I just couldn’t guess; since I could see the RV interior in previous episodes (at least one anyway) I had finally realized what was happening. However, while I was mostly sure you were going on tour, I was not sure and it’s nice to finally know. It’s amazing because I just started saving money to travel myself. Only I am single and plan on using an Outback or Forrester. Well, now my plans wont be as original, but it will be incredibly awesome whenever I do get on the road to be watching your show at the same time. Perhaps on the opposite side of the country. I love it when we actually make our technology USEFUL! To tell the truth, I thought that you were moving to a southwest ranch or something and that you were going to use it as a home base and use an RV to take the show on the road. But seems I was mistaken and you really went all out! Stay safe and secure guys. And when driving watch that following distance; I drove 18 wheels for Werner (the big blue trucks you’ll see) for over a year and people love to get in front of you and the only safe way is to let them. I could write a book series on driving; but needless to say it will help the more people adopt great health and nutrition and stop hurrying down the road all the time.

This is FANTASTIC!! I had no idea what you could be doing in Montana (we’re in Washington State – so hello from the great Northwest!)

I wanted to say incase you didn’t know – you CAN actually stay in Walmart parking lots! All they ask if that you go in and touch base with management to let them know. It’s RV courtesy not to roll out your awning and set up camp – like getting out your lawn chairs and grill (not that you’d be grilling though, eh?)

But, we’re avid 5th wheelers. Maybe we can meet up sometime when you’re back this way. You’re not going to find more beautiful scenery than right here in Washington State. We’ve lived here for 20 years and it still takes my breath away!

This is going to be so much fun – you guys, I tell ya!!! I’m so excited for you both! Enjoy your Coach! And now you’ll have to buy some cheesy patio string lights, like beer cans or jalapeno peppers or maybe pink flamingos!

I think you’re going to love this.
    What an adventure!

    Blessings!

Wow! It would be great to see you in Austin, TX!! March, April and May are bee-YOU-tiful here! Come to our monthly rawfood/health potluck, on the fourth Saturday of each month, at Dr. Ritamarie Loscalzo’s. Her website will have more info at freshnfunliving.com. LOTS of great food, great company, wonderful information sharing, etc. Happy trails!

WoW!!! This is great news! Super to see you in my home state and sooooooo glad you can share our very frigid weather.
It is exilerating to see your enthusiasm and zest for life! Can’t wait to see what you have in store for us and what we will all learn.
I would really like to hear stories of people or families that have gone raw and how they have done it. I would especially like to hear from mothers/fathers that have gone raw and how they introduce raw to their families – and then actually stay raw – effects on their health, well being, etc.

Congrats on the big step, take care and be safe……

Hey! I’ve never commented before, but I’ve loved watching your show almost since it started. I’m only 20, but to say that you guys had a huge impact on me getting healthy would be an under statement. I’m now more aware of my options and able to make better decisions about getting fit. I finally decided to comment because I am SO excited you two decided to take on something like this, it’s huge! It’s something I’d want to do, I love it. So for what it’s worth, thank you for all you two have given to everyone through this site and everything else you will be giving with this new adventure!
And now I’ll finally try to start commenting more :)

I would love for you to come to Northern California! I’m in the beautiful town of Redding, so when you come back this direction swing on by. There’s a healthy sized raw food community here, lots of hungry people. :)

HEAPS of blessings and a safe journey to you both,

Would love it if you look for the natural clean spring water source wherever you go and build a database for the US. We can’t drink the tapwater(even with the filtering etc). I can show you the spring on Long Island NY.

Gosh, and we all thought you were going to have a baby or something! LOL… Well, congratulations! Do drive safely. So are you going to move out of your home, and be gypsies now? What would I like you to cover this year? …I would have to agree with Michelle, since I’m a mother to 3 young children. I would also love for you to tour the raw food health institutes, and definitely keep those interviews coming with the well known raw health speakers/authors. Those interviews are incredibly inspirational for me, and really help me to stay raw. I’m sure I can speak for everyone when I say we love and deeply appreciate all the up-to-date information based on current research. Also, my 12 year old keeps telling me to ask you to come visit us here in Asheville, NC. Be safe, happy trails. Love, Laura Sutton

But be sure to pack enough raw snacks, being that the Yosemite/Central Valley area of CA isn’t very raw friendly. ~:(

P.S. Make sure to watch the movie “RV” before hitting the road in March. hahahh . . .

Bozeman…Wow!! You are brave souls taking on the Pass in January. Just take it easy… no quick turns. I wish you a safe trip back home.
You are more than welcome to come to Southeast Missouri anytime. I’m pretty new into the raw food scene but enjoying every green drink and most everything else I’ve prepared so far. I have a few friends that are very interested in RAW as well.

