vegan changed, helped, improved your world, as a woman?

Always wanted to ask that, now seems like the right time.

My negative thought is that this country does not support the health of its people with a national healthcare plan.

So I will try your process & invite others to join me in that process to change this negative thought (if you share it)… and who knows, perhaps we (together with the total energy of the process) can turn around this negative thought! :)

Unfortunately, I don’t know Byron Katie, but she seems like another person to add to my reading list. I am, however, familiar with Dr Martin Seligman’s work on Positive Psychology, which has been huge for me.

Interestingly, I read the following article on the BBC recently. It’s always good to see intuitive ideas given objective backing.

    Hi Annemarie!

It was so wonderful to meet you at the Joy For Life Retreat on Vancouver Island. You did a great job of talking about Byron Katie and “The Work”. I look forward to many more retreats and bumping into you again some day.

And about those smoothie recipies, I believe Victoria said she would be emailing us the recipies that were used during the retreat.

Thank you again, both of you and your cat, for ALL that you do to spread the word of vibrant health.

    Annmarie,
I have tried to read a number of books by Byron Katie, and they all seemed like mush. Then I worked with a friend who had studied under Byron Katie, to no avail. Your short, concise example was more informative than anything I’ve been exposed to. Glad you got so much out of the retreat.

I have unrelenting standards for myself and I am working on being nicer to myself because I deserve it.

Thank you Ann Marie. It is great to see you stepping out!! Go girl!! I have studied Byron Katie’s Work, but often forget to incorporate it into my life. The thought I have that I am working on changing is “I have so much to do”. When I turn it around, I feel free and get more done with greater ease. Life is not a burden, our thoughts are the burden.

Thank you and Kevin too, for all that you bring to life.

Maybe Annmarie can practice more public speaking at the Raw and Living Spirit Retreat at the end of the month, and by sharing more with us about the Work. I’d be grateful for a discussion that centered on the ways in which our beliefs of ourselves get in the way of our own successes, as she started to talk about toward the end of today’s show.

    Thanks Annemarie!

My belief is that I will never be able to truly commit to anything thus not getting my act together, so that I can have a life of abundance and serenity. I’ve been through many phases of raw food since I was 28, which was half my life ago and have remained veg centered all these years, however, it’s hard for me to hold the thought that I deserve to be cared even though my family is incapable of caring for me, but instead unconsciously (and one member at least consciously) hurt me. Regardless of their inability to be empathetic, caring, and gracious, I need to take care of me, and it’s really hard when I sink into my loneliness, which leads me to believing I’m unworthy. This is probably TMI for you kids.

I am glad to see you had a wonderful time, Annmarie. Isn’t Sergei a kick? We totally clicked with him when we took one of his hikes last year.
I am familiar with the work. Not yet sure if it resinates with me. Very similar to cognitive therapy as I can see.
There was a comment made, comment # 13 that I found very interesting. As the very thing that this person had a problem with was the very thing I admire about the two of you and also think what makes you such a well balanced couple. Living in a house that has had two families for 10 years and being the youngest of 4 watching 3 other marriages, besides my parents, from the age of 10, I can say that the strongest of marriages are the ones where the partners know their individual strengths and don’t try to be the other person or envious of the others strengths.
The love and true honor you give your husband is evident in the way you look at him and communicate with him. There is no evidence of one feeling superior to the other only the acceptance of the others strengths and the allowance of each to be who they are. It is obvious this has made you successful as a couple. If you feel you NEED to work on public speaking then by all means that is what you should do. But every “Kevin” needs an “Annmarie” without your support he would not be the same, no matter what new age philosophy might argue. Remember the old saying “behind every good man is a good woman” ? There is still some truth in that. You are proof. ( even if it is a man behind the woman or a woman behind the woman or a man behind the man)
I have seen many times when Kevin has turned to you to help him fill in the blanks and also has given the respect to have your say without his two cents.
I know this was not the “question of the day” but since this was something that we were just discussing after spending the day with you in Seattle it seemed like the right thing to comment on.
    With sincere thanks and respect~

I am familiar with The Work of Byron Katie and it has helped me a great deal.

By stopping the mind from re-running troubling thoughts you can use your mind to solve problems.

It helps me in my business now too. I am more tolerant of customers and their problems, and try to “work” with them to get at the core belief that is troubling them.

