Regarding the Zapper show. I'v used it for awhile, but didn't notice alot until I put it around my waist, stomach, and thighs. Where ever I put the copper things I would have a little biting sting and a little blister would come up within 20 minutes. This I didn't mind, but the little blisters did scar for about a year. So,,caution for swimsuit season. My expert friend told me it pushes out parasites, which i never saw, but also pushes out candida, which seems very likely. Would love to know if anyone else has had this response. Thanks

A pleasant drive headed east to the Columbia River Gorge to Bonneville Hotsprings (near Bonneville Dam), is where I like to go. WA State Route 14 winds around basaltic walls that tower over the Columbia River Gorge. The views from Cape Horn are breathtaking. If you go Monday thru Thursday, a mineral bath (without wrap)is $12. Its tranquil, aromatic, and private. The clawfoot, slant back tubs are so comfortable. Chamomile or other herbs can be added to the bath. Spa fee includes bath, terrycloth robe, slippers, lockers, mineral water, grapes and herbal tea. There is something special about the water and environment there. Its relaxing, and your skin will be so soft after a 30 min. soak. The inner courtyard sounds of gurgling and falling waters, where you can tan out doors. Its my place of solace.

Just my thoughts - - I love the intro music - it makes me sit up straight and tall - and dance in my chair every single time :-)...and it puts me in just the right frame of mind to hear and absorb what you have to say. Thanks for all you do - - Dede

Welcome back, and it looks beautiful there so will be going to check out Wendy's site soon.

To relax in warmer weather it is a short walk to the beach, or after school to the pond out back. I've always been relaxed around water, but otherwise out in nature is good too. At the moment I've been doing some major cleaning out of clutter, and while not escaping anywhere it is actually calming.

Love your opening music! Thanks for sharing this bit of wisdom. I don't currenly have a place to unwind. But, I can see how paying attention to having some downtime would enhance my life.
Thanks!
