I'm a yoga teacher & longtime practioner and I agree with the others who suggested that you try Ashtanga yoga. It's the only style of yoga where I see as many men as women practicing (and somtimes I'm the only woman in a room full of men). It's incredibly challenging and humbling and not for the faint of heart!

This comment is for Kevin G

Love all your info especially in food prep and exercise. Can I help to direct you to a different paradigm?

Don't look to correct candida overgrowth, look to eliminating the infection that generates it. In your case--left arm immunization reflecting down the arm to ring finger affecting left bladder, heart, cell energy, deep sleep points, spleen, small intestine, thymus, gallbladder. Your upper right teeth and upper left teeth affecting your parathyroid and deep sleep points. Look to hyssop for immunizations, a gallbladder rejuvenitive and gall bladder cleanses,a super green tea for parathyroid. Clear metal and infection in teeth. Clear immunization scar and path for starters....

Hi Kevin and Annmarie!

"if I wanted to connect to the earth, I'd eat dirt" - lol, you guys are perfect together!

My favorite, rawkin yoga pose is half spinal twisting pose - but I know that downward facing dog is probably the one that guys like you and I should be doing the most. I have found in my own prasara yoga practice, that the best yoga pose is usually one of the least enjoyable.

I can definitely relate to yoga feeling more like work than relaxation sometimes, but yoga can be whatever you want it to be. Some days we need hard exercise, other days we need softer exercise and yoga can be pursued for either goal. I don't think there is such a thing as the "best" yoga, only "your" yoga is best.

Loving the videos guys, and thanks for all your hard work this week on the rawkathon.

Be well.

P.S. It was very nice meeting you both in CT!

I agree with John. Try an ashtanga class, Kevin. And then tell us yoga isn't a work out!

My favorite pose is trikoasana or perhaps, supta bada konasana, or maybe it's whatever pose I'm in.

YOga is the fountain of youth. My 50 year old body has regained the flexibility, strength, and tone of my 20's after a dedicated daily pracice of just a few years. Yoga also teaches us to listen to the needs of our body -which in turns helps us to eat foods that nourish rather than deplete us.

Namaste

The rawkaton: Mike Adams says great things and much stronger than ever against all the pharma industry. I'm amazed at what he says and hope he will not get in trouble for saying it loud. I couldn't suspect that FDA is as bad as they are. Indeed in Europe we don't have that bad of an organisation but in France we still have mandatory vaccines (DTP) and we are the biggest antidepressors drugs addicts!!!

G.Cousens interview is not as good quality and subject is not as energising (even though energy is one of the topic!!!), but I'm sure he would have loved AnnaMarisa's yoga session. :-)

Hello Kevin & Ann Marie, I never comment because I feel you're probably overwhelmed with emails. I love your shows, it is what keeps me 'connected' - appreciate it immensely. I have a request - I would like to purchase a cd of the David Wolfe event unedited exactly as you have it on your website - is this do-able? Thank You, Virginia

My favorite yoga 'pose' is a series of poses as outlined in the book entitled "Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth" Book 1 or Book 2. Book 2 is a better overall resource. OR you can just google '5 tibetan rites'.

These rites juice up and balance your energy centers (chakras) with significant health benefits. I have been doing them every morning for about 3 months consistently with great results.
Enjoy,
David

PS. And Kevin, these are active movement poses for your type 'A'-ness.

I think Kevin needs to try some Vinyasa Yoga or what's called Power Yoga to get more of a workout. If you do it right you will feel it and you will sweat. The thing about Yoga is there are many styles and also variations on the different poses to make them more difficult or easier depending on your preference and what you want to get out of it. The side plank and the dancer pose are a couple I like, but there are many.