Good going!!! I’ll put in the second vote for the PNW and Washington state. I live in Skagit county, about an hour north of Seattle, and the county (I believe) where Cascadian Farms started. They’ve been around a long time, started as a spread east of Concrete, and more than a decade ago opened a headquarters in Sedro-Woolley. And four years ago when I was in AZ, they were in the health stores and grocery organic sections. Even though I don’t know their history, I have been aware that they are there! Come up to Washington and check it all out, definitely a s/b on the list. Again, Happy New Year!!!

Wow. That IS very exciting. I can’t wait to follow you guys around. When I was growing up, my father always told us we were going to buy one of those and travel around and live all over. We would look at them every summer waiting for my father to buy one, but he never did. I JUST told that story to my husband today and told him one day I would like to buy one. How funny is that? And now you two did. I waited for this big news for so long and then I talked about it right before I found out. haha Good luck guys and thanks for making life so fun and informative. :)

What fun!! My husband and I RV (when we can) and we love it. I think you guys will also. How about a trip to Austin, TX – which has to be the hippie Capital of the world. (I say that with much fondness) It’s for sure the Live Music Capital of the World (SXSW is in March). Lots o’ natural stuff going on in Central Texas you guys should definitely check it out sometime.

It sounds like a Happy New Year Kevin and AnnMarie!!!

What a cool new chapter in your life. I would love you to come to Palm Desert CA but we don’t have a huge raw food group that I know of. We do have a CLARKS, Trader Joes, and Henry’s which are large health food chains like Whole Foods but best of all is our very own Harvest Health store which includes a small restaurante called Lucious Lorraines that serves some Raw food dishes. Also you may be familiar with the health Springs that are located near the St Andreas Fault here on the desert. We have a wonderful place called the Living Desert that includes all the flora and fauna of this area as well as animals from other desert habitats in the world. The best time to come is of course during the months between November and March.

Your enthusiasm is infectious and I really appreciate all that you do. I am trying out your Xmas Chili recipe this week. Have a safe trip home.

Woohoo!!!! What a cool idea…you guys really keep it interesting!!! Love it!

Just had an unrelated question for you:
Given all the concerns of mercury and pcb’s in the ocean & therefore, eating seafood isn’t such a good idea….how about all the other things that raw foodies suggest to keep in your diet…ie. kelp, dulce, etc… Wouldn’t they also be another source of “bad” stuff we’d be putting in our bodies?

    Keep up the great work!!!

    Kevin and Annmarie,

Blessings of Joy, Great Health, Sharing, and Safe Travel as you embark on this Wonder-Filled Journey!! May your belief in your crusade and in yourselves carry you through.

You have chosen an awesome opportunity! Thank you both for your desire to share your journey with the rest of us.

Will your family cat be traveling with you?

Would appreciate if you could discover and share the locations of pure, natural drinking water sources across our nation. Sources that would enable us to fill our own GLASS containers. Perhaps viewers/listeners that have knowledge of these sites would share this information with you to then share with us.

    Hey You Guys!!
Great idea you have! Living your passion..living your dream! It takes real courage to live your dream! Just step out there on faith and go for it. I certainly hope you come my way to the Washington DC area where the 44th president now resides.!!! Maybe we could help him stop smoking! DC is a great area to come to with so many vegetarians and raw foodists here but we dont get those interesting seminars that seem to take place everywhere but here (with the exception of the green festival!). Drive that big house here and stay a while. We’d love to have you

If you go to Portland, please consider coming a bit farther north to Paradise, also known as Vancouver Island, B.C., Canada! This island has a big Raw Community, with 4 raw restaurants so far, and growing fast. And it is spectacularly beautiful and a must see on your travels.

How about a “Name This Motorcoach” contest!

Rawvoyager, Travelive, Rawheels, Rawbus, RenegadeOnWheels, Greasebus, Slick, KevAnnLive, Rawship Enterprise……you see where I’m going with this.

WOW!!! What an adventure you are embarking on!

    1) Since there are a lot of raw food meetups, maybe arrange to visit them in your schedule. We have one in Baltimore and would be thrilled to have you visit us!
    2) Visit all the raw food restaurants in the US!
    3) Interviews of how raw foods have healed people from obesity, diabetes, and illness–then interview their doctor to see what their reaction is about their healthy patient!
    4) Lessons/techniques on growing wheatgrass and sprouts.

That’s all I can think of for now.
    Have a safe trip home!

Come to Hampton Roads and show me how to get on a raw food diet for under a dollar a day. Our organic food seems to be expensive as all out and there’s no room in my apartment to grow anything (not like the cigarette smoke from the apartment below me and the mold under the drywall wouldn’t kill the plants to begin with). You guys are really resourceful. I know you can help me come up with something before the toxins in this apartment kill me.

Great hat Kevin! We love RV’s here in Florida. Hope you get to come here. We have many farms. My granddaughter and I have been following you and hope to start a healthier diet soon. I just ordered the Vita-Mix after seeing it on your website and seeing you use yours. We’re still in the researching stage though and you are always teaching us new things. We are really from Long Island and you would like it there too! Be careful driving! CINDY R. and Diamond.