I was introduced to the Work at the Raw Union by a wonderful woman named Veronica, and have been meditating on it since. I have even attempted to share it with a couple family members, but need to get her book so I can understand it more deeply.
What do I need to work on? The belief (false) that others are not interested in what I have to say. I have been working through this, on my own, but Ms. Byrons Work gives me something to, well, Work with.
And Ann Marie I enjoyed meeting you and Kevin very much at Raw Union,(would have loved to spent more time) and I must say, your humble and genuine consideration for others shines through, both in person and through the camera! I’m glad that you are “Working” on sharing the time with Kevin more. You guys really balance each other out.
One thing I like to do, is play around with adjectives as part of exploring and sometimes revising belief systems. For example: Consider the word “dedicated” as a positive alternative to “works alot/too much.”
I am excited that you and Kevin have found your metier.

Really helpful show! Yes, I’ve heard of the work in passing but haven’t really investigated it as yet.
It wouldn’t hurt me to stop telling myself I’ve turned into my mother! I love her to bits and respect and cherish her but there are certain aspects of her relationship with my father that I don’t want for myself in my own relationship with my partner, and sometimes I see myself perpetuating those patterns that I’ve watched growing up.
In response to some of the comments regarding the dynamic of your relationship Kevin and Ann, I hope you won’t take them personally as they’re only opinions, and not everyone feels the same. I find you both very likeable and I think your personalities balance well together.

I love the Work and it’s really helped me most in situations where the belief is “true”. It has some sort of alchemical effect upon one’s consciousness and really free’s up a rigid perspective of what appears to be reality and basically opens your mind up to coming into an alignment of what you actually wish were true. In that way it fits in nicely with the Abraham Hicks info of focusing upon what you want to happen instead of what you don’t want.

Also, a word about your cat: she(?) jumped in right at the introductions in the beginning and I thought for sure ya’ll would get the mega hint and introduce the kitty too, but – nope.

Your cat clearly has some energetic to contribute to your show… she’s always around when you film. What could it be? A lot of cats would simply be napping somewhere. The only way to know is to ask her what she has to share, then *listen* for the answer. It works quite well – the animals in our daily lives are quite amazing teachers with consciousness that is equal to our own – just in a different language. “All creatures great and small”, after all. You can learn to hear their contribution by asking them questions when it’s clear they have something to say, and then listening for the answer.

This may sound loopy, but it really works, I know from personal experience. Animal whisperer’s are simply people who’ve decided to pay attention, but we can all do it really easily.

Isn’t it amazing how your little show starts traveling around the world and people leaving comments throughout the whole 24h….

Thank you Annmarie for being so open and candid and not being afraid of sharing your insecurities and vulnerabilities. Through you and with you, we all grow:)

I’ve learned about the work 2 years ago through my therapist, and it has helped me a lot since. I found it doesn’t work on its own if one is in throws of depression, because it does need a sparkle of self-love to do it, and it needs energy to confront oneself. But one thing I keep applying to my life ever since is to be in peace with what is. If I don’t feel like getting out of bed in the morning than that’s what’s required.

I have also done Michael Brown’s “The Presence Process”, which was truly life-changing experience, and has further thought me to pay attention to what I truly require to grow (as that great comment of the person who was homeless), as oppose to what I think I “want” .

very good information. NO i am not familiar with the work. But as i listen to you explain it i understand. I listen to your answer to the questions and i think you voiceing a valid concern. I appreciate that yourself and Kevin give us great shows day after day. You keep us all informed about some very important news. But i know it may take away from personal time you have together or it can be exhausting to always have to record news and information. This may be more his passion than yours and you may enjoy some other way of sharing information. Kevin listen to hear answers again and maybe schedule more you and her time where no filming is done some days. I am sure a compromise can be achieved. Her answer “you work to much” could mean something else. The two of you make a great team-couple. Don’t loose site of what is important to both of you.

Annmarie, I totally know what you mean about public speaking. This is something I’ve struggled with for a long time. (I own my own company and give workshops about intentional eating, do raw food demos, etc.) I worried about whether people would take me seriously, whether I’d get someone mean in the audience, etc. … until one day my best friend said to me, “The people in your audience have chosen to be there because they need to hear what YOU have to say – even if it’s just for today. For some reason, they needed to be there.” And I totally got it. And relaxed. Of course, the key, too, is to be authentic. When you TRY to be the person you think others want to see and hear, you’re off your center.

Re: these comments about about Annmarie taking a backseat to Kevin. I don’t see that. I see a very healthy dynamic relationship where Kevin has a certain personality that blends well with Annmarie’s. I don’t see Annmarie as being dominated. It’s a nice balance. I appreciate what both of you have to say and the manner in which both of you deliver that message.

As far as what I’m working on… Understanding that my child and husband are on their own paths.

    Take good care,

I have used The Work to eliminate negative thoughts a few times. It really helps to look at a perceived negative situation in a different light.
I first found out about Byron Katie over a year ago and Wayne Dyer’s most recent recorded seminar uses The Work to help people in the audience deal with various issues.

