That was great, Kevin. Thanks. Have fun there!!
An exercise I have done in the past that I don’t like has been the traditional sit ups. And yeah, more than willing to give them up!!

great show!! the excercise i don’t like is going to gyms! i decided not to renew my membership this year. i have got into better shape this year than any other, just being more creative at home. i also joined a yoga studio that is in the same building as my work, that way there is no excuse not to go!! thanks for the ideas, it helps alot!!!

I exercise at Curves and the machine I don’t care for is the squat machine.
    I’ve named it Hell-ga.

Lunges. No I’m not ready to give myself permission to stop them because they work my upper thighs so well.

How awesome, the fruit you found growing. So cool!

Weights, specifically bench press. Yes, I’ve given myself permission to give it up and haven’t been on a bench in years. I do bodyweight circuits outdoors in almost any type of weather.

Push-ups! I so suck at these! I am the most whimpy girl when it comes to push-ups. I seem to make no progress whatsoever as time goes by, I still can’t do anymore than 3 sets of 8 on my knees on a good day. Can I give them up? No! Why? I’m starting to see huge results from staying faithful! I flex in the mirror and cannot get over the results in just a few months doing them 2-3 times a week. Thanks for the push-up tips a few months back. They were very helpful.

I live 15 minutes from Anaheim and went today for this Expo Show to meet you, guys, but it turned out to be only trade show, it’s not open to the public, so I couldn’t get in there (I belong to the “public”).
Is there any other way to meet you somewhere in Orange County?

I have a gym set in my basement where I do my weight lifting routine. Also use the weight bench for some. I really don’t care for lifting weights, but I can’t stop because I know it’s good for my osteoporosis which I AM going to recover from. Sometimes I only do the weights once a week where I use to do every other day. :(

You look so cute with the big grin on your face, while you were doing the crabwalks!
Wish I could be at the expo!

Great video – the crab walk was awesome!
The jumping one looked fun, but difficult!
I’ll have to try it -very inspiring! Thanks!!

I love Bikram yoga, especially this time of year! I love the challenge of practicing in the heat- it is very intense, and rewarding!!

I don’t really like going to a gym – it is so mechanical and unnatural. I’d much rather get fresh air and do something outside!

    Thanks again!

Kevin the people driving are probably thinking what is this nut doing out here.

At least you have the warm weather so you can be outside and enjoy a simple workout.

I am not a big fan of running. Prefer cardio by riding a bicycle here in the mountains of PA,

    Wheres Jonny 5?
Have not seen him in about a week.

I guess I would have to say that I don’t like competetive exercise. Let me be clear. I never liked gym in school because I didn’t care for basketball, vollyball, or any other exercise where I was expected to beat someone else. It just isn’t in me. But I do love belly dancing, jive dancing, and swimming.

    Kevin –

I SUCK at jumping rope – Just ain’t coordinated at it. I tried it in a workout class at my gym. Hillarious to see me tripping over my own 2 feet.

Hope to see you guys on St. Patrick’s day, but I may have to work.

I have a love-hate relationship with lunges. I hate doing them but love the way they feel so I do them anyways but have heart-pumping music going at the same time; I couldn’t give them up.

Gee I don’t know…probably sit ups. I never could really do that many and now with my weight and how out of shape I am, I can’t even do one! I’m really uncoordinated at jumping jacks as well.