Yay – the secret is out! What an adventure you will have, as roving investigative reporters for the RHS – fun!! Wow, that is such a fantastic opportunity and a huge treat for us – I’m so happy you all are able to do that. Are you going to have your logo painted on the side? :)

SWEET – a veggie oil powered RV, just like David Rainoshek’s truck! Well, at least McDonald’s is good for something. ;)

I actually have a friend who camps quite a bit with his wife and five kids; they always stay the first night in a Wal Mart parking lot on their way to wherever they’re going. It’s become kind of a joke, but actually it’s not a bad place to stay – it’s safe and it’s free. :)

You have to come to Tulsa, OK! I have a big kitchen and a spare bedroom/bath – I would love to meet you two! :D We really need you here; this is beef country, need I say more? Actually…we do have a Whole Foods, two other health food stores, a food co-op, a really good farmer’s market in the spring/summer and some really great local farms. Maybe you could visit some of the farms while you’re here (wink wink nudge nudge)…? :D

    Have fun!!

You need to come to Vancouver Island! Take the ferry to Victoria from Vancouver and keep an eye out for whales and dolphins and then head up north after visiting the city which is the second best city in Canada (after Montreal which is about 4000 miles the other way!). Plan for at least a few days, even a week, on the island. I’ve got photos on Facebook if you want to see a bit of the nature end of things. HUGE trees and mossy stuff, waterfalls, etc. Lots of raw foodies in Victoria and Courtenay. Depending on when you’re coming we’ll figure out some cool activities. Come soon, cause I’m moving and I don’t want to miss you guys!

For the people who posted about springs, please post your spring here! http://www.findaspring.com/

    Hi Kevin and AnnMarie!

I am so excited for you two! My husband and I have been talking about doing what you two are doing! We would LOVE to RV full time just to see if we would ever get tired of it. We are avid outdoors people and just love our RV time. We live in California and would love to have you as our guests at a local Thousand Trails campground that we belong to. We are in a position to retire soon and would like you to scout out a nice vegan friendly area where the cost of living is low and the consciousness is high! Hope you have purchased a GPS. (We like Garmin) It sure helps us to navigate.

    Many blessings to you,

    Warmly,

You guys are the bomb! I LOVE this! What a great idea!!! Are you planning on painting the outside of the bus? Maybe your cute logo and something like “ROLLING RAW WITH THE RENEGADE HEALTH SHOW”!!! or…RENEGADE HEALTH SHOW ROLLING RAW ACROSS AMERICA!!

You HAVE to make it down to Austin, Texas. It’s much warmer here (not so much right now, though) and we have a great raw fooder community. Of course, this is the headquarters for Whole Foods. It takes up a city block and has a raw food bar! We have some great farmer’s markets. We have an AWESOME new raw food cafe called Daily Juice Cafe AND we have a couple of well attended raw food pot lucks.

Hope to meet you here someday and TOTALLY look forward to cruising the country with you!

Great SHOW!!!! This is just going to be the best! I am so excited for you both and before you know it, you’ll be the King and Queen of the ROAD!!!!
    I have lots of stuff…

I would love to see the place where Dr. Ann Wigmore started in Michigan I believe they still have retreats there. It would be cool to take a tour inside a raw food healing center. The Hippocrates Healing Center would be cool to. ENOTA would be cool also.

Tropical permaculture in the Keys of Florida. You could stop by and see the Dolphins at Dolphins Plus….that’s a cool place in the keys they have a program that works with children that have disabilities. OK that does not have to do with this but if you’re in the area, it’s a great place to visit. At The healing centers, it would be cool to see what type of things they teach people and how the days break down.

The Raw models farm would be cool to see. Here in Phoenix, Arizona we have an URBAN FARMER and he teaches and gives tours at his house and that is pretty cool. In our down town area there is a Farmers market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The Permaculture Association teaches classes at the local farmers market on Saturday’s downtown and that is cool.

One of the Farmers that sells at the Farmers market also sells organics produce and goods locally to high scale posh places to eat. She is just wonderful in that her Farm also has a eatery on it for lunches and casual dinner to fine dining. NICE! She would be cool to meet and talk to. I am going to start volunteering at the Farm to learn more about it.

It would be cool to talk about any volunteer programs for any of these places you visit. That may help to serve as a catalyst to help people learn as they help out and help change the world for the better in the process.

There is a tremendous amount of renewal in our downtown area with permaculture and local produce being the center to spring board new growth and families.

We have a school here in AZ called Waldorf that teaches permaculture for K through 8th grade with other studies. I think there are plans for a high school but I am just starting to learn about that.

It would be cool to find out about what communities are doing to have permaculture at the schools and high schools that could help supply a culinary program and preschool environment also. This would be more of a Montessori approach.

