		<description>Some days running, weight lifting and stretching, other days yoga.  I make a point to do lot of walking out doors.  Using my legs is instead of the car is not only good for me but for my 3 year old son too.</description>

		<description>Every morning after doing neti pot, oil pulling, and tongue scrapping, I warm up with a few stretching exercises and then do the five Tibetan rites that I learned from Angela Stokes on the RevitaLive Plan. Later on I go for an hour walk while enjoying the sunset by the beach. And I&#039;m also doing some dumbbell sets for my arms every other day.</description>

She has this sweet enticing approach that creates such an effortless unconscious addiction to perfect healthy foods! Sincere thanks! 

For exercise on a regular weekly basis I roller skate a 2hour practice of drills &amp; endurance 2-3 times a week (for the Arizona Derby Dames, www.azderbydames.com). And I practice Bikram yoga at least one to two classes daily.  

Also, my partner and I have a love affair with bikes and ride them EVERYWHERE!  Someday we hope to move and ride them to all those wonderful california farmer&#039;s markets!  Until then, we enjoy all your shows!
