Dr. Hildegarde Staninger (M.D.) in the Los Angeles area is using the Rife light frequencies to detox candida fungus (along with Lyme disease and more).

I can share more info. if you want it.

I believe Gabriel Cousens is having good results as well–which seems much in line with the regime you are following–though yours may be more Spartan even than his!

i am so glad that u r doing this. should have been done yesturday. i have known that this is a major problem for majority of people & no one knows what really helps get rid of candida. it always seems to be trial & error & takes practically forever to get it under control. hope u can figure out what truly works for most people. it will be a godsend for so many, even those who don’t know that is what their problem is.

Before I get into costume ? I just wanted to say I was very happy to see you taking the candida issue from a true science standpoint and wanting back up evidence. Very good way to go, I wish more people would take that route to find out what really does and doesn’t work (lol, must be the science teacher/geek in me) and what the issue is.

Costume for today wasn’t much since we can’t dress up at work, jeans and a nice rusty orange colored sweater. Tonight I took off for myself, Halloween I see more as a spiritual thing than the hyped up media makes it(must be the ingrained pagan in me). Tomorrow night I have a party and it’s a toss up between a pirate or a valkyrie (depending on if friends costume fits for this year). If you EVER see me in a store bought outfit you know I was desperate because outside accessories I always have homemade!

Hi, Kevin! I love your show and appreciate all you do! Thanks!
Forgive me if I have failed to see that this has already been addressed, but I was wondering if you (or anyone else) had any thoughts on the role of Island Fire in cases of candida. I believe you mentioned a while back that you were fond of the product. Have you used it during all or part of your experience with candida? If so, has it seemed to help or make matters worse? Since it contains ingredients like apple cider vinegar, which some say has benefits for candida, but also cayenne, which some would consider an irritant, I am curious to know what your experience has been.
    Thanks for your time,
    Amy

    Kevin,
There will never be ONE way or ONE method to treat something like Candida, that will give equal results in everyone…. think about it… that’s like searching for the ONE diet to “fit all”. The underlying factors that lead to a pathogenic overgrowth of the natural yeast “Candida Albicans” is multifactoral, and can be due to a number of things. These factors can range from changes in stomach pH (i.e a gut that is too alkaline!), antibiotic use (which most people are familar with), long-term use of contraceptive Pill and other synthetic hormones, NSAIDs, antacid meds and PPIs, etc etc., a high sugar diet, stress (in it’s many forms), smoking, alcohol…. I could go on. SO the “causes” are always unique, and must be corrected IF there is long-term success. Eating a raw diet is obviously a great way to go in treating this common problem, but there are so many other factors to address, as well as the degree of patient compliance, you are bound to get so many different opinions and methods from pretty much everyone – practitioner or not! If there is any “one” approach used with many health practitioners that generally gets to the root of the problem and treats is successfully, is the 4R approach – REMOVE (i.e. remove the cause as well as the yeast, i.e. antifungal and antimicrobial herbs), REPLACE (i.e. replace any necessary hydrochloric acid or enzymes etc.), REINOCULATE (i.e. put BACK good bacteria with probiotics and/or prebiotics), and finally REPAIR (i.e. repair the “leaky” gut lining), where glutamine, or Aloe, or Deglycyrrhizinized liquorice root can be excellent and effective. Incidentally, not all probiotics are the same – each strain has different actions, so one person may try one and it literally has no effect whatsoever. A NON-pathogenic yeast is effective against the candida yeast and is now being used for yeast infections – its called Saccharomyces boulardii. Well, that is my 2 pennies worth!

Peroxide Food grain, 12 %, or higher if available, distilled water, first thing in the morning, 20 drops per gallon, drink slowly, until noon. You will feel incredibly dizzy from this, I must warn anyone who does this. Start with very few drops in the beginning. It seems scary in the beginning when my colonics suggested I do this, but I always had faith in him, he has helped cured many people from awful diseases and cancers. At noon, wheat grass, green leafy juice, no kale, swiss chard or starchy greens. Dandelion, and any bitter bitter leaves. Next day repeat, do this the whole week. Then go see your colonics, NOT a hydrocolonics. Get your colon cleaned out, ask your colonics to put a drop of peroxide, or wheat grass. Then go to infra red sauna if you can afford it, or go to a russian banya, which there are quite a few in NY, inexpensive, and hang out there for a bit, relax with the russians drinking tall beers all day ( you don´t touch beer obviously!).Then have a green juice or wheat grass. Stay clear from fruits, and starchy stuff for at 2 weeks. Continue with the peroxide every morning, lesson the amount, and if you can afford try to get one more colonics. The candida should be gone. I can´t afford to go the doctors, and I get my colonics incredibly cheap, the practioner I go to, is local and cheap, and it´s by word of mouth, of course and he is amazing at what he does. He gave this advice to me when I went to the doctors for allegies, and they discovered I had candida. I never got a second check up because I simply couldn´t afford the tests. I felt too amazing to get tested. I should of, just to answer your question. But Candida will come back if you slack off with your diet, like I do. I go on and off this raw food diet all the time. I am vegan now, and almost completely raw, but i love my fruits and nuts, but these are culprits of candida according to my colonics. -