I would love for you to visit some herbalist and people who have raw food establishments and such while your out. We have a tea house that is operated by an herbalist. Like you could visit Brigette Mars and learn what things are being done in her community.

Hot Springs…..yep there are so many all over the place. You could catalog the hot spring and come up with a tour book for them and you could do that with your whole trip. These shows are going to be great fun. I wish you both the very best. WOO HOO.

I went to a talk on URBAN FARMING TONIGHT it was standing room only when I arrived. It’s a great feeling that people are starting to get it.

Oh and I would love to see you guys go mushroom hunting with David Wolfe at his place along the Canadian Border. That would be fun.

Nice! Down to Earth! Great idea. That will give lots of content for your shows. And seriously, come visit and get a reflexology session in my anti gravity chair. We live in a cottonwood oasis in the desert near Joshua Tree National Park. You can camp out here(85 private acres) and enjoy the desert canyon beauty. In the summer go for a swim…

First off, thank you for all your hard work and all the information you have given us over the last year. I enjoy watching your show every day.

I have been raw for about 4 months and all of a sudden i have started craving sweets. How do i curb this? I would like to learn how other people have healed their illnesses. I would love to get more every day recipies. Have another sprouting show, show different types of sprouts at different stages, before sprouted, soaked and then actually sprouted. How to get rice to sprout? Benefits of medicinal plants and how to use them.

Good luck with your adventure this year, safe driving and have lots of fun.

The whole raw scene is so happening down here now, it’s amazing.
I live south of Adelaide city in a beautiful coastlined community, rich with edenic foods from the organic Gods.
In fact Victoria and Valya Boutenko are about to visit us in Feburary.
So put some floaties on that bus and come on over………..please!!!
Thankyou for your warmth, authenticity and generosity, you are both so refreshingly real!
    Blessings on your ‘remarkable’ journey.

    kevin,
i am very excited and happy for you….and for us! among all the great things i know you will give us, i am very much looking forward to your showand tell of
what/how you eat on the road.
now, i love alll your shows.
but, often i just want to know – what do you eat?
    - not what do you eat when you have it all planned, with a great raw recipe, and you found allll the organic ingredients to make it, and you have the time, and you have the kitchen and equipment and etc to do it.
but – what do you eat when you don’t have those things, and you are still new enough to raw, and new enough to handling the commitment to change, for this to be THE MOMENT when you mess up, and might eat some kinda cooked-vegan(-at-best) or worse thing……
for example, when travelling. (….for example, maybe you’ve been really great at scrounging up raw for several days, but it is getting old, and you aren’t good at fasting while travelling, and you’re also navigating cooked social life and business life environments – you know -THAT.)
my husband and i travel alot for our work, and we travel often to organicrawfoodwastelands, often overseas, so we can’t bring the vitamix.
and, tho we have been hiraw for 6 months now, for whatever reason, i STILL OFTEN think ‘what are we gonna eat?’…sometimes this is because i also think ‘i sure am tired of this wonderful salad i know how to make.’ (and, alas, i’m one of those people who does not have food/kitchen instincts or talents.)
    SO THANKYOU SOOOO MUCH!
WE WISH YOU AND ANNEMARIE ALL THE SUCCESS AND PROSPERITY IN THE WORLD!
with gratitude and love and light,
    sarah

    COME TO SAVANNAH GEORGIA!
    it is a raw wasteland!
very charming small city, nice beach, totally southern.
this is a neptunian place, so, everything new and forward here is underground – but many of us are doin’ it – you just won’t see it unless you tap into the counter culture. so we can be your points of contact for that.
now, we know absolutely NOONE else in this town who is rawvegan, tho there may be someone else besides us. but we have a good healthfoodstore and a wonderful organic farm.
it would be quite a trip. i think you could really help people here. maybe you could do a talk at our healthfoodstore, on your way to jacksonville or other coastal southern places? one of my best girlfriends schedules and promotes the talks/workshops there.
may this be the best year of your lives so far!
    love, sarah

Well My Dears you simply MUST come visit me in my new home in San Diego county. In March my avocado trees will be giving forth their plentiful yield so there will be plenty of good food to eat, but the orange tree is full now, they’ll be gone by then and someone stole all the apples off my apple tree (really!) oh, but the tiny sweet little tangerines will be ready in March through June as well. This will be the BEFORE -
before I fix the house up (way before) and before I get the yard under control and planted with fig and sapote and all manner of what ever grows in warm sunny San Diego county.
I leave for my new home in just over a week, driving along the I-10 most of the way (switching over to the 8 just after Tucson) and I am hoping to meet lots of folks as Rocky the Dog and I turn this trip into an educational tour, stopping where I can along the I-10 to meet up with raw food groups-
sharing with folks from East Coast to West Coast.
I am building a mental list of cool places for you to visit most of which you probably already know about but I may have a few that you don’t…
And, congratulations to both of you, Kevin and Ann Marie on being the #1 Best Raw Food Company, creating the Best #1 Raw Food Media: The Rawkathon, Winning a Place in Best Raw Food Educator, Winning a place in best Raw Food Website-Your Creativity, Energy and Enthusiasm are Awesome and inspiring. Yes, Annemarie, you can drive it!! Good luck to you guys. Welcome to the RV world. Make sure you learn in an unpopulated place first!! We’ve been RV’ers for about 25 years and you can do it .I take my turn driving, but I practiced first in a huge empty parking lot.

