Excellent advice for ANY information to which one subjects ones self-except, of course, if one has to pass exams. One of the most useful statements made by a favorite professor was that what an education taught was neither facts nor interpretation of them, but where to find the facts when one needs them and how to formulate one’s own interpretations and philosophy from them.

It is nice to validated that I don’t need to absorb and remember everything that I read and hear. There is just so much info out there and it becomes overwhelming at times. I will remember this chat Kev! Thanks KO

When I read or study anything, I rely on my “better self”, aka my subconscious, to file away the info for me and to collate it with relative info that’s already in the stockpile. I picture this big, smushy pile of knowledge somewhere in the cranium doing its work for me while I get to be relatively lazy!
So that is why I agree with you that we only need to consciously retain one thing.
And the one thing that jumped out at me was your comment that melatonin is produced between about 10pm to 2am. Yikes! Because for quite some time now I have a habit of getting the bulk of my sleep between 3am and 11am. Yes, you read that right. So – food for thought for me!
Thanks for the continued inspiration.

I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO DOWNLOAD YOUR BOOK HIGH RAW BUT WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL.

Your new site looks amazing! Simple, clean
You guys continue to be freakin’ awesome!
From Paul Nison’s I took away:
-keep your body alkalanized
-you don’t need exotic fruits as a staple in your diet
-give your body time to rest by not eating after dark and before bed

Kevin, I have not been able to get your videos on my email. I always have to go to youtube and find the episode.
Any thought on why this is happening?
Thank you for all you guys do!!

Hello, Kevin! Thank you for all the great work you’re doing. I DID listen to the telephone interview with Paul Nison. Very, very enlightening. The one thing that stuck in my brain was the fact that you can’t believe everything you see, hear, or read. You MUST find out for yourself and DO for yourself that which FEELS right for you. It’s trial & error. You are your own best experiment (I’m sure you know that). So, I’ll continue experimenting & learning that which is right for me. Thank you for all the knowledge and common sense you bring forth. Blessings, Lorraine.

Dear Kevin~
You and AnnMarie so Rawk! Just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the freebie download…such Sacred knowledge! And especially to pass on my appreciation for the sick-to-itiveness you both have embraced, which educates (and entertains) us out here.
I am a recent raw foodie, but have been on the path for year., I am so alone and isolated in my attempt, and via the internet with daily watching you guys and Matt and Angela and peaking at a few others…I feel like I am a part of a circle that radiates out to infinity.
Blessings to you and yours, and in all you do.

YOU…ARE…GOOD!!! Ever since we’ve been watching you guys I’ve always thought your approach though very layed back & informal has had a huge impact. You seem like a perpetual student which I believe also makes you come across more genuine. We met Juliano several yrs. and I’ve always thought there was some unspoken genius in his approach, which is what I get w/ you guys.Whatever ,now I’m rambling … you guys are awesome!!!

Hi kevin.
I’ve been watching you for sometime now. I believe you are the best
guy out there. You really care!!! I downloaded your “High Raw” digital
book and have gotten up to chapter 3. I am so delighted to have it
and thank you so much for making it available to people like me who
cannot afford to buy book after book. You are a generous and sincere
man and would make any mother proud.
I will be one of your 10% people who actually will read your entire
digital book!
Thank you also for today’s message. It means I won’t have to beat my-
self up if I don’t remember or retain every thing I would like to and
I won’t have to scribble notes to try to remember and then lose the
notes somewhere, and if I do find them, I can’t decipher them anyway.
Keep on keeping on, you are making a difference in people’s lives.
Sincerely,
Myrna Rettegi

You are so right Kevin. In episode #303 and reading some of the comments after watching your video I came across a comment by Bob who is a Nutritional Consultant and entered his link he provided http://optimallivingfoods.com/content/my-thoughts-rbti and contained in there was information and the answers to what is relevant to me at this time which is Mineral Deficiency and Liver malfunctioning. I rang Bob who lives in California and I am from the UK and found him so very helpful and is worth checking out guys

Great video!
Another related tip: consider getting a digital reader (kindle, sony reader, etc).
I had so many books that I wanted to read but never started because I didn’t have a lot of time to read more than a few pages at a time, so it seemed pointless to start a book.
I got a kindle as gift recently and have read more books in the last couple of months on that than I did in the last couple of years!! I think the fact that I can read it in short bits here and there (and I can carry it with me to read whenever I’m waiting somewhere) really frees me to start books right away.
I’m guessing any of the digital readers out there would have the same effect, so they’re definitely something to consider as an aid to learning!

Hi Kevin, love the look, really smart, but here’s the thing- there’s too much empty space. so now to read all the comments I have to scroll down many times. Can you put less space between messages, and between two lines of text as well. Also, is font bigger or it’s just me?
Loved the show, you rock:)!

Go Kevin!!! Many Blessing. Thanks for all the great tips. Take one thing from each lesson, but most important take action on what you learned.

Hey Y’all: I buy and give away copies of health books to my friends. Some of my friends have listed and learned and are now experiencing amazing health. Us Baby Boomers need health too! I attempted to buy multiple copies of your book, so I could give away a few copies, and I want to buy 1 copy of your video. Haven’t figured out how to accomplish this. I want 3 copies of hardback, and 1 copy of video. Can you help me get what I want? Thanks, Ron
