We’re really getting excited about this live broadcast…
Yes, there still are some glitches, but the good news is that you can always watch afterwards.
Next step is to get the video a little nicer… I’ll be working on that after the Rawkathon!
So we had a bunch of great questions over the chat on Ustream… they were… “911, I have a cold,” what’s better–marine phytoplankton or E3-Live, and what to eat before running.
And some more of course!
This one was 20 minutes long and check out Annmarie’s question in the beginning… it’s a riot!
Go ahead and take a look now…
Your question of the day: What do you like better, E3-Live or Marine Phytoplankton or any others?

Live Awesome!

The Rawkathon is great so far, last night was nice but tonight’s shows were Awesome!!
I have a bunch of questions for you tonight
Dulse – you have mentioned it a few times but I’m curious what the brands are you use and how exactly you use it? Is it raw, soaked, flakes, etc?
Outfits – it was FREEZING this morning and Ann Marie’s top looks perfect for the fall weather in CT. As much as I love the nutrition T-shirt, do you not feel the cold?
Fall in New England – What are your favorite uses for all or any of these fruits/veggies that show up in the fall around CT? Pumpkin, squash, apples, cranberries, pomegranates/persimmons (not local but I love these and always looking for ideas).
Super foods – If you had a choice of Immune Detox of Marine phytoplankton for someone starting off and coming back off SAD diet (again), what would you suggest?

Got to the computer too late to catch the live filming of this, but glad to see that you captured it for us to see.
Oil pulling is interesting. I tried it and didn’t like the taste/texture of oil in my mouth like that. I don’t know if the claims are true, or not. Wouldn’t swishing just plain water in the mouth for that long of a time bring about similar results?
I hope to catch a live show sometime this week!
Lots of love to you both!
Wendi

Tooth soap is great, I use homemade soap (minus the glycerin)to brush my teeth. I also eat fresh cut Rosemary to brush my teeth and it gets seeds out of the crevices and grooves of the molars. I also like oil pulling, it’s very good for the gums. I use cold pressed sunflower oil, it’s cheap over here in South America.
Last is Spirulina high in Sodium? We have someone over here with heart disease,we have a lot of spirulina here and I would like to suggest this but I don’t want to kill my friend. Thank you for answering my question.

I enjoy your episodes so much. A while ago you were so kind as to e-mail me the website of SunWarrior so I could order the raw rice protein. I ordered it but I am concerned as to where they obtain the rice from (what country). I have e-mailed them two times and they do not answer. They do not have a phone number. Can you help. Thanks. Ellen
I am really enjoying the Rawkathon…

Matthew Kenney(of Raw Food Real World fame) in Everyday Raw, has a recipe for Eggplant thats marinated and dehydrated that’s like a bacon substitute. It has some chipolte chili in it which gives it the smoky flavor.