We just got back from a month trip to see kids and grandkids and we stayed very high raw. It’s much easier when you have you own kitchen. I even sprout on the road. But then I even sprout when we’re car traveling! I love sprouts.

Come to NM. It a lovely state, lots to see. Not sure about the raw community, though. Right now I’m the only high raw person I know here. But there may be others. I’m just not much of a joiner.

Good luck on your new venture. Ginny

Congratulations on pulling it together!! Should be an awesome time. I traveled much of the middle states two years ago with a travel trailer which is something I had never done and it all came out fine so just know, YOU CAN DO IT! I live in Tucson, AZ and would love you to come here. We need more awareness about Raw so we can get a raw restaurant going here! Got some good CSA stuff happening, good Farmer’s market’s, Local Farm store and such a couple vegetarian and vegan-friendly restaurants but nothing really happening along the raw front. Arizona is an awesome state! Raw, natural beauty. Gabriel Cousen’s place is only about an hour south of Tucson in Patagonia so that woudl be a fun side trip for you. There’s the obvious (Grand Canyon) but so many other beautiful and cool things, old mining towns, great trails for hiking, desert, mountains, etc. Great ecocommunity up out of Phoenix, Arcosanti, which I think you would enjoy seeing…has rooms and potential for a retreat-like scene. Please, put Tucson on your list! You could even park your rig in front of the house and there are tons of places to stay ith an RV. Oh, there’s always the taste of the Old West over in Tombstone! Lots of Native American Culture and places to visit…the list goes on. Happy Trails and a safe, enjoyable trip home!

    you sure are a surprise:)
nice going and a leap of faith you will
not regret…. your first step was stepping on the gas and leaving the wal mart parking lot..nice work!!! if you were not scared and nervous you would not be human. but together you will achieve great things. we have a big health food store here and a small one know will host your talking there. we also have a neat vegan cafe with wonderful food.
ok you say………..so where is this divine place??
well itis Pensacola, FL… the best beaches in the world and tons of vegan raw people. organic farming is catching on here and we could use your influence
to create more organic food interests. many folks are talking about back yard gardens like in the great depression ( VICTORY GARDENS)… you are the pioneers of this new “Movement” of raw /vegan with your road trips……………hey. we have tons of fast food place that might be willing to share thier old oil for you rig:)
so come on down and enjoy the southern hospitality and remember we are right on rt 10 and close to Mobile, AL and not to far from Montgomery, Birmingham, and even music city (Nashville TN)
looking forward to meeting you and setting up any events you would like.

WOW how exciting for you two and for us as well!!! I am looking forward to see how you eat on the road, to the people you meet up with, and to the sites of the USA you will share with us!
I live in Lancaster, PA, Amish country! I would love to find out about where to find a farmers market with organic produce. I live 20 min away from a pretty big farmers market, but there is no organic stand, and some of the produce is shipped to the farmers, is isn’t all local. I’d also love to find others in my area who are into raw food and excellent health, who love your show as much as I do.
You will do just fine driving that beast around. Seeing you admit to being so nervous was really kind of cool for me, because it shows we have to go outside your comfort zone often to make the positive changes in our lives. Way to go!!!! Lynn

What fun! That’s exactly the kind of thing I would love to do, but 2 kids and pets kind of ties one down.
We also have a 24 foot RV so RVing is huge and a great way to explore.

Sure wish you would come to Ontario, Canada, will be on the lookout for your RV, haha. I am personally very interested in the promoting of certified organics. Hi, fun to see your vid! I live north of Calgary, Canada – even us natives can’t stand the weather here, don’t come here! LOL.I’m old-55- so pls don’t forget us “older listeners” who are still “on the fringes, not “converted” yet…my only raw food experiences so far are with a friend’s daughter who now runs an organic food co-op and altho’ she and her family are thin and undoubtedly fit, she seems very tense and grouchy -what’s that about? (and her kid’s tummies hurt a lot).Another friend my age went completely raw for 6 mo’s, loved it, lost tons of weight, then fell off the wagon in a big way! So-I’d like to see vid’ on how to be happy while eating healthier -for us un-or slow-converts -
nothing really extreme.. but that’s just me…

    Hello!