I am a Holistic Health Care Practitioner and I am telling you now that every sickness and disease is either a vitamin or mineral deficiency.
And your diet needs to be 80% alkaline, 20% acidic. You must find a chart on line for alkaline foods and change your diet. An alkaline body will NOT be sick or diseased. Eliminate sugar, four, salt (use sea salt, pink or gray, not white) milk, crackers cookies etc. Add whole fruits and veggies, grains and legumes. Go on the ‘Master cleanse” diet. But make sure you are under your health care providers care at all times to stay monitored. Visit my site, ‘organic health nut.com’
    Much love and good health,

Ten years ago a friend was dying—losing hair, exhaustion, vitals getting worse daily, etc. she was admitted to Pittsburgh Medical Center (Pa) and after doctors were unable to find her problem, a med student suggested she be tested for Candida—the tests showed a massive overgrowth. With herbs and the “candida diet” she was recovering within weeks. Today she keeps to a modified diet and stays well.

    Hi Kevin and Annemarie,
I looked at my dusty copy of ‘fit for life II’
by Harvey and Marilyn diamond to see what
if anything was said about candida.
The information was in a Q&A near back of the
book in relation to the correct way of fruit consumption. In it ,it says the reason Candida flares up is because sufferers break the
golden rule within the Natural Hygiene recommendation of only eating fruit on an empty stomach.Often sufferers may combine fruit with unsuitable foods or eat fruit cooked.
This info is dated as i’m sure there are
other factors to consider but it may be useful
to consider that point-as i never have suffered from candida as it’s the one rule i’ll never break without a good reason.
So my point is don’t turn this challenge into a comparison of apples and oranges.

    Hi Kevin,
    I’m with you… whatever works!
Truth is in the (longtime) results!
Truth is simple.. not complicated — and available to everyone
at any time. : ) so that right there eliminates a ton of
    mumbo jumbo! heh!

I resonated with a lot of Dr. T’s info..esp the approach to all angles of health not just raw food .. he talks about candida and diabetes..
I found this on the Raw Divas website:
“Dr.T’s approach is to empower the patient to “take responsibility for her own health, and therefore becomes less dependent on doctors”!
You are about to hear some GREAT nutritional information backed up by scientific studies and research from a medical doctor who truly cares.
    To your health!

How accurate is the test where you spit into a glass of clean water first thing in the morning and read the results? It’s all over online and they “say” it’s accurate, but I wonder…

    Hi Kevin

I got rid of my candida by following a no fruit diet and eating / juicing lots of greens. I ate sprouted seeds, small amounts of cooked quinoa and nut milks. I took lots of Nature’s living superfood and did this for about 6 weeks then followed it with a 5 day juice fast plus parasite cleanse…that was a pretty colourful experience! Result? digestion is better and no symptoms of yeast / fungal overgrowth. I also found it easier to lose weight after that. I can eat fruit and dates and all that now, but will repeat the above a 1/2 times a year to give my system a boost.

I looked at the no fat appraoch to dealing with candida, but it didn’t resonate with me. I follow my intuition when it comes to health matters so that’s how I landed on the above approach.

    Hope that helps :)

    Hi!
This is a bit of late response – I just watch your show for the first time today.

I had amazing results clearing up candida by using a homeopathic remedy called ‘candida’ while also slightly lowering my sweet fruit intake.
This cleared up my symptoms within a week.
I now take it if I have the start of any symptoms and that knocks it out straight away.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks for your show!

I really enjoy your show, its inspiring. I wanted to add the candida forum that, the candida diet(no sweets,no fruits, very lit starchy veggies, low grains such as millet, quinoa and lots of water) Usually lots of greens veggies, a lit bit of nuts, and lots of water. Alqualizing diet, has helped many esp if you do a live blood test and you rechck yourself after following these diet. Only thing you usually must continue the diet or the symptoms come back esp if its due to heavy metals(mercury, etc) Dr Christopher, Dr Jensen and others said if it wasnt for the bacteria most people would die, its there because of other poisons. Very true considering we are full of diff toxins besides heavy metals which play a huge part of illness as we now know. Anyway my 2cents. Keep up the great work.

    Hi Kevin,
I watched your episode on ‘green powders’ and Candidiasis. You suggested that those with carrot powder may flare up the Candidiasis. Our EnduraCell 100% Broccoli Sprout powder contains absolutely nothing else. The great thing about Broccoli Sprout is that it is an immune enhancer and allows the body to fight the Candida itself. Best of all it ’switches on’ the genes controlling the detoxification enzymes of every cell in the body and this means that all the irritating waste products from the Candida bugs are detoxified instead of dumping toxins right back into your body again. The other thing is that it really helps reflux problems (including eliminating Helicobater infection – see the scientific references if you Google this) and Irritable Bowel Syndrome – often faster than any of the probiotics do. I’m sure you have readers and viewers who would really appreciate this information, so please put it out there. Christine – Clinician in Nutritional Medicine – Australia.

Kevin: Check out a couple of web sites, one is http://www.healthsalon.org/

the other is http://www.natmedtalk.com/mms-miracle-mineral-supplement/2324-what-paradophillus-part-1-a.html which talks about a newly developed probiotic (paradophillus) that acts differently within the body to healp ward off such things as candida. Keep me posted on your progress as I am always extremely interested, as are you in actual case histories. Thanks for all you and your wife do.
wishing you, Health, Safety, and a Long and Prosperous life.