Here’s a belief that I often struggle with, “I DO know what I’m talking about.” When talking with new people (or even friends) about subjects I really believe in(topics like nutrition, especially fasting, or animal rights) I find myself dwelling on negative thoughts like, “You don’t even sound confident,” “Do you even know what you’re talking about?” “You could explain this in a better way,” “They think you’re full of crap,” or “They won’t get it.” I’m learning to fake confidence and ignore what’s going on mentally. It’s always a struggle though.

    Hi you two.

Annemarie (hope that’s the right spelling)

Ever since I first came across you two doing your work I’ve always really enjoyed what you do and what you have to say. But I quickly noticed that Annemarie seemed to be the quiet and shy type of person who never came across as forthright. In fact I always thought that you displayed a very soft, feminine and gentle nature which in itself are very attractive qualities.

This latest clip confirmed to me what I always have thought, that you have a lot to share, that you are worth listening to and that you are inspiring. I love listening to you. If you come out of your shell a bit more we will all be the richer for it.

Hope I haven’t been too personal or made you feel uncomfortable in any way.

    Kindest regards

    Karina.

welcome back, annmarie! it is wonderful to see your smiling face again.
I have heard of the ‘work’ and it occurs to me, while reading the posts, that I need to work on the belief that I need to ‘fix this.’ e.g. #13 made some suggestions I believe probably false and possibly hurtful to you and Kevin. My response is to explain, clarify, correct… in an effort to prevent harm. Then I remind myself; you and Kevin are fully competent adults, safe in each others’ care and do not need me to come to your aid. All is as it should be.
P.S. The show really is a family affair and it looked to me like Johnny 5 was just happy to be with his Momma and Papa!

    Welcome back Annmarie!
Glad the retreat was enjoyable. Thank you for sharing such personal information, and introducing The Work with an example.

I first heard about The Work through the Raw Mom Summit. They worked through The Work with an example, but I found that your example of Kevin working too much / a lot was easier to follow.

What do I have to work on? Actually doing The Work ;) Seriously though, I will be working on turning to junk food in an emotional crisis. I thought that I was past this, but finding out that my dad’s cancer has moved to his lungs has put me in a real tail spin. Sounds like this is something else I can apply The Work to.

Thankfully I am still doing my daily Green Smoothies, or my nutrition intake would be rather low.

Looking forward to seeing more of you on RHTV.

Geez Mary, stop being so critical of Kevin! Kevin and Annmarie are both wonderful dynamic people in their own independent ways.

Welcome back Annmarie. Loved this show. I haven’t heard of Byron Katie, but I think I will look into her book.

I highly recommend “The Work” to anyone interested in fully taking responsibility for themselves, I also recommend EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), TM (Transcendental Meditation), going to bed early, Reiki etc. “The Work” works!

Beautiful show!! We love you guys sooo much!

I just love the diversity of information that you share. We never know what we will get on the RHTV Show! :) Its awesome!

We had never heard of “The Work” But love what we have heard so far.

Thank you for being so sincere and sharing your personal stuff. I know that is sooo hard to do.

AM- We have just watch you blossom ever since we started watching. Even though you may think so, you do not really need to do anything better in your public speaking. You come off great. Even your shyness is appealing because some of us have that and can relate. We are not all as outgoing or energetic as Kevin. Although I love the jolt he sends through us daily! :) You guys compliment each other perfectly.

Ironically, I cannot think of a negative belief right now. I know they are in there. I am just having such a beautiful morning that I must be blocking them right now! I will work on taking note when one pops up- Great info, I cant wait to tackle them with the questions!

    BIG MAHALO_
So happy you could take the time to do the retreat! And that Kevin is so supportive of you doing so.

    Hey Kev & Annmarie,

I am familiar with The Work, a very good tool to reframe limiting beliefs and stuck energy. To build on that, The Power of How moves beyond intellect and puts you in direct experience with the ground of being with tools to dissolve stuck energies experientially. Knowing is important, but being is where the real rubber meets the road. Stepping into the flow is where the real magic begins.

    All the best, Eric

    Annmarie,
So happy to see you back, I missed your smilling face and energy. It suprises me that you feel the the need to work on public speaking, since you are so easy going and a natural on camera. Maybe when talking to a group, just think of them as a camera and you’ll do great.

