This show is pretty much a comedy of 4 people attempting to fill up an RV with vegetable oil for the first time…
No one knew what we were doing and it shows!
The cool thing, is that at least I know enough about the SVO (Straight Vegetable Oil) system to be able to explain how it works.
Take a look and have some fun with us…
Your question of the day: What help can you give us about just about anything in regards to travel and RVing… we’re over our heads!

Hey Kids,
It was great talking with you the other day. I will give you some advice in gathering oil in cold climates.
I sent with you a tank heater it runs off 110 volts. (normal outlet or off the generator) Just plug it in and wait for it to heat the oil. (If it is a plastic barrel don’t let it touch the sides or bottom, it gets hot). The warmer the oil the faster the flow.
It was fun watching you guy’s, don’t worry it gets easier. Have fun on the road.

Visualize that the RV is protected – not to worry about danger (because that only attracts it), but always travel energetically protected! Also, stop and rest as much as you need to, and just enjoy the trip!! Do what you need to do to stay in a flow that resonates with your highest potentials.

Hey nice haircut Kevin!! From experience, if you are at an RV park for the evening and you are hooked up so that you can use your toilet in the RV – make sure you use RV toilet paper!! Regular stuff will clog your system and become like cement. Not pretty having to hammer it out of there!! Sorry, a little graphic but we found it out the hard way. No pun intended. Also flush lots of water into it. Take lots of pics of your travels so we can see the beautiful landscape.

try to get oil that has recently been discarded..ie: phone ahead for the time they are emptying their frier?..that way the oil will still be a little warm and more manageable or, ask if they can keep the barrel inside till you arrive..x

I’m bummed, you’re going to be in San Antonio for 2 days. My 2 older kids live there with their dad. Wish I could be there. You need to come to Jacksonville/St. Augustine Florida.
Thanks for the videos. Travel safe!
Blessings to you both!

Do you have heaters on the fuel tanks?
If you do you should be able to run veggie fuel in most any temp.
What I use is a hand crank barrel pump much faster looking than what you guys are using.
You can make the fill hose any length you want with that also.
I emptied probably close to 80 gallons in about a 1/2 hour.
That would of been faster if I could of gotten the truck closer.
Instead I filled 5 gallon fuel cans and carried them over to the truck.
See you guys when you make it back to the East Coast.
Good Luck

I think you need to contact Joseph, sounds like he knows what he is doing. Also, couldn’t you make a filter, like cut a circle to fit the size of the drum inside, out of a window type screen wire, to push down into the drum prior to pumping the oil out, in order to keep the debri out of your fuel oil. Then hose it off, reuse?

You two are funny. When are you coming to beautiful Vancouver Island – it is warmer here. You can stay at our place. Email me at info@herbalcollective.ca
I love RVing. My tip for you. When you unhook, make sure everything is put back properly. I drove off from a campground last summer with the cover off the ‘poop shoot’ as my husband calls it. (It was empty).
Enjoy your travels.

Regarding staying at WalMart.
Some cities, towns have made it ilegal to stay at the WalMart parking lot ,so check with them to find out if it is ilegal or not.
Will save you being woke in the middle of the night and escorted out of town. Yes this happened to friends of mine. Good luck on your travels.