This is my first time to comment and this is too wonderful not to say something! Good Luck on your adventure, it sounds like a blast. I am pretty new to eating more Raw foods. It has been a lifestyle change for me to eat Vegetarian and now I am at the beginning of a Raw food journey. I am the Mother of 4 children so I am in the process of changing me first and slowing introducing my children to better foods. My husband is on board with all Organic, no preservatives, non-GMO and definitely likes the idea of more raw foods and healthier living…. but Vegan he is not. We are in St Petersburg, FL and would love to meet you like everyone else!! I have already lost about 30 pounds in the last year! If you want – come visit this year and then again in another 6 months to a year to see how my family has changed!! There is a raw food meetup group and a raw food chef in the Clearwater, Fl area not far from us. Look forward to seeing you in Florida somewhere!!

    Happy travels,

    Tina Clark

    Anne Marie & Kevin -

When you get to Austin, Texas.
Our Mayor wants to make Austin the “fittest City, by 2010″.
    http://www.ci.austin.tx.us/fitness/
He’s been enouraging exercise,, but there is little mention on his web site of how diet let alone raw, organic diets) would help his plan.
We NEED you here to help spread the word and encourage him in his efforts.

You should come to the beautiful Berkshires in Western Ma. Go hiking, do yoga at the largest yoga center in the country, go to Tanglewood and see some great music from the Boston Symphony Orchestra. There’s dance theatre, and more. What we don’t have is a raw restaurant, unfortunately.
Raw food is the best way to go, but it’s also, I feel, a very spiritual way to eat. Maybe you can look at that aspect a bit more?
    Thanks for all you do.

Very exciting news indeed. If you feel the need for more snow come to Montreal. There is a good raw scene happening here now thanks to the Crudessence crew and others. The endless fast food restos serving “poutine” should keep your vehicle humming for thousands of kilometres.

Way Cool… you guys are an inspiration to me! And- speaking of an inspiration – Kevin, I have the same reaction to Chocolate as you do. Now I am struggling with coffee (I’m aware it’s not raw, but it’s my last standing vice) to a lesser degree. It’s nice to see you two so high on life when I’m realizing I’m going to have to sleep a bit of the week away to try to get into the happy state I KNOW you guys are living in right now. As I said, you’re an inspiration! I love you show! P.S. Hope you make it to Massachusetts! (Waltham Potluck or Boxbough Potluck)

    Hi Kevin and Annmarie,

Hope your first day in the RV was great!! If you are nervous about driving it, there are ways around everything.. You could always hire a driver. It would free up your time to do other things anyway.

My suggestion for a name for your new home is The Renegade Health Coach.. pun intended. I think you should write your website down both sides so people will wonder about it when you are travelling and go home and look it up on their computers. :)

If you are ever around the Toronto area in Ontario, I would love for you to come a little further this way to Guelph. I will take you to our raw food restaurant and some of the organic farms in the area.. I may even be able to get you in to see the workings of a local organic delivery service.. and check out the University’s organic farming program. We also have a local co-op. You may want to come in the summertime when everything is blooming..

Best of wishes to you both!!

We live in an RV too. Please learn about toilet chemicals and dissolving TP or it will be really bad! We put a whole 4 pack of Charmin down ours before we learned but with tons of dissolving chemicals we cleaned it out. They make a formaldehyde free kind. They sell everything you need at Walmart. Please come to SoCal when you can. We’d love to come to a raw food event. Good luck!

We have some great organic farms out in the Redlands (southern part of Miami). One you need to check out is Glaser Organic Farms. They have a great farmers market on Saturdays in the Grove. They have a lot of raw products you can purchase on line also. Safe driving.

If you think it’s cool to film while driving, risking lives for your web site, it’s not. I do not speak to people who are on their cell driving, I click off your videos when you drive and film. A driver looking into the camera is so far out of integrity…………..

    Hey Kev.

Just one quick thought before I offer our invitation. Maybe you could consider some different music for the opening and closing of the Renegade health show. If your attached to it or there is some special meaning behind why you use the jingle you have then do your thing. However if you are open to change, which you seem to be, then maybe something that goes more deep, base and drums with a nice rhythm or something that settles the listener into whats coming. You could even change it regularly to introduce cool tracks to your audience and expose them to music which elevates them, the same as you do with food.
Now the invitation. If you come into the Bay Area I invite you to look us up. There are a number of vegetarian, vegan and raw food restaurants and stores that are worth checking out. Between, Marin, SF and the East Bay you would find many things of interest to expose your audience to.
You should also check out Northern Cali, with the Redwood forests and rivers running through and the Sierras if you have the time or desire.
For now stay cool, take care of each other, elevate consciousness and most importantly Spread Love and Joy wherever you go.