    Hi Guys,
Welcome back Annmarie and thanks for the topic of today’s show. I have heard of, but never tried Byron Katie’s work. I was wanting to know if it is possible for you to post the questions etc from that card for us to try and use. Also, if you could explain the ‘Turn It Around’ to ‘others’. I understand how you could turn around Kevin working too much to ‘yourself’. (I have heard what we hate/annoys us in others is what we don’t see in ourselves). I also understand turning it to the ‘opposite’ but I’m not sure how you would turn it around to ‘others’. Do you mean other people in your life like family/friends and because it’s not safe to take out your frustrations on them you do it to the people closest to you? Thanks in advance for your answer and hope you guys have a great day.

Thanks Annmarie – looking forward to seeing more of you!

just a comment to Sue Rushford on time management – thing one thing which really helped me was when someone told me that the reason I was always late was because I considered MY time more important than everyone elses! OUCH. It pretty much cured me instantly.

    Dear Ones,

Every once and a while the videos seem to have a glitch and don’t load properly. THis is one of them. I don’t think it’s on my end because I can watch Wednesday’s episode with no problem.

I haven’t watched TUesday’s episode because I’m not patient enought to sit through the starting and stopping so take my comments as perhaps being out of context.

I seem to recall somewhere along the line hearing or experiencing “The work”. Over the years, I’ve turned away from deficit models of self improvement and embraced models which emphasize highlighting our strengths. More along the lines of Eckard Tolle’s work, the Power of Now. Contemporary psychology has a name for this model, but it escapes me right now. This has helped me experience a heightened level of peace and contentment in my life.

That does not preclude the necessity of living consciously and with honest acknowledgement of the beauty and challenges of daily life. But instead creates of sense of freedom to be as I am and a feeling of gratitude for my life.

I appreciate you, Anne Marie, as you are: quiet and wise, articulate and creative, strong and devoted. You sincerely demonstrate the mission of the Renegade Health Show. You provide a perfect balance to your husband’s boisterousness entrepreneurial spirit.

Just think, what would happen to your adrenal glands if their were two Kevin’s in the same household?

sunshine and summer breezes to you both,
    debra

Welcome back from your wonderful retreat!!

I stumbled on to Byron Katie and “the Work” last year. I also like don Miguel Ruiz and Abraham – Hicks. These “masters” are helping me climb back to health (along with raw food of course)! smile

What can I work on in my life? Thinking that my views are always “right” and that everyone should agree with me.

By the way, when are you coming through the Midwest??

Hi guys, your shows are awesome and such a diverse range of information!. I like them a couple of days after to readall the comments too.

Welcome back Annmarie and thank you for sharing your experience. I have heard of the Work and EFT but yet to check them out. Also had much to do with Eckhart Tolle’s teachings from a previous relationship with a guy who was a little obsessed with him.

I need to work with believing and accepting that I have a right to be loved and to have someone care about me, which my wonderful partner of nearly 2 years is helping me with. Plus we are moving in together this Saturday… yippee!

    Love and best wishes xxx

Welcome back Annmarie. Thank you so much for your example of the work, it really clarified the process for me. I checked out the work a few days ago and got bogged down in the turn around questions and decided it wasn’t for me. Now after your show the process seems so simple and I think it can be a useful tool so I am going to give it a try. I am just not sure what I will work on first.

I hate to shake up all the love on here, but I believe in looking at all sides of things and looking at contrary viewpoints before spending my hard earned money on it. As a person who has done a few LGAT (Large group awareness training) programs, please do some research before you give your money away to any New Wage guru. Been there. Done that.

Google “Byron Katie Cult” and you’ll find a few people who have different views of The Work. There’s another side to the glowing testimonials you only hear about. Look into them and then decide for yourself. If your looking for real self improvement, look into cognitive behavioral therapy, with a LICENSED therapist.

    Hi You Guys,
I was fortunate enough to have been able to go to the Joy For Life retreat last March at Stewart Mineral Springs. I loved the combination of the smoothies and The Work. The combination is very cleansing and powerful. Tom was a presence; I loved it when we did the exercise around gender.
We have been continuing doing The Work with a person we met at that retreat.
    I’m glad you went, Annmarie!

    Best,
    Mil

Thank you, Annmarie, for sharing… Me and my daughter (5) took instantly to your way of delivering your message… we watched the beginning several times and I had half a chance to listen to what you said, but I felt it´s so true. My daughter would like you (two)to come over to Germany, so how about that…
I recite a particular mantra to myself or sing or thank the world around me to transform thoughts and reconnect to the essential, in emergencies I just press the delete button on my internal keyboard. the effect still varies, at times comparable to what you described. but I guess it comes with practice… Your example really helped to get the gist of V.B.s work and reminded me to learn more about it. Looking forward to watch again and read the comments, all the best Sandra

    Dear Kevin and Annmarie,

Looking forward to hearing about rawsome children and more rawsome pets in your show, perhaps

    Thanks again,
