I think they all have a different feel to them, so today, I’ll talk about the upcoming 5 that we’ll be at!

Eventually I do want to go to Raw Spirit Festival though, perhaps next year…

My answer is: none of the above…
Raw Spirit Fest is in Washington DC this year Aug.29-30, at least according to the website. I’m in Phila, PA so that’s the one I was planning to attend.
Hope there will be more than crickets there.:)

I will be at the Vibrant Living Expo in Fort Bragg. I met you guys there last year and it was great. I hope we can spend a little more time together this year. I am now working at Living Light Culinary Institute so I know I will be there.
Keep up the great work. I wish I was doing what you guys are doing.

I am planning on going to the Raw Spirit Fest in Santa Barbara. Probably will go to the Living Light since I enjoyed it so much last year. And I didn’t even know about the one in Santa Rosa- it’s only an hour from my house so I might have to go to that as well. Am I addicted or what??

Oh darn, just made my reservations for June 10-18 in the Santa Barbara area. Wish I’d have known about this sooner. Maybe next year!! I LOVE Raw Food…and am excited about the new book, Kevin. Thanks so much!!

We’ll look forward to seeing you in Molalla. We’ve got a group of about twenty of us in Salem, OR, so I’m pretty sure we’ll turn out in numbers. Thanks so much for the Renegade Health shows by the way! What a great way to keep us all connected. Have read half of High Raw with appreciation–especially putting the ease into the process with the 75-80% raw plan. I’m mostly raw but I like being able to share this approach that tends the soul and takes the rigidity out.

Hmm, would love to be at Matt and Angelas union, however it’s a little more than a drive for me as I live in the land down under.
Things are really happening here in relation to the raw movement. About to see Dr. Fred Bisci next week in Melbourne, wow what an honor that will be.
There is a number of us (Anand and Runi from Raw Power, Harley and Freelea from 30 Bananas a day, me from In the Raw etc etc) wanting to pull our own version of the Raw Spirit Fest together, I think maybe next Summer so we’ll keep you posted.
I so feel for Johnny5, does he ever get outside anymore, it feels like the RV is a prison for him. I know people with cats who take them out with a lead on, won’t do it for Johnny5 but it’s better than nothing.

I like the idea of raw festivals, but there is big issue with that. I do not understand why they all concentrated so much around meditations and yoga, even some shamanic stuff. Not everyone, who is eating raw food, is into that same way of thinking. I am, for example, an orthodox christian and do not do yoga and do not want to hang out with shamans and “mind readers” or something like that and expose my children to that.
I think they should not overload one thing with another,then more people would join the whole movement about raw food lifestyle.

How I wish I could go to any of these!Oh well at least I can live through you guys. I hate it that you are so close to me right now but yet so far away. Is there any chance of you guys wanting to hit the beach. I would absoultly flip out if you could come to the Myrtle Beach, SC area. I have room for your RV and I can hit up the local chinese joints for some veggie fuel :.D!!!!

If I make it to any, it will be Raw Spirit Fest in Prescott AZ Sept 26-27 just because my mom and I love to get together in Sedona, so I may be there already anyway, but I would love to be able to go to all of them, esp. Cherie Soria’s – and the Raw Union.

there is no Ottawa festival this year.

checked with my husband we will not be able to attend the SANTA BARBARA EVENT . kevin, go to carpenteria, best beach town in ca. carpentia has a area for camping and its only 15 minutes away form santa barbara(if YOU GO TO CARPENTIA YOU BE GLAD YOU DID)

KEVIN I JUST GOT AN IDEA FOR YOU WHILE YOU ARE AT THE RAW FESTIVAL IN SANTA BARBARA YOU CAN ASK ABOUT THE FRENCH FESTIVAL UP THERE. I WHEN THERE LOTS OF TIMES IN THE PAST ITS FULL OF CULTURE WITH SHOWS ALL DAY LONG BUT NO ONE IS INTO RAW. MAYBE YOU CAN PROMOTE RAW BY ATTENDING THE FRENCH FESTIVAL SINCE ITS THE MOST POPULAR FESTIVAL AT THE OAK PARK IN SANTA BARBARA.

there are three Raw Spirit Festivals this year – June 5-7 in Santa Barbara CA, August 29-30 in Maryland at the Patuxent 4-H River Center, and September 26th-27th at the Granite Dells in Prescott, Arizona. Do you know of any events in the UK? Apart from the occasional $100 evening talk, there doesn’t seem to be a lot happening here. Well, there is an annual get together that costs $1000 – I kid you not – but not much else.