Kevin and Annmarie, you are both very courageous. How exciting! I have been watching you for several months and feel like I know you. Like you are good friends I have learned so much from as well as being inspired. It is wonderful watching young folks be so enthusiastic and commited to the cause of good health. I have been interested in alternative health issues for over 30 years in a society that sometimes just doesn’t get the idea that what you think and eat makes a difference in how you feel. Seems so simple, but it’s not. Thank you for your hard work and caring. Please let me know if you make it to Kansas City, Missouri I will invite you to dinner. Blessings, Roberta

Oh Kevin and Ann Marie – This is absolutely fabulous. Oh, I hope that along the way you can come to Lansdale, PA and visit with us at Arnold’s Way. Arnold’s Way is a Raw Vegan Cafe, and he invites Raw Vegan professional proponents from all over the United States to speak. Matt has come to speak. Paulson has come to speak. Dr. Gabriel Cousins came to the area. I think you are both absolutely the most sweetest and awesomest couple ever. Love you guys.

Over the course of the year, I’m looking for more of that tough love and inspiration to stay the course in eating healthy and providing a window into different types of exercise venues like yoga, pilates, trance dance, walking (since you love to hike – as you travel, show us where good hiking haunts are). I enjoy hearing about your experiences. Don’t think it is trivial. When you get inspired, you in turn inspire all of us. I am absolutely thrilled you are taking your gig on the road to visit with us.

When you come out to visit all the fabulous people out west be sure and visit us on the Palouse region of northern Idaho/eastern Washington. Just a hop, skip and a jump where you picked up the RV in Montana.

I live in Moscow, and we have a great Saturday farmer’s market with lots of locally grown, organic food and a wonderful food coop – http://moscowfood.coop/. The University of Idaho, located in Moscow, has a wonderful summer program called Life on Wheels for all you RVer’s. http://www.rvlifeonwheels.com/pages/about.htm

Seven miles away in Pullman, Washington, Washington State University has an organic farm (first degree in organic farming in the US) and a fantastic composting facility!

About 3 miles south of me in Riggins, Idaho, is some of the best whitewater rafting in the US on the Salmon River – the River of No Return. The Salmon River is one of my favorite places, and Riggins (population 300 rednecks) has to be seen to be fully explained – http://www.rigginsidaho.com/
I will say they do have a farmer’s market there now too….but not much veggies in the store.

Right next door to Riggins is Hell’s Canyon – the deepest gorge in North America. I can assure you will see fantastic scenery – amazing rivers, mountains & gorges – with not too many people if you come to Idaho.

I’d love to host you here.

I am so excited that you guys are on the road, and if you make it to Texas, I want to invite you to come and check out the raw food co-op that I run in Houston. So, you made the announcement about 24 hours ago and I think you have more postings than I’ve ever seen before. If you didn’t notice already, it looks like Austin, Texas is the winner for the most invites, so far! So….. I would like to give a shout out to my Austin &/or San Antonio (Even Houston and Dallas/FW) neighbors to send me an email, so we can start a “Get the Renegade Health Show to Austin” campaign. ladeha621@yahoo.com I’ll volunteer to keep a list going and of course, we can add to it from David, Ritamarie and the other wonderful potlucks we have every month.

We can do some brainstorming on being the best host city of all !! Steve mentioned on an earlier post that our mayor has set a goal for Austin to be the fittest city by 2010. PLEASE, Help us help our Mayor, Kevin and Annmarie!! Come help us spread the word of raw food to the Texas capital and we’ll show you a great time!

Wow! This is an amazing idea, Kevin and AnnMarie! What an adventure!

I look forward to your showing us other raw fooders throughout the country. It would be fun to see you interview raw gurus throughout the USA, with many different specialties of health and wisdom.

Of course, I must put in a plug for my own state of UTAH. We have a raw foods potluck in Salt Lake City on the 4th Tuesday of each month. Check out details at healthyfoodsconnection.blogspot.com

Salt Lake City has a wonderful raw foods restaurant, Omar’s Raw Living Cuisine on Highland Drive (right across the street from Wild Oats). Omar would make a great interviewee. He is originally from Lebanon and his parents run a Lebanese restaurant in town. He serves only raw, organic foods. My husband, not a raw-foodist like me, thinks Omar’s Raw Pizza better than any other kind of pizza! My daughter loves his Goji-Ginger Juice. Omar’s is where I go to celebrate special days!

Another fun place in Salt Lake City is Sage’s Cafe on 5th E.and 3rd S., where the last Friday of each month features an entire raw organic meal with appetizer, drink, entree, salad, and dessert. They always have two or three raw items on the menu.

I look forward to seeing you two on the road! Thank you for your videos and great ideas.

I live in Temecula and it is inbetween Los Angeles and San Diego, California. I would so love it if Ya’ll came here. We are on 9.5 acres in the hills above Temecula and you would be more then welcome here. Raw Foodism is starting to take off here and I’ve been transitioning since, March. I kinda fell of the Raw Cart a lil bit (actually kinda like my foot was still in the stirrup and was dragging – hehehe) after my 1st horse died in late November.
Anyhow, I want to know more about what you guys think about different diets. I deal with Candida and when I do Rainbow Green Live-Food Cuisine, I feel dehydrated and when I do 80/10/10 I feel headachy from too much sgar, maybe? So, I want to learn more about what diet is best or if there is a best.

