Right now I need to organize and evaluate what I am eating
and crank up the organic produce and fruits.
Where I live it is getting easier to find organic produce so that is a plus.

I really enjoyed this great interview. We might all know the general principles about leading a healthy life, but the real question it’s do we apply in our lives what we know?

What would I do to detoxify my body and life in general?
It’s important to detox in all major areas: I want to detox my life of stress and frustration more than anything else. I watch what products I buy and I’m responsibly making the right decisions to remove any chemical toxins, or exposure to dangerous elements found everywhere, but I have to really fight the negative effects of a bad and stressful relationship. Most of the time I can’t fix it if there is no desire on the other side….right?!

I eat organic foods and try to eat more raw living foods. I drink mostly water and green smoothies daily. I also use Natural Cellular Defense with pulls toxins out of the body. I have been dealing with multiple chemical sensitivity since the early 1990′s and I am now starting to have amazing results with the Natural Cellular Defense, for the first time in my life I know I am going to be 100% well! So excited. I get up everyday and choose to be positive and loving! I am grateful for each and every moment!

Is it possible to adjust the audio on your shows? Kevin, Your voice is always very clear and audible but often times your guests can barely be heard with the volume at max.

To detoxify? I need to move. Not exercise-move, I mean move to a cleaner environment. Smoggy city plus crazy traffic plus no sidewalks or bikepaths and little if any grass equals spiritual sadness…on top of the pollution.

Great video. I love Jonny’s definition of energy: a byproduct of the way you live.
That’s a great way to look at it. The questions about what might be suppressing or draining our energy, I found to be particularly useful.
To detoxify my life the first things I want to focus on are taking more exercise and cleaning out my cupboards! I made a start on both already :-)

Thanks for the interview but quite difficult to hear Johnny Bowden and and the tennis ball noise was annoying. Hard to concentrate too.

Perhaps a quieter place next time and more info. from him would be appreciated. You and Ann Marie are always so informative.

I loved this episode! It really inspired me and I love his energy.

I can hear it fine, but I am on my desktop. I always need headphones with my laptop.

Can you believe that I still drink coffee? The only good thing about that is that it is a no brainer to quit!

As hard as it sounds…. remove myself from draining situations/environments. What I did was move departments at work, and spend less time with critical people. Helped me tons!!!!!! :)

I agree with Martha, I could not figure out a word, too much noise, it is very frustrating. Go inside for interview so you won’t have the noise of the airplane in top of other noise. And I agree also with Muriel, I do a lot of meditation which bring the cosmic energy inside your body.

I’m putting my notice in tomorrow on my decent paying, sort of fun, yet emotionally toxic job! I had already set the date and this video spurred me to start writing the letter! Then I’m spending the summer cleaning out my living space and my body, playing in my garden and on my yoga mat. YIPPEEEEEEE

Going back to natural food, is so important, growing it, collecting it, eating your food in it’s natural state, is a great place to start. Cleaning up your life is another key, and basic need. Thanks for all the great love you, and Annmarie share with us!