Thank You so much and I hope to see in Sunny Cal!

    Hi Kevin and AnnMarie,
Congratulations on your adventure! In 2007 I did a 13 week raw tour of British Columbia in an RV. I was doing raw food demos and teaching raw food classes. It was a wonderful experience! I met people who had been raw fooders on their own and were so glad to meet others in their community who were interested in raw foods. My RV wasn’t as big as your’s, but driving it was also a scary feeling at first, especially driving down mountains. After a while you get used to it and you easily remember all of the connections to make when you park somewhere. At first I made a little checklist of all the things to do. You’re fortunate that you have each other for support and companionship on your fantastic journey.

Be sure to put Courtenay, BC which is on Vancouver Island, on your list of places to visit. Vancouver Island now has 5 raw cafes and 2 of them are in Courtenay! Have fun!

I lived in Mendocino, CA for 7 years and moved back here. Its kind of like visiting the moon after all my experiences. I’ll repeat it…I was laffing because your RV eats used oil..and from Micky D’s no less..isn’t it ironic that we feed that to our vehicles and they run so well..yet if we put it in our bodies it makes us sick! Oh the irony of it all!
    Enjoy your trip guys.

Very Exciting. I’m anxious to follow your adventures and live vicariously through them. When you come to Pennsylvania there are undoubtedly many good places you could visit, starting with Rodale Farms. They are in the eastern part of the state. I live in the southern-central part. There is a fine natural foods store nearby named Sonnewald (they call it Sunny Wald). They often have “talks” by “visiting dignitaries” like you two, and they have a big parking lot for your RV. They hosted Jordan Rubin last year at a local college. One of their employees started a raw foods restaurant in another nearby small town, and I went there one time last year to hear Matt Monarch speak. Matt probably has friends in PA he could introduce you to. Of course you are always welcome at my place and might even get away with parking your RV on my street for a day or two. I don’t always eat raw but would be happy to fix something for you – maybe from one of your recipes. Wishing you “smooth sailing”. Emily

WOW, I had a huge smile on my face the whole time I was watching that. You guys are going to have an amazing adventure. My wife and I picked up our lives and moved to Hawaii for 4 months last year, it was the best adventure we have ever had. Louisville KY would be a great stop for the Veggie RV! It is an up and coming healthy community. There are 2 raw food potlucks a month (that I know about), and one is sponsored by a national organization, EarthSave. I can definitely help Kevin get a speaking gig, which would be great for the community! I just held a showing of the Simply Raw movie, and it went really well. You absolutely have a place to stay here as long as you want (only charge will be to shoot one cooking in the kithcen video while you are here). I just got an Excalibur dehydrator for Christmas and I make some mean Kale chips! No matter what happens, have a blast, and enjoy every new experience you have.

    That is so AWESOME!!!!

I would love to be doing what you guys are doing. I love road trips, you get to experience how different people live in different areas.

You will have to leave the RV behind for a while and fly over to Australia and visit us all down here. We would love to have you.

Keep up the awesome work guys. :-)

Wow, this is going to be a great experience for you two. I think you could visit all the city’s co-ops and also join in there raw food meet up groups. Here in Pittsburgh we have a raw/vegan cafe that hosts a raw food meet up group every so often.
There are many great natural woods, lakes, streams, waterfalls to visit and have a health show filmed at. We all sit here hoping you guys are having the best time ever and are very excited about where you are going next. I have a new found interest in watching you guys explore the natural health of the US and surounding areas. Have a great trip.

    Kevin and Annemarie,

I am so excited for you on your wonderful journey. Traveling around the U.S. has been one of the highlights of the last year for me. It feels so liberating to just up and leave sometimes, and put your trust and faith in God.

I hope you book a spot in your tour to visit me and my friends in my new place in Asheville, NC. Much love!

Wow! How exciting for you two! Really Awesome-Good Luck! Come visit me in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. I have a 5 bedroom house so you could park the RV in the driveway! We have Hippocrates Health Institute with Dr Brian Clemente in West Palm, a really cool organic market that is open only on Sundays right on Hollywood Beach. It also has a juice/smoothie bar. In Coconut Grove in Miami (Saturdays) is Glaser Farms. Of course the beach is always beautiful here. Have a safe trip! Myra

I am in a frenzy over fathers day coming up. My dad is soo cool let me tell you. No really I haven’t the slighest clue what to get him for fathers day. Most years I don’t really get my dad anything for fathers day. He didn’t provide anything for me, I mean I paid for my college myself, bought my first car myself, oops this isn’t my appointment with my shrink. I know im slap happy people just tell me what hobbies your fathers have for this coming holiday please please. Actually I just need your opinions on what to get dad for fathers day.
